Strategi Power Edukatif Kiai Pada Pengembangkan Iklim Organisasi Inklusif di Pesantren Al-Qodiri dan Pesantren Nurul Islam Jember
The educative politics of the kiai with their power patterns are important in creating and creating an inclusive generation in pesantren. Therefore the kiai is the main figure in Developing the Organizational Climate. the purpose of this research is to find the Kiai's Educational Power Strategy in Developing an Inclusive Organizational Climate in Al-Qodiri Islamic Boarding School and Islamic Boarding School Nurul Jember. This type of research is qualitative with a case study approach designed with multi site. Data analysis used Miles and Huberman's Interactive Analysis Model which was carried out in two stages, namely single site analysis and cross-site analysis, while data wetness used source triangulation and member checks. The results of this study are First, the power of kiai is the identity of democratic and charismatic leadership, second, the source of power from the attitudes and principles of leadership, third, the basic power base of the family, education, moderate environment, cultural and structural activities of religious organizations, fourth, power capital. intellectual, emotional and spiritual, while the model consists of refrent power, persuasive power, power given by society, advice power, appreciative power and double connection power, fifth, power tactics through appreciation, facilitation, sharing and motivation while the control media uses monthly friendship forums and weekly gathering with close family and subordinates.

Politik edukatif kiai dengan pola powernya adalah hal penting dalam menciptakan dan mencetak generasi yang inklusif di pesantren. Oleh karena itu kiai sosok utama Pada Pengembangkan Iklim Organisasi tersebut. tujuan penelitian ini untuk Untuk menemukan Strategi Power Edukatif Kiai Pada Pengembangkan Iklim Organisasi Inklusif Di Pesantren Al-Qodiri Dan Pesantren Nurul Islam Jember.Jenis penelitian Kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus yang dirancang dengan multi situs. Analisis data menggunakan Model Analisis Interaktif Miles dan Huberman yang dilakukan dua tahap yaitu analisis situs tunggal dan lintas situs sedangkan kebasahan data menggunakan trianggulasi sumber dan member cek.
Hasil penelitian ini adalah Pertama, Kekuasaaan kiai merupakan jati diri kepemimpinan demokratis dan kharismatik, kedua, Sumber kekuasaan dari sikap dan prinsip kepemimpinannya,ketiga, Basis dasar kekuasaan dari keluarga,pendidikan, lingkungan moderat, aktivitas kutural dan struktural organisasi kegamaan,keempat, Modal kekuasaan intlektual, emosional dan spritual, sedangkan Modelnya terdiri refrent power, persuasif power, power given by society, advice power, apresiatif power dan Doble conection power,kelima, taktik kekuasaan melalui apresiasi, fasilitasi, sharing dan motivasi sedangkan media kontrolnya menggunakan forum silaturrahim bulanan dan silaturrahim mingguan bersama keluarga dekat dan bawahannya.

Komunikasi Moderasi Pesantren; Studi Kasus Kepemimpinan Pesantren Nurul Huda Paowan Situbondo
The pesantren moderation life is a cultural agent of noble religious life. As understood together, that Kyai is a source of pesantren culture. The success of the institution's moderation culture, is certainly inseparable from the communication patterns in creating an important component in the pesantren moderation culture. Based on that opinion, this research is very important to do. This study examines the pesantren leadership model in developing its moderation culture. The study will be conducted using a qualitative phenomonological approach. After conducting in-depth study, the discussions can be concluded that leadership communication is carried out based on the kyai knowledge and awareness. In the process, there are several important things to be found, namely, first, purposes. It includes informing, influencing or persuading, instructing and engaging moderation process. Second, the compilation of messages based on weakness of pesantren moderation and feedback shown by the pesantren society. Third, the selection of communication channels which includes verbal (meeting communication and the important meeting others) and nonverbal (uswah action and postering)
Penguatan Pendidikan Melalui Lingkungan Pembelajaran Dalam Meningkatkan Kualitas Belajar Siswa Di Madrasah
In the world of education, the environment is one of the elements of education. Because if it is lacking or missing one of them, then it can not be said as education, closely related to education. The learning environment is an important element that affects students' learning, resulting in a variety of interactions in student outcomes and quality of learning. The role of the learning environment in improving academic quality is the presence of supportive, good classroom management, quality learning resources, and good classroom management. Can affect how students learn patterns so that the quality of their assessment is good, and proven by the presence of quality output. Because in the world of education, in addition to assessment skills are considered necessary, as a benchmark of students' ability in their learning outcomes. The role of the learning environment in improving the quality of non-academic is through extracurricular, ethical and moral. As a teacher and educator the teacher can measure the students' non-academic skills, as well as see the progress of their students' behavior.

Abstrak
Dalam dunia pendidikan, lingkungan merupakan salah satu hal dari unsur pendidikan. Karena jika kurang ataupun hilang salah satunya, maka tidak bisa dikatakan sebagai pendidikan, Erat kaitannya dengan pendidikan. Lingkungan pembelajaran termasuk unsur penting yang berpengaruh pada belajar siswa sehingga menimbulkan berbagai interaksi pada hasil dan kualitas belajar siswa. Peran lingkungan pembelajaran dalam meningkatkan kualitas akademik adalah dengan adanya sarpras yang mendukung, menejemen kelas yang baik, sumber belajar yang berkualitas, serta pengelolaan kelas yang baik. Dapat mempengaruhi bagaimana pola belajar siswa sehingga kualitas penilaian mereka pun baik, dan di buktikan dengan adanya output yang berkualitas pula. Karena dalam dunia pendidikan, selain skill penilaian pun dianggap perlu, sebagai tolak ukur kemampuan siswa dalam hasil belajarnya. Peran lingkungan pembelajaran dalam meningkatkan kualitas non akademik adalah melalui ekstakulikuler, etika dan akhlak. Sebagai seorang pengajar dan pendidik guru dapat mengukur kemampuan skill non akademik siswa, serta melihat perkembangan tingkah laku siswanya.

Pergeseran Pola Kepemimpinan Kiai dalam Mengembangkan Lembaga Pesantren
The development and sustainability of Islamic Boarding School are strongly influenced by the regeneration of the leadership of kiai as a successor of the vision and mission, depending upon their disciplines. Regeneration of the leadership of kiai often occurs on the basis of lineage to maintain and respond the developmental and institutional dynamics in the boarding school. The research is intended to analyze and discover the leadership patterns of kiai, the shifting patterns of the leadership, and the impact of the shift towards the development of the institutions. This study is phenomenological. The data collection techniques employed were observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. The data analysis procedures were data reduction, data display, and conclusion. Tringualation was used to check the data validity, credibility, transferability, dependability, and confirmability.The findings of the research reveal the following results. Firstly, the pattern of the leadership of kiai is preserving and maintaining lineage or dzurriyyah (leader is born). The characteristics of the leadership of kiai are paternalistic, charismatic, pseudo-democratic, and transcendent-transformative. Secondly, the shifting patterns of the leadership of kiai are maintaining direct dzurriyah, direct and closest dzurriyyah, and indirect and closest dzurriyyah. The patterns are based on the following principles: a) capable to maintain knowledge and the characteristics of the boarding school, b) able to maintain the values of the boarding schools and families (dzurriyyah), c) able to maintain the values and patterns of leadership characteristics which are paternalistic, charismatic, pseudo-democratic, and transcendent-transformative, and d) finally, able to maintain the institutional characteristics of the boarding schools which are salafiyah, salafiyah-khalafiyah, and khalafiyah. Thirdly, the impacts of the leadership shift of kiai are as follows. a) the leadership pattern is more open and accepts value changes. b) Diversity of institutional models occurs from salafiyah, salafiyah-khalafiyah, and khalafiyah. c) the models of institutional buildings are from wood and bamboo to modern buildings. d) the quality of human resources is in the forms of expertises religious knowledge and science. e) the management of santri is from traditional to classical management models, and f) the outputs or graduates involve in the works for the religious instution and community services in his environment
Implementasi Ta’arudul Al ‘Am Wal Khas Menurut Mazhab Hanafi dan Mazhab Syafi’i dalam Hukum Islam
The discursus about Islamic law about continuing to see the importance of Al-Ta'ārud occurred because of the inadedience of the mujtaid knowing the will of as-Shari' in knowing the nature of nașș. There is no indeed contradiction in nașș because it means al-ta'ārud weakness, whereas Allah almighty is an omnilime substance and far from the nature of opposition, in addition that the owner of the law is only one god almighty, so there can be no contradiction. If there is, then the opposition is not an insanity opposition. When they came across two contradictory arguments, all the scholars agreed that it was not an insanity opposition. However, if the hel occurs, then it is mandatory for the law to be discussed and sought a solution. In terms of completing al-ta'ārud al-'ām wa al-khāș the scholars of the Hanafi and Shafi'i sects offer many methods or solutions sequentially

Penguatan Manajemen Kurikulum Terintegrasi Pada Madrasah di Lingkungan Pesantren
Good integrated curriculum planning affects the implementation of curriculum in a good boarding school environment. The impact has a positive nuance for the development of curriculum management in Madrasah. The purpose of this research is to reveal: How to plan integrated curriculum on Madrasah in the pesantren environment in improving the quality of existing teachers. The study used a qualitative approach with multi-case design. Data validity collection and verification techniques. The results showed that (1) Integrated curriculum management in Madrasah in the boarding school needs to coordinate so that the curriculum is in accordance with the needs in three research locations, (2) The principal activities at the Madrasah And teachers can provide information to convey activity materials to students (3) The involvement of the principal in curriculum planning in the institution of boarding schools can exist if supported by local and national subjects. The conclusion of this study as follows (1) can improve teacher's professional and quality of education, (2) can improve the professionalism of teachers and students by the guidance on the new curriculum, (3) can meet the needs of society.
 
The Effect Of Use Of Audio Visual Media On Results Of Study On Social Knowledge Science In Madrasah
Social Sciences is an integration from various branches namely history, geography, economy, sociology and anthropology which are simplified and formulated for instructional purposes and completed with material and objectives so that they are easy to learn at the public/Islamic elementary school and public/Islamic junior high school levels. With the complexity of Social Sciences studies, effective and efficient media for learning activities are needed. So, it is very necessary for a teacher to use interesting media in the teaching and learning process. One of the interesting media can be used is audio-visual media as a means of motivating and increasing effectiveness and efficiency in achieving student learning outcomes.
The purpose of this study is to examine the influence of the use of audio-visual media on student learning outcomes in social studies subjects at the Madrasah Tsanawiyah ASHRI Jember in the academic year 2019/2020.
This study, used a quantitative approach with a quasi-experimental type of research, and applied a non-equivalent control group design. The population of this study was students of class VIII ASHRI Madrasah Jember. The research sample obtained through purposive sampling technique, which amounted to 74 students consisting of class VIII A as an experimental class and VIII B as a control class. Documentation in the form of post test scores was used as the data collection analysis. Analysis and test of hypotheses were done with Independent Sample T-Test and the assistance of the IBM SPSS 22.00 For Windows.
By using Independent Sample T-Test as the hypothesis testing, the results of this study indicated the significance of 0,000 (2-tailed). This showed that the significance value was under 0.05, so that the null hypothesis (H0) was rejected and the alternative hypothesis (Ha) was accepted. This means that there is a significant influence on the use of audio-visual learning media on the learning outcomes of Social Sciences subject at the Madrasah Tsanawiyah ASHRI Jember in the academic year 2019/202
