Full text linkABSTRACT The role of fiqh in helping solve the problem of kemummatan, sometimes causing the problematic dilemma. The resulting decisions also have no significant influence in some aspects. This can be understood, for example, through the tradition of polar al-mu'tabarah use as a tool in solving contemporary problems. This tradition is firmly held by pesantren and NU circles in Indonesia, even though these two Indonesian Islamic entities have begun to adopt the system of manhajiy, no longer qawly, as some of the past. The use of medieval fiqh books as a reference in the settlement of social problems is considered to have substantive weakness, especially in terms of differences in time, sociological, psychological, and cultural. Karakteristik Marketing Shariah dalam Keputusan Menjadi Nasabah Perbankan Shariah
No full textAbstractThis research was conducted to know and analyze the influence of shará¿‘'ah marketing characteristic in the decision to become shar'ah banking customer (research on student of Faculty of Economics and Islamic Business UIN Sunan Kalijaga Yogyakarta), where in marketing characteristic shar''ah consist of four indicators namely, theistic (rabbÄniyah), ethical (akhlÄqiyah), realistic (al-waqi'iyyah), and humanistic (al-insaniyah) that will be measured for influence on the decision to become a customer. The method used in this research using quantitative approach, the data used is the primary data by distributing questionnaires to a number of respondents who have taken into account the level of trust. Based on the results of data analysis that has been collected, it is evident that the characteristics of marketing shará¿‘'ah influence in the decision to become shará¿‘'ah banking customers (a research of students of the Faculty of Economics and Islamic Business UIN Sunan Kalijaga Yogyakarta) is very weak, among four indicators of marketing characteristics shará¿‘'ah above, ethical (akhlÄqiyah) is the only one influencing the decision to become a shará¿‘'ah banking customer. Education contributes greatly to the progress of a nation and is a vehicle for translating constitutional messages and means in building national character (character building). An intelligent society will give a smart nuance of life and will progressively form independence. Schools as one of the educational institutions which are an expansion of the individual's social environment for the development of social relations capabilities and at the same time are new environmental factors that are very challenging or even worrying for him. This is because the factors of the situation or circumstances that affect the learning process in students related to the students themselves, the state of learning, the learning process, teachers who provide lessons, friends learn and get along, as well as learning programs taken. All of them are factors that are closely related to one another.

Penguatan Karakter Peserta Didik Melalui Pembelajaran Agama Islam Berbasis Multikultural di SMAN 1 Jombang
Full text linkIndonesia has many cultures, customs, tribes, nations and religions. This diversity can lead to conflict, because of incompatibility between individuals with other in accepting the differences. This article discusses the diversity and the role of Islamic religious teachers in implementing multicultural education at SMAN 1 Jombang. The design of this study is qualitative, using such instruments as interviews, observation and documentation. Data analysis in this research is reduction, display and conclusion (verification). This research result concludes that the conditions at SMAN 1 Jombang are very diverse, in terms of ethnicity, religion, social status and thinking patterns. Such tribes in the school as Java, Padang, Bugis, Sunda and Madura, then the religion includes Islam, Catholicism and Protestantism. All three are different in their belief and teaching of groups adopted. The leader of school gives freedom to all school citizen to worship and actualize based on their beliefs, so there has never been a conflict led to the diversity. This is because of the role of Islamic religion teachers and others in encouraging multicultural learning based and then resulted character tolerance can grow in the minds and actions of all school members.

Juridical Analysis Of Diffabel Wives In Article 57 Letter (B) Compilation Of Islamic Law
Full text linkOne of the strongest reasons for proposing polygamy as contained in article 57 letter b is that teh wife have a body defect (imperfect body) so that the husban can file a divorce and disability claim which is called diffable. There are regulations that regulate the similarity of rights before the law such as human rights, law number 4 of 1997 concerning persons with disabilities, the constitution of the Republik of Indonesia years 1945, law number 19 years 2011 concerning the ratification of disability conventions and law number 18 years 2016 concerning disability. Formulation of the problem is 1) what is the jurdical analysis of legal protection for women with disabilities in article 57 letter b KHI. 2) what is the solution or form of legal protection for women with disabilities in article 57 letter b KHI. Methodes is qualitative descreibed by the statute approach and conceptual aprroach. Type of library research and data collection in documentation and data analysis using content analiysis. Validity of data in credibility and data triangulation. Conclusion, the provisions of article 57 letter b conflict with human rights and disability law there are law number 4 years 1997 concerning persons with disabilities, the Republik Of Indonesia years 1945 artcle 27, law number 19 years 2011 concerning convention on the right of persons with disabilities and law number 8 years 2016 concerning disability and the jugde must tigthen not to grant the husban who wants to be polygamy for the reason of the disability.

This paper found out in theory that children have the ability to recognize what is called “religion†in their heart through their mind by having imagination and thinking logically.
