Teacher Training to Improve ICT Use in Special Needs Education : Syllabus Development Record for Video Creation1
Get PDFICT活用指導力の向上を目的とし，特別支援教育の授業等で活用できる動画教材を作成するスキルの獲得を通して付随する総合的なICT活用を学んでいく研究の2年目となる。研究1年目のまとめとして，被験者であるICT初心者の学生に対し全13回に渡る講座を通じてレクチャーや実技指導を行い，学生自身が動画チャンネルに自作の動画を公開するまでとなった。指導開始時とその終了後に文部科学書「教員のICT活用指導力チェックリスト」を用い被験者に自己評価を実施，その変化について調査を行っている。研究を通じ課題が明らかとなり，さらに改善した2年目の研究を開始している。ICTに抵抗感を持つ教員不足の現状などにも触れながら研究の成果をまとめる。13研究ノートResearch Note
A Study on the Curriculum Management of the Period for Integrated Studies for Elementary School Students
Get PDF教科等を越えた視点で教育課程を見渡し，相互の関連を図るための手立てについて，総合的な学習の時間における実践をもとに考察することを試みたが，本研究を通して，次のような可能性が見出された．
（1）他教科等との関連という視点から，教科等で学んだことを一つの教科等ではなく複数の教科等において活用することにより，児童の活用頻度が高くなり，他教科等で学んだことが役立っているという実感に繋がる．
（2）他教科等で学んだことを使用するにあたり，児童にとって必要感を感じる場面において提示するとともに，そのことを活用する意味について確認することは，児童が主体的に取り組む授業の実現に繋がる．4研究ノートNot
A Basic Study on Facilities Featuring Local Figures Who may be Regarded as Sustainable Tourism Resources : Kinki, Chugoku and Shikoku Regions
Get PDF本研究では，近畿・中国・四国地方13府県の市町村にゆかりの人物の人名を冠した施設（153）が，観光資源として持続可能かどうかを，入館者数の推移から検証した．
研究対象13府県のうち，市町村ゆかりの人物の人名を冠した施設の府県別平均入館者数が研究期間2010～2019年度（コロナ前）に大きな変化がなく「持続可能な観光資源」として活用されているのは，大阪府，岡山県（2013～2019年度），山口県，徳島県（1施設のみだが．2014～2019年度），高知県（2013～2019年度）の6府県と増加傾向にある兵庫県の計6府県，増減が繰り返されているのが和歌山県，鳥取県の2県，減少傾向が続き「持続可能な観光資源」とは言い難いのが奈良県，島根県，広島県，香川県，愛媛県の5県であった．
コロナ前に「持続可能な観光資源」，つまり入館者数を維持していた府県では，コロナ2年目に入館者数が前年比でプラス，または小幅なマイナスにとどまったものの，コロナ前に持続可能な観光資源でなかった，つまり入館者数が減少傾向にあった県ではコロナ2年目の入館者数も前年比でマイナスが続き，回復が鈍いことがわかった．10論文Articl
Neighborhood Associations as Mediators of Acknowledgement of Crime Victim Consultation Services
Get PDFこの論文は，犯罪被害に関する公的な相談窓口の認知と，相談意向に関して，町内会に加入していることの効果を分析する。自治体や警察の広報紙などによる広報活動によって，公的な相談窓口の存在は市民に周知がなされている。そうした広報活動とは別に，町内会加入者は，公的相談窓口を認知している可能性がある。これは，社会学上の知見である，「コミュニケーションの二段階の流れ」（Lazarsfeld et al. 1944=1987）が犯罪予防という領域でも同様に観察されえるということである。
千葉市民2204人を対象としたインターネット調査によるデータを分析し，広報紙との接触，メディア接触などと並び，町内会加入の効果を分析した。その結果，町内会加入の有意な効果がみられた相談窓口と，そうでもない相談窓口があることが見出された。This study analyzes the effect of neighborhood association membership on awareness of public consultation services for crime victimization and the intention to seek consultation. Public relations activities, such as newsletters of local governments and police, create awareness of public consultation services among citizens. Members of neighborhood association may be aware of public consultation services independent of such public relations activities. This means that the sociological knowledge of “two-step flow of communication” (Lazarsfeld et al. 1944) can also be observed in the field of crime prevention.
Data from an Internet survey of 2,204 Chiba residents were analyzed to ascertain the relationship between neighborhood association membership and exposure to newsletters and media. The results show that there were consultation services for which neighborhood association membership had a significant effect, and others for which it did not.6研究ノー
The Significance of “Public Childcare Centers” : An Essay on the Professional Identity of Public Childcare Workers with a Focus on Designated Cities
Get PDF本研究は，現在全国的に減少傾向にある公立保育所が，我が国の子ども家庭福祉の制度としてどのように位置づけられ，どのような役割を期待されているのか，設立からの経緯を文献研究により概観する形で明らかにした。「公立保育所とは」「時代の変遷の中での公立保育所の変容」「公立保育所の役割や機能についての提言」という視点で文献研究を行った結果，公立保育所の存在意義を確認することができた。
これにより，ナショナルミニマムに資する社会福祉施設としての存在意義と，そこで働く公務員保育士には独自の職業アイデンティティが想定されること，さらにはその育成にもその点を踏まえたあり方が問われることが確認された。
また，筆者が指定都市の公立保育所の保育士であったことを端緒とする研究であることから，現在の指定都市の公立保育所のあり方を概観した結果，ナショナルミニマムに資する施設として求められている役割が導き出された。This literature review investigates the role and positioning of public childcare centers, which are currently declining nationwide, within Japan’s child and family welfare system. By reviewing the history of their establishment, this study explores the expected roles of these centers. The literature study was conducted from three perspectives: “what public childcare centers are,” “the transformation of public childcare centers over time,” and “recommendations regarding the roles and functions of public childcare centers.”
The findings from the literature review support the significance of public childcare centers as social welfare facilities that contribute to national minimum standards. The findings further highlight the unique professional identity of public childcare workers and address the implications for their training.
In addition, drawing on the author’s experience as a childcare worker in a designated city, this study reviews the current state of public childcare centers in urban areas, confirming their essential role in supporting children and families and maintaining national minimum standards.8研究ノー
Cooperation in Childcare and Educational Consultation with Communication Among Various Professional Agencies
Get PDF言語によるコミュニケーションは、今日的な意味でもその重要性を増している。本稿はその中でも保育・教育相談を例に、専門機関内外において連携を取ることの難しさと対策について、個人の水準から組織的取組みにわたるまでを論じた。またその際に、認知心理学的な観点から言葉によるにコミュニケーションの認知過程を３段階に分け、各段階で起こりやすい問題と対策を考察した。特に最も高次な過程である状況モデル段階においてはコミュニケーションの共通基盤が重要となり、異なる専門性を持つ者同士のコミュニケーションでは共通基盤がないことを前提とし、一般的な言葉によるコミュニケーションおよび、説明を添えた専門用語の使用に基づいて連携を行うことが有効であることを論じた。12研究ノー
