Pseudopuritanism: Studi Al-Dakhil Atas Tafsir Majelis Tafsir Al-Qur’an (Mta)
This study will discuss the ambiguity of the Majelis Tafsir al-Qur'an (MTA) as a missionary organization trying to explore the sacred heirlooms in the form of Islamic law or trying to purify Islamic law, by making MTA interpretations as a reference for their da'wah, in the introduction to their interpretation they will not using the hadith daif, the history of Israel as a reference. However, in reality, they are precisely inconsistent with the principles of the teachings of making the Old Testament as the source of their interpretation. This research is a library research that seeks to explore and explore the interpretations carried out by MTA. Through al-Dhakhil's approach as a study of the theory of criticism of puritan ideological interpretation, it was found that the interpretation of MTA which became the reference of his da'wah, was inconsistent between statements and practice and made the old treaty as a reference in his interpretation and equated with Torah, even though the two were different.
 
Peran Kepemimpinan Kiai di Pendidikan Pesantren dalam Menghadapi Revolusi Industri 4.0
This paper discusses the role of the kiai's leadership in pesantren education in an effort to strengthen the Industrial Revolution 4.0 industry. Pesantren is an ideal education system that attempts to provide education to the community to develop the existing potential, because pesantren santri in pesantren are not only given religious knowledge, santri are also taught to live independently, have character and innovate through pesantren activities. The pesantren is one of the institutions of Islamic education that will produce a generation of Indonesians into 'ulama', Muslim scholars and generations who have national character and morality. In the current era of information technology development, learning approaches have experienced rapid development that can change people's mindsets. The availability of information technology that is connected to the internet makes it easy for everyone to access science. So that pesantren must also be able to actualize these developments by developing pesantren curricula that are in accordance with the needs of the times. Pendidikan Karakter Berbasis Kearifan Lokal
The current phenomenon shows that the noble character values among children are experiencing a quite concerning crisis. One of the factors causing the deterioration of children's character is a crisis or deterioration of national cultural values or local wisdom values. Therefore, exploring cultural values or local wisdom values is a strategic step in an effort to build the nation's character. The purpose of this study was to describe (1) character education through traditional games in MIN 3 Jember, (2) character education through traditional songs in MIN 3 Jember, and (3) character education through folklore in MIN 3 Jember. To achieve this goal, this study uses a phenomenological type of qualitative approach. The data collection technique uses observation, interview, and documentary study techniques. The data collected are primary data and secondary data which include: character education strategy data through traditional games, character education through traditional songs, and character education through folk stories. After the data is collected, it is analyzed using themodel spiral analysis proposed by Cresswel (2007).
The results showed that (1) The teachers at MIN 3 Jember have used traditional games as a medium to instill character values in students. The traditional games played by students are quite varied. The steps taken by the teacher in using traditional games as a medium in instilling the character of students are: choosing traditional games that are in accordance with the learning theme, playing games together with students, followed by explaining the character values contained in the games that have been played the. (2) Teachers at MIN 3 Jember have used traditional songs as a medium to instill character values in students. The steps taken by the teacher in using traditional songs as a medium to instill the character of students, namely: choosing traditional songs that are in accordance with the learning theme, singing songs together with students, followed by explaining the character values contained in traditional songs that have been sung. (3) teachers at MIN 3 Jember have used folklore as a medium to instill character values in students. The steps taken by the teacher in using folklore to instill character values are: (a) the children read the folklore in groups or independently, (b) to find out whether the children understand the story, the teacher make inquiries via 5W + H. (c) the teacher retells the folklore to the children, and (d) the teacher conveys the messages (character values) that exist in the story

Pengembangan Kekhasan Pendidikan Pondok Pesantren
The oldest educational model in Indonesian islamic school, before the advent of formal education. Islamic boarding schools are representative of the needs of the community itself. Islamic school itself develops along with the development of the surrounding community with local wisdom (local genius). Therefore pesantren develops with their own uniqueness as a form of response to the fulfillment of the needs of Stakeholders.This study aims to reveal the development of the peculiarities of boarding school education, with research subjects Baitul Arqom Balung boarding school Jember. The focus of the research study is a) What is the caregiver's view of education in Islamic boarding schools ?, b) What are the caregiver's views on the development of science and technology, political demands and stakeholders, and c) What activities are carried out in developing the characteristics of the Islamic boarding school ?. The results of this study reveal: 1) That the caregiver's view of education in pesantren is: a) education in the pesantren must be open, b) Education in islamic school for all groups, c) Education dipesantren to think freely and remain spiritually islamic school, 2) view of caregivers Baitul Arqom Balung Jember boarding school on the development of science and technology, social and political changes anddemands stakeholder: that is positive and open by showing: a) Updates in terms of teaching and learning methods in pesantren, including the use of information technology access, b). Updates in terms of content of curriculum content. including teaching general science, especially technology, and c) Renewing pesantren as a center of communitydevelopment. Including equipping students with various scientific disciplines and skills in entering the modern world while still holding on to the spiritual demands, Islamic law and morals. 3) The form of educational activities developed as an effort to develop specialities in the Baitul Arqom Balung Jember Islamic boarding school, among others: a) Muadalah education activities, b) non-formal educational activities, for example: English language development, Arabic language development, scout activities, and activities other unit
