Effectiveness of Out-Class Learning at the Museum (OCAM) on Motivation and Learning Outcomes of History
This research examines whether there is a causal relationship between variables, namely Out-Class At The Museum (OCAM) learning on motivation and history learning outcomes. This research is a quantitative experimental research with a one-group pretest-posttest design. The techniques used to collect data are tests, observation sheets, and questionnaires. Data analysis was carried out descriptively and inferentially. The research results show that students' motivation and learning outcomes in class are still low. It is known that learning motivation is an average of 49.5 and learning outcomes are an average of 46 during the pretest. Then, when treated with OCAM learning, learning motivation was an average of 74, and learning outcomes were an average of 62 during the posttest. OCAM learning is effective for motivation and learning outcomes. This is known from the learning motivation variable with a value of Sig. (2-tailed) is 0.000<0.05 and the learning outcome variable has a value of Sig. (2-tailed) is 0.000<0.05, so there is a significant difference between the average pretest and posttest results

The results of this study show that the F-value is 4.56 with a p-value of 0.005. Because the p-value is less than 0.05, it can be concluded that there is a significant difference between the components of cultural ability measured in this study. In addition, it is known that the three components of cultural ability significantly influence the effectiveness of guidance and counseling practices. Cultural awareness had the most significant influence (β = 0.29, p = 0.011), followed by cultural skills (β = 0.26, p = 0.019) and cultural knowledge (β = 0.23, p = 0.022). Cultural attitudes have no significant effect (β = 0.20, p = 0.065). THE REPRESENTATION OF MULTIPLE INTELLIGENCES IN THE PRIMARY SCHOOL ENGLISH TEXTBOOKS MY NEXT WORDS: A CONTENT ANALYSIS
Each student has individual differences, including intelligence profiles, that teachers must consider. The recent curriculum, Kurikulum Merdeka, emphasizes the freedom for the teacher to plan the lesson based on students’ needs and abilities. Since teachers widely use textbooks as a source and guidance to conduct an appropriate teaching-learning process, it is essential to have textbooks that accommodate students’ multiple intelligences. This study aimed to determine the representation of Multiple Intelligences in primary school textbooks titled My Next Words. This study used content analysis as the research method. Eight units were chosen, with two randomly selected from each of the four textbooks. The data were gathered by administering a coding sheet and analyzed by calculating the frequency of occurrence. The results indicated that My Next Words textbooks accommodate all types of intelligences to a certain degree. The most frequently occurring types of intelligence are verbal/linguistic and visual/spatial intelligence. This study can serve as a source for teachers to recognize and address various intelligences, helping them to adapt their teaching material. Besides, it can inform textbook developers to enhance the content of textbooks to provide more diverse material that caters to different intelligences
THE ANALYSIS OF TASKS PRESENTED IN KURIKULUM MERDEKA TEXTBOOK ENGLISH FOR NUSANTARA
English language textbooks play an essential role in presenting learning material and assisting students in acquiring language skills. Most Indonesian teachers heavily depend on textbooks; however, they often lack knowledge about the task types employed in textbooks. The study aims to analyze the tasks in the English textbook and the types of tasks presented in the English textbook English for Nusantara. English for Nusantara is the primary sourcebook for seventh and eighth-grade junior high school students in Kurikulum Merdeka. The analysis was conducted by utilizing Nunan's (1990) typology of tasks to determine the different categories and frequency of tasks within the textbooks. Stratified random sampling was used for this research, and tasks were taken from two different units in each textbook. The findings indicated that the textbooks comprise various types of tasks, and each of the textbooks emphasized distinct task types. The seventh-grade textbook places a greater emphasis on cognitive tasks, whereas the eighth-grade textbook places a greater emphasis on interpersonal tasks. Nonetheless, the task distribution is unbalanced, and certain categories of tasks remain unaddressed in both textbooks; specifically, creative and affective tasks are absent
