Significance and Challenges of Introducing Video Reflection in Group Supervision Training : Implications for the Development of Supervisors in Human Care Professions
Get PDF本研究は，ヒューマンケア領域のスーパーバイザー養成を目的とする連続研修講座において試行的に導入された，グループ・スーパービジョン訓練場面を対象としたビデオ・リフレクションの意義について質的に検討したものである。映像を用いた振り返りは，非言語的応答や場の空気感を含む多層的な実践の再検討を促し，記憶だけに依存する省察では得がたい気づきを促進した。また，受講生は，自身の至らなさに直面する「痛み」と，それを仲間との関係性によって支えられる体験を通じて，より深い省察と自己変容の端緒を経験していた可能性が示された。映像という手法が可能にする具体的かつ臨場感ある省察体験は，スーパーバイザーに求められる俯瞰的視点やグループ力動の理解といった実践知の深化と専門職としての倫理を支える重要な訓練機会となりうる。今後の養成設計には，映像の力を生かした省察を支える安全な学習環境の構築が求められる。This study qualitatively examined the significance of introducing video reflections into group supervision training in a supervisor development program in the field of human care. Video-supported reflection enabled participants to revisit complex interpersonal processes, including nonverbal cues and the atmosphere of the setting, thus promoting insights not easily gained through memory-based reflection alone. Participants appeared to engage in deeper self-reflection and experience the beginnings of self-transformation by confronting personal limitations — experienced as “pain”— and receiving support from peer relationships. Such concrete and immersive experiences provided opportunities to cultivate practical competencies essential for supervisors, including adopting a meta-perspective, understanding group dynamics, and enhancing ethical awareness. These findings suggest that video reflection can serve as a meaningful training method to foster reflective capacity and professional maturity. Future program development should emphasize the creation of psychologically safe learning environments that support such reflections and ensure their integration into training contexts.14研究ノー
