This research was conducted in formal institutions at the early childhood level. This study uses a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques using observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis techniques use the theory of Miles and Huberman, namely data condensation, data presentation, and inference. This research concludes that the multicultural model in religion can be implemented in three forms: Content Integration, Equitable Pedagogy, and Empowering School Culture and Social Structure. First, this Content Integration can be carried out with the learning center model by providing examples that occur in everyday life from various points of view; this activity is structured in three stages: opening, core, and closing. Second, in applying equitable pedagogical education, namely praying according to their respective beliefs, there is no difference between Muslim and non-Muslim students. Still, activities that contain religious elements are carried out differently. Third, in applying cultural empowerment, empowering school culture and the social structure includes routine and exemplary habituation activities

Abstract This article reviews the model of human resource development (HRD) based on spirituality as its main focus within Islamic Financial Institutions, specifically the KSPPS under the Association of Islamic Cooperatives of NU Members (ASKOWANU) in Jepara. The model applied in human resource development incorporates the dimensions of workplace spirituality, which include meaningful work, sense of community, and alignment with organizational values. These three dimensions form the construct variable of spirituality in the workplace. Meaningful work is at the individual level, sense of community is at the group level, while alignment with organizational values is at the organizational level. By implementing these three aspects, companies or organizations will gain not only material but also immaterial and spiritual benefits. The method used in this research is qualitative with a descriptive analysis approach, where the researcher examines the phenomena occurring in the research object. The study concludes that, in general, Islamic financial institutions have already implemented spirituality-based human resource development, but it has not been effective. Therefore, strategic steps are necessary to implement these three aspects operationally within the institution/organization. &nbsp

Problem-Based Learning Strategies As The Main Concept of Quality Learning

One of the current learning problems is the lack of educators in mastering strategies or learning models that lead to the quality of the learning output itself. The application of methods in learning is one of the keys to achieving quality learning because, in its implementation, the strategy will determine whether the teaching is effective or not. Problem Based Learning (PBL) strategy is one of the strategies considered important in achieving the quality of education because it is based on social and scientific problems by the tendencies of the learner, resulting in a contextual and scientific understanding. In this learning model, students are invited to solve some issues and find solutions for the contextual problems. Thus, students can be actively involved in the learning process so that learning does not feel monotonous and only listens to the teacher lecturing. This strategy indirectly also fosters students' ability to analyze problem-solving and think critically about solving problems or events they will face. This paper examines the concept of quality learning problem-based learning in the idea of quality, both absolute and relative, as Edward Sallis argues. So that learning does not feel monotonous and only listen to the teacher lecturing. &nbsp
