Pariwisata, Masyarakat dan Kebudayaan: Studi Antropologi Pariwisata Pantai Marina di Pajukukang Bantaeng, Sulawesi Selatan
This article discusses the development of tourism with an anthropological approach to tourism in the Marina Pajujukang Bantaeng Beach, South Sulawesi. The results of this study indicate that: (1) Government efforts in developing marina beach tourism are trying to improve the human resources of the village of Baruga by conducting socialization and trying to complete facilities incomplete such as clean water filter (2) Community involvement in tourism development by supporting government programs for the advancement of marina beach tourism objects and participating directly in the development of Marina beach such as being a builder at the beginning of Marina beach construction until the Marina beach is like being security officer, janitor and waitress at a hotel in the Marina beach area. (3) The impacts felt by the community in developing the Marina beach are two, namely in the economic field for example increasing community income, opening new jobs and opening business opportunities for the Baruga village community while in the socio-cultural field there are two impacts namely positive and negative impacts. An example of the positive impact is the increasing public insight about tourist culture through the temporary negative impact that is starting to affect the local community on the culture of tourists who come to visit the Marina beach. This research is a qualitative descriptive study. Data collection techniques used were observation, interviews, and documentation. The data obtained is then processed using data analysis techniques such as data reduction, data presentation and conclusion making. And also the data validation using Member Check. From the results of research that has been found it seems that every development of tourism needs to be involved by all groups, especially the community, not just prioritizing investors. Because the essence of the success of the trip tour if the surrounding community enjoys economic results
Pengaruh Kegiatan Pemasaran Online (E-Commerce) terhadap Keunggulan Bersaing Produk Kuliner Tradisional Di Sulawesi Selatan
Abstrak :Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah metode pemasaran Online(Ecommerce) berpengaruh terhadap keunggulan bersaing Jenis Penelitian iniadalah deskriptif Kuantitatif dengan analasis data statistik, dimana populasi dansampel adalah seluruh industri kuliner tradisional di Sulawesi Selatan khusunyapada daerah Makassar, Pare-Pare, Bulukumba dan Bantaeng. Penelitian inidilakukan dengan menyebar kuisioner kepada 80 responden. Sampel diambildengan cara puposive sampling. Analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakananalisa regresi. Analisis Pengaruh Experiential Marketing Terhadap Tingkat Kepuasan Peserta Sports Event Jakabaring Wonderful Run Palembang
Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh experiential marketing terhadap tingkat kepuasan peserta sports event Jakabaring Wonderful Run di Palembang. Experiential marketing yang diteliti mencakup variabel sense, feel, think, act dan relate. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah wawancara, kuesioner, dan observasi. Model analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier berganda dengan pengujian hipotesis dilakukan secara simultan dan parsial. Penelitian terhadap 300 responden menunjukkan hasil bahwa variabel bebas yang terdiri dari sense, feel, think, act dan relate secara simultan memiliki pengaruh yang sangat kuat terhadap variabel terikat tingkat kepuasan peserta sports event. Sedangkan secara parsial, penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat tiga variabel yaitu sense, feel, dan act memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap tingkat kepuasan peserta sports event, dimana variabel act merupakan variabel paling dominan
Analisis Pengelolaan Water Sport Event sebagai Destinasi Wisata Olahraga di Danau Ranau Kab. Oku Selatan Prov. Sumatera Selatan
ABSTRACT
Analysis of the Management of Water Sports Events as a Sports Tourism Destination in Ranau Lake, South Oku Regency, South Sumatra Province. The focus of research is to discuss the formulation of the problem and the purpose of this study are: a) To study and analyze how to plan the implementation process and evaluation of the implementation of water sports events in Lake Ranau District. South OKU, South Sumatra Province. b) To study and analyze how the implementation of water sports events in the District. South OKU, South Sumatra Province. c) provide an alternative strategic policy that can be done to optimize the planning process to the implementation of water sports events in the Regency. South OKU, South Sumatra Province. With data collection techniques used are observation, interviews, and questionnaires. The data analysis model used is the SWOT analysis method (Strength, Weakness, Opportunity, Threats). This study population transferred 30 people consisting of the community and the organization in the Lake Ranau area. This research is expected to offer alternative strategies for optimizing, planning and implementing water sports events.

Persuasi Instagram Terhadap Brand Awareness Terhadap Pangsa Pasar Millennial di Intercontinental Bali Resort
Social media merupakan salah satu media yang digunakan pihak hotel untuk memasarkan fasilitas dan produknya. Mengikuti tren tersebut, InterContinental Bali Resort menggunakan social media Instagram sebagai salah satu media untuk menjaga dan mengenalkan brand InterContinental Bali Resort. Dilihat dari data yang ingin dicapai pada tahun 2018 masih belum mencapai target, tetapi pengikut Instagram InterContinental Bali Resort dapat dikatakan sudah banyak jika dibandingkan pengikut dengan respon di Instagram masih sangat minim. Oleh karena itu, untuk mengetahui posisi brand awareness InterContinental Bali Resort diperlukan strategi social media khusus pada Instagramnya.
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui posisi brand awareness melalui social media Instagram, sehingga dapat mengetahui strategi lanjutan apa yang cocok untuk diterapkan. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan mengolah data 100 kuesioner dengan 4 indikator brand awareness. Responden kuesioner ini adalah generasi millennial pengguna aktif Instagram. Hasil kuesioner dianalisis dengan tingkatan untuk mengetahui posisi brand dan menentukan strategi lanjutannya.
Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa posisi brand awareness terhadap Instagram InterContinental Bali Resort terletak pada brand recall yang berarti Instagram InterContinental Bali Resort sudah dikenal tanpa harus mengingatkan kembali akan brand tersebut. Untuk meningkatkan posisi ke “top of mind” diperlukan beberapa strategi lanjutan seperti menjalin komunikasi, membuat konten-konten yang lebih kreatif dan mengatur waktu postingan yang disesuaikan dengan target market sehingga melalui Instagram InterContinental Bali Resort, produk dan fasilitas yang ditawarkan dapat diketahui dengan mudah.

Pengaruh Kualitas Pelayanan Terhadap Keputusan Memilih Hotel dan Wisma di Kabupaten Pinrang
Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis kualitas pelayanan yang terdiri dari bukti fisik, empati, daya tanggap, kehandalan dan jaminan berpengaruh terhadap keputusan memilih hotel dan wisma di Kabupaten Pinrang. Untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis di antara kualitas pelayanan tersebut yang dominan berpengaruh terhadap keputusan memilih hotel dan wisma di Kabupaten Pinrang. Penelitian dilaksanakan di Kabupaten Pinrang dengan populasi sebanyak 385 orang pelanggan hotel/wisma/penginapan dan menetapkan sampel sebanyak 196 responden berdasarkan rumus Slovin. Data hasil kuesioner dianalisis menggunakan analisis deskriptif dan Regresi Linier Berganda. Hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa kualitas pelayanan yang terdiri dari bukti fisik, empati, daya tanggap, kehandalan dan jaminan berpengaruh terhadap keputusan memilih hotel dan wisma di Kabupaten Pinrang. Hasil analisis regresi linier berganda menunjukkan bahwa bukti fisik, empati dan kehandalan memberikan pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan memilih dari pelanggan, sementara daya tanggap dan jaminan memberikan pengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap keputusan memilih dari pelanggan. Ini berarti keputusan memilih hotel dan wisma ditentukan oleh keberadaan bukti fisik dari sebuah hotel atau wisma yang memberikan kenyamanan kepada setiap tamu hotel, menunjukkan sikap kepedulian (empati) dalam melayani tamu hotel dan kehandalan dari para karyawannya yang memberikan proses pelayanan yang cepat dan tidak diskriminatif
The Implementation of Waiters And Waitresses’ Upselling Techniques At Ticket’s Cafe of Horison Ultima Makassar Hotel
This study aims to analyze the use of upselling techniques among waiters and waitresses at the Ticket’s Café in Hotel Horison Ultima Makassar. This analysis includes the answer to whether or not they use upselling techniques, how they use it, and what the result is. The data in this research are collected during observation and interview. This research studies the waiters and waitresses along with their superiors. The data are then analyzed with descriptive qualitative method which includes data reduction, presentation and conclusion drawing. The result of this research is that the waiter and waitresses have been proven to use some upselling techniques; however the implementation is not as effective as expected because the number of waiters and waitresses is not enough to deliver the best impacts of the techniques and not all of them use the right upselling techniques
Kelayakan Operasional Hotel Nonbintang di Sulawesi Selatan
This research aims to know the condition of non-star hotels in relation to product, service and management aspects. In addition, this research was also carried out with the intention of evaluating the feasibility of operating non-star hotels in South Sulawesi. This type of research is applied research with a qualitative approach. Information is obtained through observation using check lists, interviews, and documentation in the form of assessment guidelines. Determination of informants was taken in 10 regions with a total of 56 hotels, each hotel has one informant, plus 10 informants from the Regional Tourism Office, so the number of informants became 66 people. The analysis technique used is descriptive analysis. The results showed that, of the 56 non-starred hotels studied there were 23 that were less feasible, 19 were feasible and 14 were very feasible
Potensi Hutan Mangrove Sebagai Daya Tarik Wisata
The Research of the potential of mangrove forests as an educational tourism is a survey research that focuses on the richness of mangrove forest ecosystems and its potential as an economic driver for the community through educational tourism activities.
This research was conducted in the Idaman mangrove forest, Tarowang sub-district, Jeneponto South Sulawesi province. Data collection techniques used were through questionnaires, interviews, and documentation.
The results showed that the characteristics of the Idaman mangrove forest consist of various species of mangrove plants, birds, and other mangrove ecosystems that are very potential as a tourist attraction. The potential of the mangrove forest has not been optimized by the communities around tourism area so that it has not yet optimally contributed as an economic source.
The constraints in developing of the Idaman mangrove forest as a tourist attraction are the absence of a community-based tourism development and management model on the attractiveness of the Idaman mangrove forest, the low creativity and capacity of the community, as well as limited tourism support facilities.
The recommended model for developing mangrove forests is educational tourism based through nursery activities and planting of mangrove forests for conservation, utilization and diversification of mangrove forest products as culinary and handicraft products
Pemanfaatan Hutan Kota sebagai Destinasi Pendekatan Wisata Edukasi
ABSTRAK
Unsur terpenting dari penelitian ini adalah informasi tentang potensi wisata yang dimiliki oleh kabupaten Jeneponto utamanya pada Kecamatan Binamu Kelurahan Balang, perihal hutan kota yang dapat dijadikan destinasi wisata perkotan yang sifatnya alami, pendekatan edukasi. dengan melalui methode survey, hasil tinjauan dilapangan menggambarkan bahwa potensi hutan kota ini dapat dijadikan alternatif lain dalam aktivitas wisata bagi wisatawan lokal maupun dari luar kota yang ingin melakukan aktivitas wisata alam, namun sebelumnya harus dilakukan penatan yang baik dengan berbagai upaya dan keterlibatan dari semua lini baik itu pemerintah daerah, masyarakat, komonitas, hingga infestor yang ingin membangun kawasan tersebut. Meskipun tidak mudah dalam perencanaannya karena dibutuhkan pemeikiran mendalam terhadap methode, bentuk, bahkan irama pengelolaannya kedepan, diharapkan dengan penelitian ini akan memberi sumbangan positif untuk pengkajian selanjutnya.

ABSTRACT
The most important element of this research is information about the tourism potential of the Jeneponto regency, especially in Binamu Subdistrict, Balang Village, regarding urban forest which can be used as a natural urban tourism destination, by the educational approach. by means of the survey method, the results of the field review illustrate that the potential of this urban forest can be used as an alternative in tourism activities for local and outside tourists who want to undertake natural tourism activities, but previously good management must be done with various efforts and involvement from all lines be it local governments, communities, urban, investors who want to develop the destination. Although it is not easy in its planning because it requires deep thought of the methods, models, and how come of its management going forward, it is hoped that this research will make a positive contribution to further studies.
