    Until now still strong assumption in the wider community that says that "religion" and "science" are two entities that can not be reconciled. Both have their own territory, separated from one another, both in terms of material-formal objects, research methods, truth criteria, roles played by scientists as well as their theoretical status even to the institution of the organizers. That is a picture of education praxis and scientific activities and learning in the homeland so far with a variety of negative impacts caused by the wider community. To end the praxis of scientific dichotomy in the world of education, it is necessary to develop patterns or learning tips that are integrated in each type and level of educational institutions in Indonesia both formal and nonformal. Growing anti-violence religion with all the values of the wisdom of pesantren education, perhaps is an attempt to build anormative theological awareness as well as social consciousness,in which we live in a complex society with existing problems and plural society in terms of religion, culture, ethnicity of its various social diversity.     Islam In South Thailand: Acculturation Of Islam In The Malay Culture

    In the perspective of history, the religious and cultural system of Patani Malays in Southern Thailand have underground evolution development stages from animism and dynamism to Hinduism and Buddhism. This ‘’old’’ culture has been handed down into the traditions and values as well as the mindset of the present day life and culture of the Patani Malays. The arrival of Islam has brought chnges in the religious and cultural system of the Patani Malays. The Patani’s worldview was formerly based on the religious and cultural system of animism, dynamism, Hinduism, and Buddhism in the term of their customs and traditions. This study examines the process of inculturation of Islamic values into Patani malay’s culture in Southern Thailand. This study used a descriptive-analytical method and an historical-anthropological approach. This study researches the Patani malay’s religious system and culture as manifested in their everyday life and the dynamic relationship of Islamic values and local culture. In so doing, the study can describe and analyze the development of Islamic Values and Patani Malay’s culture have eventually facilitated the process of its inculturation into Patani Malay’s religious system and culture.Keywords: The religious systems, Islamic values, culture, inculturation

Both must be implemented together in synergy. These different learning methods lead to differences and changes in the management of the learning experience.     Marriage can be said to be valid if done according to Islamic law and in accordance Law - Marriage Law and the Compilation of Islamic Law. Indonesian legal system does not recognize the term under the hand mating, marriage Sirri and the like, and do not set out specifically in a regulation. For those who do not register marriages considered invalid in the eyes of the law and did not get a marriage certificate as proof of the validity of a marriage is authentic. But in the Compilation of Islamic Law article 7 paragraph (2) states: "in the case of marriage can not be proven with a marriage certificate can be submitted ithbat nikahnya Religious Court". Moderate paragraph (3) states ithbat marriage that can be submitted to the Court with respect to religion; a. Their marriage in a divorce settlement, b. The loss of a marriage certificate, c. The existence of doubt on the legitimacy of one of the conditions of marriage, and d. Marriage occurred prior to the enactment of Act 1 of 1974 on marriage, e. Marriages performed by those who have no impediment of marriage according to Law No. 1 of 1974. To address this problem researchers use empirical normative approach. As is the normative approach is an effort to bring the issues examined by the normative law. While the empirical approach is an attempt to approach the issues examined by real law or in accordance with the reality that exists in the community. The source of the data in this research is purposive sampling and techniques used in data collection are: 1.Observasi, 2. Interview 3. Documentation. Related to this research, analysis of the data used is descriptive analysis. Namely the operation of the data by describing the social reality / empirical (in this case the products of court decision), with the existing theory (laws that are relevant to the case) The results of the study show that the first: Jember Religious Court granted the petition would remain despite the legalization of marriage marriage under the hand, all the marriage was held meet Islamic law and the marriage does not violate the prohibition on marriage datur in Article 8 to Article 10 of Law No. 1 of 1974 in conjunction with Article 39 through Article 44 Compilation of Islamic Law. Second: The judges Religious Court Jember will still grant Type Approval of Marriage in the Lower Hand / ithbat marriage if the marriage of the applicant that has been done previously qualified and harmonious marriage despite his marriage under the hand / marriage Sirri, that into consideration Court judge Religion Jember is benefit for the Petitioner and the child's future ratification applicant wedding / marriage istbat.Key Word: Overview juridical Marriage Endorsement

    Objective of the study : (1) to know how far parents’ role student learning achievement at Al-furqan Jember, (2) how to correlation between parent of student and school at SD Al-Furqan Jember. This study was done at SD Al-Furqan Jember, by using qualitative approach. Data collecting technique was done by : (1) deep interview, (2) documentation. While checking up data validity was done by cross check with triangulation technique and colleagues discussion. Data analysis was done by (1) data reduction, (2) data presentation, (3) withdrawal of conclusion. From data analysis was found that parent has so central to student learning achievement, because education in school is still not enough increase student learning achievement. With the parents’ role so not just teacher wo strive to increase student learning achievement however parent does advising to their child by join the course. While relation between student old fellow with school intertwin intensive communications with meeting of pupil sponsor mothers in majelis ta’lim that conducted by institution of Al-Furqan Jember. From all data and the result of research finding is found that parents’ role is so necessary to student learning achievement of SD Al-Furqan Jember and relation among student old fellow with school is very good and communicative. As for researcher suggestion is school have to be more improve role of old fellow to student learning process, in order to student achievement progressively mount.       Key word : Parent, learning achievemen

The Ritual-ritual not get out of the belief kejawen, like shalat at the same time sit, not execute the fasting ramadhan but following feast day of Ramadan and others Internal issue Formula this research is: 1) How form of activity of Islam kejawen and its resolving in in perpective of Islam in realizing and creating environment which madani in region Nganjuk 2) How method for the menyinergikan of religious value wisely is local budanya, in in perpective of Islam in realizing and creating environment which madani in region Nganjuk 3) How method applying for the menyinergikan of religious value wisely is local budanya, in in perpective of Islam in realizing and creating environment which madani in region Nganjuk? This research use the method qualitative (qualitative approach), in the form of utterance or article and behavior perceived the. Research type used is case study, that is a research conducted intensively, inch, and circumstantial to an organization, institute, or certain symptom. Procedure of data collecting with the interview, observation, and documentation. Analyse the data conducted by data discount, data presentation, and conclusion withdrawal. Checking of data Authenticity use the lengthening of taking part in, perception assidinity, and trianggulasi. Conclusion from this research result is: 1) forms of Activity of Islam kejawen in Countryside Bajulan among other things is nuptials, ceremony of tingkeban or mitoni, birth ceremony, ceremony of sunatan or circumcision, last offices, nyadran, clean of countryside, ceremony of commemoration of birthday of Prophet of Muhammad Saw., and ceremony of nifsu sya'ban of mid of month sya'ban (ruwah). 2) Method for the menyinergikan of religious value wisely is local culture in Countryside Bajulan is with the mission of bil matter, blaze the way the activity Islamic, Commemoration of Red-Letter Day Islam, Islam education, strategy infiltrate the culture, strategy of ta'lim or education, and sentimental strategy. 3) Method applying for the menyinergikan of religious value wisely local culture in perpective of religion in realizing and creating environment which madani in Countryside Bajulan by applying mission of bil matter, blaze the way the activity Islami, Commemoration of Red-Letter Day Islam, Islam education, forming of dirasah Islamiyah for the parent of, istighosah, and activity practice the shalat.
