    Peran Penyuluh Agama Terhadap Kerukunan Antar Umat Beragama di Desa Sukoreno Kecamatan Umbulsari Kabupaten Jember

    This study was written to see the village of Sukoreno, Mumbulsari District, Jember Regency, which has the characteristics of biodiversity diversity. The population consists of followers of Islam, Christianity, Hinduism and Hindu culture. This study seeks to examine tolerance in inter-religious relations in the village of Sukoreno Umbulsari, the extent to which harmony between religious communities and how the role of religious extension agents are in caring for and maintaining religious harmony in Sukoreno. This research uses qualitative research methods field research (field reaserch). Community in Sukerone village Umbulsari sub-district is a community consisting of many different ethnicities, cultures, traditions and even traditions, but the attitude of mutual respect, giving freedom of religion, accepting other religions gracefully, and always having a positive attitude between religions. Religious extension workers, as an extension of the government, continue to carry out their duties, from providing counseling to advocating for religious issues to improve the quality of harmony between religious communities.     Nilai-Nilai Pendidikan Islam dalam Al-Qur’an dan Hadist

    The goal of this research is to find out what the Qur'an and hadith say about education and what ideals they include. This study intends to 1) learn the values of Islamic education found in the Qur'an and hadith, and 2) learn the cultivation of Islamic educational ideals contained in surah al-Hujurat. This study employs a content analysis technique to qualitative research. The tahlily approach was employed in this study. Data is evaluated utilizing tahliliy methods to study surah al-Hujurat and surat Al-baqarah connected to Islamic educational ideals, as well as analyze and interpret hadith, during the data gathering stage of library research. The findings of this research show that educational values in the Qur'an and hadith are the most important sources in the pedidikan of human character, where education is an effort to form a human being who practices karimah and is expected to become a more obedient, godly human being, with the main goal of bringing humans closer to Allah SWT. Surah Al-Hujurat verses 11-12 and Surah Luqman verses 13-14 in the Qur'an contain Islamic educational values. Both letters are samples of a series of islamic educational ideals letters. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menentukan nilai-nilai pendidikan di Al-Qur'an dan hadist, apa saja kandungannya. Penelitian ini diasari oleh rasa ingin tahu penulis, tentang apa saja isi Al-Qur'an dan hadist dengan tujuan mengetahui 1) apa saja isi dari Al-Qur'an dan Hadist yang berisi tentang nilai-nilai pendidikan 2) What is the meaning or content of Surah Al-Hujurat ayat 11-12 and Surah Luqman ayat 13-14? Penulis menggunakan jenis peneliian kualitatif dan menganalisa dari beberapa jurnal dan buku dalam penelitian ini. Serta, tidak lupa mengkaji dan memahami ayat Al-Qur'an dan hadist sebagai metode penelitian, yang dikenal dengan metode tahlily. Penulis memahami isi kandungan dalam Hadist atau sering disebut dengan teknik library reseach sebagai teknik dalam pengumpulan data-datanya, mengkaji surah Al-Hujurat, surah Luqman, dan memahami isi kandungan dalam Hadist or sering disebut dengan teknik Hasil penelitian ini adalah Nilai-nilai pendidikan dari Al-Qur'an, and hadist merupakan dasar yang memiliki kedudukan yang paling utama sebagai sumber dalam pedidikan karakter manusia, dimana pendidikan tersebut merupakan suatu upaya. Nilai-nilai pendidikan Islam dapat ditemukan dalam Surah Al-Hujurat ayat 11-12 dan Surah Luqman ayat 13-14 Al-Qur'an.     Education is the process of internalizing knowledge and children or students. However it is not only that which needs to be conveyed by educators and parents,the issue of morality or character is also very important to instill. Moral education is the basis for growing an efficient generation.Moral Education must be instilled early,because at this stage children have a greater capacity to absorb a certain stimuli. Educators must be able to use the best way to develop ideal moral education in order to succeed in moral education. In fact,they must understand the attitudes that need to be taken to complete the implementation and indoctrination of moral education for early childhood.This research uses literature study and qualitative descriptive analysis.According to Ibn Miskawaih this research has the aim of fostering students with good moral and moral qualities. Acquire sufficient  knowledge through training and practice.   Pendidikan adalah proses internalisasi pengetahuan pada anak-anak atau peserta didik. Namun, bukan hanya itu juga yang perlu disampaikan oleh pendidik dan orang tua, masalah moral atau karakter juga sangat penting untuk di tanamkan. Pendidikan moral merupakan dasar untuk menumbuhkan generasi yang efisien. Pendidikan moral harus ditanamkan lebih awal, karena pada fase ini anak mempunyai kapasitas yang lebih besar untuk menyerap suatu rangsangan tertentu. Pendidik harus dapat menggunakan cara yang terbaik untuk mengembangkan pendidikan moral yang ideal agar berhasil dalam pendidikan moral.Bahkan, mereka harus memahami sikap yang perlu dilakukan untuk melengkapi implementasi dan indoktrinasi pendidikan moral bagi anak usia dini. Penelitian ini menggunakan studi kepustakaan dan analisa deskriptif kualitatif.     Leadership is the art of influencing people, the art of moving people by utilizing resources to achieve goals. This understanding gives two meanings that need to be in the expalin. First, art, if leadership is an art, then it can be certain that everyone has their own way of expressing it. Second, others, if leadership has to involve others, then its main obligation is to observe, pay attention to the condition of others. Therefore, leadership is a discourse between who we are and how others are. This understanding provides logical consequences that the way, style of leadership type model will differ from one person to another. The effectiveness of leadership depends on how one's leadership style is adapted to circumstances or situations. If the style used by the leader suits the situation, then his leadership will be effective and vice versa. Pemahaman ini memberikan dua makna yang perlu diuraikan. Pertama, seni, jika kepemimpinan merupakan seni, maka dapat dipastikan setiap orang memiliki cara tersendiri untuk mengekspresikannya. Kedua, orang lain, jika kepemimpinan harus melibatkan orang lain, maka kewajiban utamanya adalah mengamati, memperhatikan kondisi orang lain. Oleh sebab itulah maka kepemimpinan merupakan suatu diskurusus antara siapa diri kita dan bagaimana orang lain. Pemahaman ini memberikan konsekwensi logis bahwa cara, gaya model tipe kepemimpinan akan berbeda antara satu orang dengan lainnya. Efektifitas kepemimpinan tergantung pada bagaimana gaya kepemimpinan seseorang disesuaikan dengan keadaan atau situasi. Coronaviruses (CoV) cause flu to more serious illnesses such as (MERS-CoV) and (SARS-CoV). The outbreak of this virus has caused paralysis of vital sectors such as economic, social, political, cultural and even religious. This pandemic condition makes everyone adapt to new habits. Therefore, the termappears new normal or a new life orderwhich is often heard due to this pandemic. This pandemic requires the state to issue rules and policies. With the outbreak of the covid-19 virus, we as believers do not need to worry about dealing with it, but we must remain vigilant. Always ask for protection from God, pray, strive to do what is recommended to prevent the transmission of the covid-19 virus outbreak, by always maintaining cleanliness and always washing hands, Large-Scale Social Restrictions, rest assured that the healing that will be given God, always be patient and grateful, and trust in God and always believe in the healing that will be given by God  Pada akhir tahun 2019 terjadi hampir di seluruh negara terkena wabah virus covid-19 yang menyebabkan angka kematian yang cukup tinggi. Karenanya muncul istilah new normal atau tatanan kehidupan baru yang sering sekali terdengar akibat pandemi ini. pandemi ini mengharuskan negara menerbitkan aturan dan kebijakan. Dengan adanya wabah virus covid-19 ini kita sebagai seorang mukmin tidak perlu khawatir dalam menghadapinya, tetapi kita harus tetap waspada. Selalu meminta perlindungan kepada  Allah Swt, berdoa, berikhtiar dengan melakukan hal yang dianjurkan untuk pencegahan penularan wabah virus covid-19 tersebut, dengan selalu menjaga kebersihan dan selalu mencuci tangan, Pembatasan Sosial Berskala Besar, yakinlah kesembuhan yang akan diberikan Allah SWT, selalu bersabar dan bersyukur, serta tawakal kepada Allah Swt dan selalu yakin akan kesembuhan yang akan diberikan oleh Allah SWT.                            &nbsp

    Pluralisme dalam Perspektif Pemikiran Gus Dur dan Nurcholish Majid

    The purpose of this research is to understand the thoughts of Gus Dur and Nurcholish Majid about pluralism. In Indonesian society, which is pluralistic, friction between understandings in various structures of community groups is unavoidable. For this reason, it is important to understand how Gus Dur and Nurcholish Majid think in terms of pluralism. And what are the similarities and differences in their thinking. This study uses a qualitative descriptive approach and the type of research is library research. Data collection comes from several books and scientific works in the form of journals that are relevant to the themes in the research. The data processing in this study was analyzed in accordance with a count approach (statistics) but through the presentation of thoughts, opinions of experts, or information related to the problem. Gus Dur's idea of ​​pluralism has the main goal of creating harmonization of a pluralistic Indonesian society. And according to Nurcholish majid pluralism is a positive value and grace from God to mankind to enrich the growth of diverse cultures.      Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk memhami pemikiran Gus dur dan Nurcholish Majid tentang pluralisme. Dalam masyarakat indonesia yang mejemuk  pergesekan antar paham diberbagai struktur kelompok masyarakat tidak dapat dihindari. Untuk itu penting memahami bagaimana pemikiran Gus Dur dan Nurcholish Majid dalam hal pluralisme. Serta apa saja persamaan dan perbedaan dalam pemikiran keduanya. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif dan jenis penelitiannya adalah penelitian kepustakaan (library reseach). Pengumpulan data bersumber dari beberapa buku dan karya ilmiah berupa jurnal yang relevan dengan tema yang ada dalam penelitian. Adapun Pengolahan data dalam penelitian ini  dianalisis sesuai dengan pendekatan hitungan (statistik) tetapi memalui penyajian pemikiran,pendapat para ahli, atau informasi yang berhubungan dengan permasalahan. Gasasan pluralisme Gus Dur memiliki tujuan utama yaitu menciptakan harmonisasi masyarakat Indonesia yang majemuk. Dan  menurut Nurcholish majid pluralisme merupakan nilai positif dan rahmat dari Tuhan kepada umat manusia untuk memperkaya pertumbuhan budaya yang beraneka ragam.&nbsp

    The frequency of the environment (ecology) is one of the issues that is always interesting to study and discuss, the environmental damage that is happening a lot nowadays, refer to us how much set of problems that must be overcome by the government in tackling it.  Forest fires in Sumatra and Kalimantan and the handling of rubbish that is still a mess in several regions in Indonesia, causing floods and environmental pollutions, that is evidence of the many problems and environmental crises in our country. These environmental crises, scientifically-philosophically is called as ecological crises, are a reflection of the spiritual crisis of modern humans that has eliminated God in relation to nature.  Islam has far made the environment as an ecosystem that must always be maintained its existence, caring for and guarding it is our duty as humans, as offered by the monism theory that the true nature of the origin of all this reality is only one (all is one), in other words when we destroy nature as well as damage ourselves. Therefore, the purpose of this research is to find out the problems of environmental crises and to find out what solutions can be offered to overcome the problems of environmental crises and how ethical principles respond to environmental crises perspective of the Qur'an
