    Analisis Faktor-Faktor yang Menarik Minat Wisatawan Terhadap Keputusan Pemilihan Rumah Makan di Sumatera Selatan

    As one of the provinces that widely in culinary diversity, South Sumatera is start to be one of tourism destination. This research was conducted in South Sumatera and selected by purposive sampling. The population in this study is tourists visiting South Sumatera. Analysis of the data used is descriptive statistics and parametric inferential statistics for hypothesis testing using Multiple Linear Regression through a SPSS 22 computer program. Based on the t test results obtained smaller t value t table (-4,811 <1,985), this shows that the price variable food (X1) does not significantly influence the level of selection (Y) of Restaurants in South Sumatra. Based on the t test results obtained by t count greater t table (3.570> 1.985), this shows that the service quality variable (X2) has a significant effect on purchase decision (Y) of Restaurants in South Sumatra. Based on the t test results obtained t value is smaller than t table (3,464 <1,985), this shows that the accessibility variable (X3) has a significant effect on the level of selection (Y) of Restaurants in South Sumatra. Based on the t test results obtained by t count greater t table (6.766> 1.985), this shows that the food quality variable (X4) has a significant effect on purchase decision (Y) of Restaurants in South Sumatra

    This study aims to determine the potential of historical attractions in Sinjai Regency, the development of historical tourism in Sinjai Regency 2008-2016, and the impact of historical tourism on the communities around the site, the government and tourists. The method used in the research and writing of this thesis is a historical research method, which includes: heuristics, source criticism, interpretation and historiography. The techniques used in data collection are observation, interview and literature study techniques. The results of this study indicate that Sinjai as a Level II Region in South Sulawesi has tourism potential that is not inferior to other regions. The Batupake Gojeng Archaeological Park, the Karampuang Indigenous Area, and the Balangnipa Fort are one of the historical tourist destinations offered by Sinjai Regency. Although the Tourism and Culture Office of Sinjai Regency was only established in 2017, activities in the tourism sector will continue to be carried out in previous years. The three historical attractions have their respective developments both in terms of facilities and infrastructure to the number of visitors. The contribution of each element in the development of the historical tourism sector in Sinjai Regency is something that needs to be improved. Based on the results of this study it can be concluded that the historical attractions in Sinjai Regency have an impact on the socio-cultural, educational and economic sectors for the local government and the people who live around the site

    Agrotourism is a form of tourism activities that utilize agro business as a tourist attraction with the aim to expand knowledge, travel, recreation, and business relationships in the field of agriculture. Development of agro-tourism management especially in urban areas requires close cooperation between various sectors, namely transportation sector, tourism sector, agriculture sector, trade sector, regional development sector and so on. The presence of Taman Maccini Sombala in Makassar City becomes a place to fulfill the needs of green open space (public open space). In line with the development of this potential has not been fully utilized both for the fulfillment of food needs of society and the main function as a public space and tourist space.     Pengelolaan Kampung Nelayan Sebagai Desa Wisata di Kabupaten Majene, Sulawesi Barat

    This research aims at 1) analyzing the tourism potential of Kampung Nelayan (Majene Regency) as tourism village; 2) recommending steps or mechanisms to implement Kampung Nelayan as tourism village. This paper employs a qualitative approach to answer research questions through research visit in July and September 2019. The authors collected research data through in-depth interviews and direct observation. The research reveals that Kampung Nelayan has the potential for tourism village based on community empowerment principles. Kampung Nelayan has potential of marine tourism and cultural tourism. The steps to implement Kampung Nelayan as tourism village including 1) identification of members of community under the categories of internal and external community groups; 2) involving the community members in tourism programs and 3) follow up of community collaboration by the internal and external groups of community

    Art and tourism rarely become concerned in a study or research. Though it is allegedly both have the power of mutual influence and profitable. Efforts have been made to make the art as a medium to develop the world of tourism but sometimes have no strategy and formulation appropriately so that the art is just a patch or entertainment when melalkukan travel. Through the study and analysis of Tallu Cappa's performances by Makassar artists Muhajir can be formulated conceptual strategy or some strategic thinking related to performing arts and tourism. Among others, 1) presentation of Multi-disciplinary Art and Innovative Packaging, 2) Collaboration of art with the concept of tourism and 3) Excavation of local Wisdom as an effort to get the aesthetic experience for tourists. Performing works of artists Muhajir perceived successfully menyjiakan concept performances with tourism segmentation. So hopefully this strategy becomes the initial basis for the development of art as an effective, innovative and cultured tourism promotion media

    Sistem pengadaan barang operasional Hotel Bukit Kenari di Parepare merupakan fokus dalam penelitian ini. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah: 1). Menganalisa sistem pengadaan barang operasional pada Hotel Bukit Kenari di Parepare. 2). Menjelaskan prosedur administrasi pengadaan barang operasional pada Hotel Bukit Kenari di Parepare. Jenis penelitian ini adalah kualitatif dengan menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data observasi dan wawancara. Hasil dari penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sistem pengadaan barang operasional pada Hotel Bukit Kenari di Parepare menggunakan beberapa sistem antara lain dengan menggunakan Sistem Kontrak untuk beberapa barang yang berjenis minuman, Sistem Harian untuk barang yang dibutuhkan secara reguler, terutama di bagian dapur, dan sistem pengadaan bulanan yang diadakan dengan pembelian secara kontan. Kemudian prosedur administrasi untuk pengadaan barang operasional di Hotel Bukit Kenari Di Parepare meliputi : pengisian formulir request, kemudian ditandatangani oleh kepala bagian (head office), selanjutnya ditandatangani oleh operational manager dan terakhir formulir tersebut diserahkan kepada bagian pengadaan sebagai dasar untuk membelik barang yang dibutuhkan oleh user

    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kekurangan – kekurangan yang menjadi permasalahan dalam pengembangan wisata permandian alam waetuo Kabupaten Bone serta upaya yang seharusnya dilakukan pihak Dinas pariwisata Kabupaten Bone dalam menjawab kekurangan dan permasalahan yang terjadi khususnya yang terkait denga wisata alam waetuo. Adapun metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini, yaitu dengan menggunakan deskriptif kualitatif,  metode ini digunakan untuk melakukan pengumpulan data dengan cara  observasi, dokumentasi dan wawancara. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Kab. Bone Provinsis Sulawesi Selatan memiliki beragam potensi destinasi   pariwisata yang berjumlah 30 destinasi wisata alam dan sangat potensial untuk dikembangkan salah satunya dari destinasi yang peneliti lakukan adalah keberadaan wisata permandian alam waetuo hanya saja wisata alam waetuo  tersebut belum dapat terkelola dengan maksimal hal ini, dapat terlihat dengan adanya data yang menunjukkan bahwa kurangnya pegawai yang ditempatkan dibagian pengelolaan wisata alam waetuo, sebahagian bangunan yang mengalami kerusakan, fasilitas sarana yang kurang memadai, rumah penduduk masih menyatu dengan lokasi destinasi, kurangnya pelatihan dan bimbingan yang dilakukan oleh pihak Dinas Pariwisata Kab. Bone serta kurangnya bentuk promosi yang dilakukan hal ini dapat di ketahui dari data yang terkumpul menunjukkan  pengunjung yang datang ke wisata alam waetuo hanya sebatas wisatawan lokal dan  jumlah pengunjung dari luar wilayah Kab. Bone masih sangat kurang.

    UJI COBA PEMBUATAN LIMBAH WHEY DANGKE MENJADI OLAHAN SORBET

    Whey dangke is a waste generated by proses of separation whey and curd during process of making dangke. This study aims to determine whey of dangke used as dairy product, such as sorbetacceptance of the community to taste, aroma, color and texture of milk sorbet from processed whey dangke Enrekang. Population in this research is student of class 4 Polytechnic of Bosowa. The sample in this research is 73 panelists using simple random sampling technique. This type of research is experimental. The analysis in this study is descriptive statistics using the average formula. whey dangke in this experiment researcher use three types of treatment that is at first treatment W100:S0 (100% whey dangke and 0% pure milk), second treatment W75: S25 (75% whey dangke and 25% pure milk ), the third treatment of W50:S50 (50% whey dangke and 50% pure milk). The results showed that whey dangke Enrekang can be processed as sorbet.  Hedonic test on milk sorbet product showed that the most preferred taste aspect was the W50:S50 treatment with an average of 3.46%, the most preferred treatment of the texture aspect was the W50: S50 treatment with an average of 3.75 , the most preferred treatment of the color aspect was the W50: S50 treatment with an average of 3.40, and the most preferred treatment of the aroma aspect was the W100:S0 treatment with an average value of 3.77

    Lembah Bakkara memiliki potensi wisata alam dan budaya yang beragam, namun belum satupun destinasi Lembah Bakkara masuk dalam paket wisata. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merencanakan paket wisata Lembah Bakkara di Kabupaten Humbang Hasundutan dengan melihat potensi destinasi  pariwisata dari perspektif tour operator. Indikator analisis menekankan pada potensi atraksi wisata Lembah Bakkara, fasilitas, aksesibilitas dan paket wisata yang layak jual. Penelitian ini menghasilkan empat temuan penting yaitu 1) potensi atraksi wisata budaya dan alam sangat potensial untuk dikembangkan dan dijual melalui paket wisata; 2) Fasilitas akomodasi, makan dan minum tersedia dan dalam kondisi layak; 3) Akses dari dan menuju Lembah Bakkara sangat mudah dan kondisinya jalan baik dan  4) paket wisata fullday tour dengan durasi 6 – 9 jam

    oai:ojs3.ejournal-poltekparmks.ac.id:article/6Penelitian ini bertujuan 1) untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor penunjang\pendorong kesuksesan pengelolaan Desa Wisata Nglanggeran; 2) untuk menguraikan langkah atau upaya praktis yang dilakukan oleh pengelola Desa Wisata Desa Wisata Nglanggeran dalam mewujudkan pariwisata berbasis masyarakat (community-based tourism). Penelitian dilakukan pada bulan Juni tahun 2018 dengan tujuan mendapatkan gambaran mengenai aktivitas kepariwisataan yang terjadi di lokasi penelitian. Penulis memanfaatkan metode pengumpulan data melalui wawancara mendalam kepada pengurus atau pengelola Desa Wisata Nglanggeran serta observasi partisipatif sebagai wisatawan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kesuksesan pengelolaan Desa Wisata Nglanggeran adalah karena kemampuan generasi muda yang juga merupakan masyarakat asli yang mendiami desa tersebut untuk bekerja dan berinovasi membuat dan menciptakan paket wisata untuk wisatawan. Kesadaran kolektif masyarakatnya juga menjadi kunci kesuksesan tersebut. Peran Pokdarwis Nglanggeran dalam pemberian edukasi dan atau sosialisasi kepada masyarakat mampu mewujudkan pariwisata berbasis masyarakat
