Strategi Pengembangan Pindang Palembang menggunakan Model Bisnis Canvas (MBC) untuk Wisatawan
Pindang Palembang is one of traditional culinary in South Sumatra which had uniqe special taste like sour, salty and sweet flavour. But, this culinary was not popular in tourist who come in Palembang. So, strategy of development for Pindang palembang need to be done. Development strategy was conducted based on BMC (Business Model Canvas) method by interview dan share quitioner with 24 hotels tourist. The initial identification showed that there were 24.39% foreign tourists who interst to Pindang palembang, the number of 45.45% taste was be value proposition, only 33.33% hotels gave offers about Pindang, the number of 30.91% uniqe was be customer relationships, the easy channel to reached was 85.37% online, the number of 66.67% hotels promoted Pindang palembang, 91.67% hotels had chef and 83.33% had website. By 7 elements, 78% cost structure low but it did’t have appreciations. Profile Wisatawan Nusantara Taman Nasional Gunung Gede Pangrango
Taman Nasional Gunung Gede Pangrango (TNGGP) merupakan salah satu destinasi pariwisata di Jawa Barat dengan luas kurang lebih 29 hektar yang berada di tiga kabupaten. Keanekaragaman daya tarik wisata khususnya alam yang ada di TNGGP menjadi salah satu alasan kunjungan wisatawan ke TNGGP, jumlah kunjugan wisatawan tahun 2019 sebanyak 251.222. Dengan kunjungan wisatawan yang konsisten dari tahun ke tahun sementara belum adanya data mengenai profil wisatawan nusantara membuat perencanaan produk wisata dan strategi pemasaran tidak terarah, oleh karena itu diperlukan penelitian mengenai karakteristik wisatawan nusantara yang bekunjung ke TNGGP sehingga memudahkan dalam strategi pemasaran maupun dalam perencanaan kebijakan dan produk wisata TNGGP. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif sedangkan Teknik samplingnya adalah random sampling dengan membagikan kuesioner kepada 50 wisatawan yang kemudian dilakukan Analisa Statistik deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa profil wisatawan nusantara di TNGGP merupakan wisatawan dengan karakteristik allocentric dan Mid Centric dengan latar Pendidikan yang baik serta relatif baik dari segi ekonomi. Adaptasi Industri Perjalanan Wisata Bali Ditengah Anomali Kebijakan Menyambut Era Kenormalan Baru
According to UNWTO (2020), during the pandemic period there was a significant decline in the tourism sector, such as travel and hospitality. This condition occurs throughout the country, including on the island of Bali as a world tourist destination. During the COVID-19 pandemic, Bali's economic dependence on the tourism industry was felt. Coupled with policies that continue to change along with scientific developments related to COVID-19 and efforts to deal with it, the tourism industry inevitably has to 'adapt' more quickly. This article attempts to describe government policies that have had an impact on the travel industry, especially in Bali. The government policy that is being studied is the policy published in the first and second quarters of 2020. The data collection method is carried out only by literature review. The discussion is presented in a descriptive-qualitative nature, and is critically reviewed on the phenomena depicted from secondary data and documentations of pre-existing research on the same topic. The results found that the Indonesian government's policy is absolute to be used as a reference for the travel industry sector to clean up and adapt to developments in handling COVID-19 even though the related policies always change from time to time with dynamism
Analysis of the Island Sustainable Tourism base on Tourist' Perception A Case Study of Mandeh Island, West Sumatera
Archipelago tourism has become a widely popular marine tourism destination for visitors and a tourism trend. Sustainable island tourism, which emphasizes environmental, economic, and socio-cultural impacts, is the basis of tourism growth. This article examines tourists' perceptions of Mandeh archipelago's tourist destinations based on sustainable tourism growth. Questionnaires and literature research were the approaches used to collect research results. The data was analyzed using descriptive frequency statistics presented in the form of percentages. The results showed that the characteristics of tourists, seen from gender, dominate female tourists by 67 percent, with a very active age between 17-25 years of age, is 78 percent. The majority of those who visit Mandeh Island more than once are 69%, 72% with friends, and a group. Overall, the Mandeh Islands' expectations of sustainable tourism growth are strong, but some still have issues related to the quality of the Mandeh tourism region's environment. From this study, it can be seen that environmental measures of sustainable tourism growth need to be strengthened again. As for having a positive effect on sustainable tourism growth in the tourist destinations of the Mandeh archipelago, the collaboration between tourism stakeholders needs to be increased again
Dampak Objek Wisata Kebun Raya Massenrempulu Enrekang Terhadap Kehidupan Sosial Budaya Masyarakat Batu Mila Enrekang
Berawal dari keberaadaan kebun Raya Massenrempulu Enrekang yang memberikan dampak pada kehidupan sosial budaya masyarakat setempat. Maka, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan kehidupan sosial budaya masyarakat Batu Mila setelah adanya Kebun Raya Massenrempulu Enrekang. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif. Data diperoleh melalui wawancara, observasi, dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ini, menunjukkan bahwa keberadaan Kebun Raya Massenrempulu Enrekang, memberikan pengaruh positif atau dampak positif bagi masyarakat setempat. Sebelum adanya Kebun Raya Massenrempulu Enrekang terutama ibu-ibu hanya menjadi ibu rumah tangga biasa namun dengan keberadaan kebun raya massenrempulu Enrekang, ibu-ibu IRT menjadi pegawai tetap di kebun raya, memiliki penghasilan tetap setiap bulan. Selain itu, berdampak pula terhadap gaya hidup masyarakat yang terlihat dari aktivitas olaraga yang mereka lakukan di Kebun Raya Massenrempulu Enrekang, Kebun Raya Massenrempulu Enrekang dijadikan sebagai tempat refresin, rekreasi, kumpul-kumpul, foto-foto. Implikasi lainnya adalah berdampak terhadap hubungan social masyarakat yang semakin dalam dan akrab. Sebagai tempat konservasi tumbuh-tumbuhan Kebun Raya Massenrempulu Enrekang memberikan dampak pendidikan dimana Kebun Raya Enrekang dijadikan sebagai tempat penelitian mahasiswa dan anak sekolah
Pengelolaan Timbunan Sampah untuk menjaga Citra Industri Pariwisata pada daya tarik Wisata di Bali
Bali is one of the islands with tourism potential that has grown rapidly. The fame of Bali Island tourism is well known to all corners of the world. Many of the people's daily activities become a tourist attraction for both domestic and foreign tourists. Every activity, especially those that give rise to this tourist attraction, produces waste both on a household and industrial scale. The waste produced is almost found in all sectors of activity, one of which is the tourism industry which is currently very much still moving. The increase in waste generation has prompted the government of Bali through the issuance of the Governor of Bali Regulation number 97 of 2018 concerning the limitation of single-use plastic waste, which shows the seriousness of the waste problem. Waste generation, especially in tourist attraction, has the potential to change the view of tourists on the image of Bali tourism. This research explores community movements both spontaneously and in an organized manner, such as the Trash Hero Indonesia community and other community activities that care about the high waste generation. It is hoped that alternative activities will be obtained to help reduce the generation of plastic waste that supports the implementation of Bali Governor Regulation number 97 of 2018. Activities from the community are expected to be able to maintain and provide a positive legacy for future generations
Pengaruh Kompetensi Profesional, Sarana Prasarana dan motivasi berprestasi terhadap Kinerja Dosen
The study aims at discovering the influence of professional competence, the influence facility and infrastructure on the performance of lecturers, the influence of achievement motivation at Tourism Polytechnic of Makassar. Data collection techniques employed observation, questionnaire, documentation, and interview. The number of samples in this study were 147 people consisting of lecturers and teaching staff with a sample of 114 people. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis using the SPSS 22 program to obtain the following research results: (i) based on the statistical calculation results α of X1 is 0.000 less than 0.05 then Ha is rejected and H0 is accepted, which means professional competence X1 turned out to significantly influence the performance of lecturers (Y) at the Makassar Tourism Polytechnic. (ii) Based on the results of statistical calculations, the α value of X2 is 0,000 less than 0.05, then Ha is rejected and Ho is accepted. Thus the infrastructure (X2) significantly influence the performance of lecturers (Y) at the Makassar Tourism Polytechnic. (iii) Based on the statistical calculation results, the α value of X3 is 0,000 less than 0.05, then Ha is rejected and Ho is accepted. Thus the achievement motivation (X3) turned out to have a significant influence on the performance of lecturers (Y). These results indicate that there is a very significant influence between the independent variables X1, X2 and X3 simultaneously on lecturer performance (Y). Thus the first hypothesis which states that professional competence (X.1), infrastructure (X.2), achievement motivation (X.3) simultaneously affect lecturer performance
Analisis peran Dinas Pariwisata Kota Bukit Tinggi dalam meningkatkan Fasilitas pada Objek Wisata Taman Margasatwa Kinantan
Bukit Tinggi kota wisata yang menjadi unggulan di daerah Sumatera Barat yang memiliki banyak atraksi dan budaya yang beraneka ragam, keunikan Rumah Gadang, pakaian adat, tarian adat, kesenian, kuliner dan destinasi yang berpotensi untuk menjadi destinasi unggulan.Pengembangan pariwisata memang membutuhkan banyak pihak terkait salah satunya adalah pemerintah. Pemerintah Kota Bukittinggi khususnya Dinas Pariwisata Kota Bukittinggi dari tahun ke tahun terus mengembangkan objek wisata dan fasilitas –fasiltasnya tujuannya tak lain adalah untuk meningkatkan kunjungan wisata ke kota Bukittinggi.
Salah satunya dengan mengembangkan fasilitas yang ada di objek wisata Taman Margastwa dan Budaya Kinantan Kota Bukittinggi. Taman Margasatwa atau Kebun Binatang merupakan tempat dimana hewan yang dipelihara dan di rawat dalam lingkungan buatan dan di perlihatkan ke pengunjung. Selain tempat rekreasi, taman ini berfungsi sebagai tempat pendidikan, riset, dan tempat konservasi untuk satwa terancam punah. Agar dapat membuat pengunjung dapat lebih bersantai dan nyaman pemerintah terus mengembangkan fasilitas di objek tersebut.
Sesuai dengan tugas dan fungsinya Dinas Pariwisata Kota Bukittinggi memiliki peranan yang sangat besar terutama dalam pengembangan pariwisata beserta fasilitas di objek wisata Taman Margasatwa dan Budaya Kinantan. Penelitian kali ini dengan deskriptif pendekatan Kualitatif karena penulis akan mengalisa peran Dinas Pariwisata Kota Bukittinggi yang antara lain sebagai motivator, fasilitator dan dinamisator. Peran ini juga berpengaruh terhadap pengembangan fasilitas di Taman Margastwa dan Budaya Kinantan Kota Bukittinggi, dimana Dinas Pariwisata Kota Bukittinggi berperan untuk mengelola dan mengembangkan fasilitas utama berupa kandang, fasilitas pendukung seperti kursi duduk, jalan setapak hingga tulisan Benteng Ford De Kock dan fasilias penunjang seperti spot foto kekinian hingga fasilitas penunjang wifi.

Pengelolaan Air Terjun Batu Barae dalam Menunjang Pariwisata Berbasis Masyarakat di Kabupaten Sinjai, Sulawesi Selatan
Kabupaten Sinjai adalah merupakan salah satu Daerah Tingkat II di Provinsi Sulawesi Selatan, Indonesia. Ibu kota kabupaten ini adalah Balangnipa yang terletak di Kecamatan Sinjai Utara. Memiliki potensi wisata alam yang luar biasa salah satunya adalah Air Terjun Batu Barae. Dari hasil penelitian penulis menemukan potensi yang luar biasa dari air terjun tersebut untuk mendatangkan wisatawan ke kabupaten sinjai khususnya dikecamatan Sinjai Borong dimana air terjun tersebut berlokasi. Hanya saja karena pemanfaatan potensi yang belum maksimal menyebabkan wisata air terjun Batu Barae tersebut saat ini tidak terlalu banyak dikunjungi wisatawan. Untuk itu perlu langkah yang tepat untuk memaksimalkan potensi tersebut. Kerja sama antara pemerintah dengan masyarakat setempat dapat menjadi solusi tepat, agar pengelolaan destinasi wisata tersebut dapat berjalan dengan baik yang tentu saja kedepannya diharapkan dapat menjadi salah satu sumber pemasukan daerah melalui peningkatan kunjungan wisatawan ke lokasi Air Terjun Batu Barae tersebut
Media Informasi Wisata Kampung Adat Kuta Sebagai Salah Satu Aspek Dalam Perencanaan Pariwisata
Dissemination of information is one of the efforts used for cultural tourism promotion activities. The purpose of this research is to determine the design process of information dissemination model for the promotion of cultural tourism attractions of the traditional village of Kuta, Karangpaninggal Village, Tambaksari District, Ciamis Regency, West Java. The approach used is action research based on the pattern of Kurt Lewin, which starts from planning, action, observation, and reflection. Data were obtained from the results of unstructured interviews and direct field observations. The results show that there is no information media used specifically to promote the tourist attractions of the traditional village of Kuta in the form of leaflets and booklets. Based on the stage of action research Kurt Lewin, in planning the researcher conducts planning based on communication planning or communication strategy that is starting from choosing a communicator, composing a message, determining the media, and determining the communicator
