Psychological well-being is very important to improve a person's optimal psychological functioning, good quality of life, and hope to live longer. Psychological well-being is influenced by many factors, one of which is social support because it functions as a mediator between stressors and individuals. Lack of social support for honorary teachers in the Special Region of Yogyakarta can make their psychological well-being level low. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between social support and psychological well-being in honorary teachers in the Special Region of Yogyakarta. The methodology used was a quantitative method with a correlational approach. A total of 100 honorary teachers in the Special Region of Yogyakarta became research subjects. The sampling technique in the study used accidental sampling. The data in the study were taken using a questionnaire and the data analysis used product-moment correlation analysis. The results of the correlation test between social support and psychological well-being showed r = 0.495 with a p-value = 0.000 (p < 0.005), which means that there is a significant relationship between social support and psychological well-being in honorary teachers in the Special Region of Yogyakarta
Peran Optimisme dalam Memediasi Pengaruh Pendidikan Kewirausahaan terhadap Grit pada Mahasiswa yang Mengikuti Program Wirausaha
The low interest of college graduates in entrepreneurship is a challenge in itself. One of the factors that influences student resilience in entrepreneurship is grit, namely perseverance and consistency in achieving long-term goals. The purpose of this study was to determine whether optimism is a mediator of the influence of entrepreneurship education on grit. This study uses a quantitative approach with a mediation analysis design. The subjects of the study were students who participated in the Student Entrepreneurship Development Program (P2MW) at Muhammadiyah and Aisyiyah Colleges (PTMA) in Former Kedu Residency Area in 2022–2024, with a sample size of 68 respondents. The results showed that entrepreneurship education had a direct and significant effect on student grit (p = 0.012). Optimism acts as a partial mediator in the relationship between entrepreneurship education and grit (p = 0.040), which means that optimism strengthens the influence of entrepreneurship education on grit, but is not the only determining factor. This study contributes to university policies in assisting student entrepreneurship development programs

PROSES LITERASI STATISTIKA CALON GURU MATEMATIKA DITINJAU DARI PENGETAHUAN AWAL
Literacy skills are important for prospective mathematics teachers in 21st century education, especially in the field of statistics. The purpose of the research was to describe the statistical literacy process based on initial knowledge. The subjects of the study were 50 students of Mathematics Education at the Universitas Muhammadiyah Metro Lampung and the Universitas Muhammadiyah Purwokerto. The research applies a descriptive qualitative method. Data collection used literacy test instruments and in-depth interview guidelines. Based on the results of previous knowledge tests, subjects were grouped into three categories of high, medium, and low. Each category was taken by one person as an informant with purposive sampling techniques. The data analysis technique is carried out with the stages of data reduction, presentation, and final conclusion. The mathematical literacy process includes the stages of data orientation, data processing, and data interpretation. The results of the study prove that students in the early and medium knowledge categories are able to detail activities at the stages of data orientation, processing, and interpretation. Identifying information and main problems is the key for the student to process the data. At the end of the answer, the student is in the high category and is giving a final conclusion and examination of the answer. In contrast to students in the low initial knowledge category, mistakes made in data orientation resulted in errors in applying mathematical concepts. Thus, the process stage and interpretation of data cannot be fulfilled correctly. The results of the study have a positive impact on the mathematical thinking process to solve contextual problems
