    Make a Match Model Assisted With Flashcard in the Evaluation of History Learning

    This study aims to describe the design and implementation of the Make a Match learning model assisted by flashcards in the evaluation of history learning at SMAN 1 Sutera. The background of this study is the lack of interesting and effective learning methods in improving student activity and understanding. This study uses a qualitative descriptive method with data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of the study indicate that the Make a Match model is implemented through three stages: introduction, core, and closing. Although this model succeeded in improving student activity and understanding, obstacles were found in the unevenness of student participation in group discussions. This study concludes that the Make a Match model is effective in creating an interactive learning atmosphere and improving understanding of the material, but improvements are needed in managing discussions for more optimal results

    This study discusses the History and Impact of Covid-19 on Culinary Tourism Nasi Sek at Gandoriah Beach, Pariaman City: Pondok Salero Ibu Ina (1987-2020). The problems of this research are: how was the early history of selling Nasi Sek Pondok Salero Ibu Ina as a culinary tour at Gandoriah Beach, Pariaman City (1987-2020), and how did the Covid-19 outbreak affect Nasi Sek Pondok Salero Ibu Ina. The purpose of this study is to determine the early history of selling Nasi Sek Pondok Salero Ibu Ina as a culinary tour at Gandoriah Beach, Pariaman City (1987-2020), and to determine the effect of the Covid-19 outbreak on Nasi Sek Pondok Salero Ibu Ina. The research method used in this study is the Historical Research Method, this method is divided into four stages: 1) Heuristics, 2) Source Criticism, 3) Interpretation, 4) Historiography. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that: 1) the early history of starting to sell and the development of Nasi Sek Pondok Salero Ibu Ina as a culinary tour at Gandoriah Beach, Pariaman City (1987-2020). Because Nasi Sek Pondok Salero Ibu Ina is often visited by visitors from various regions outside Pariaman City and this Nasi Sek is also a typical culinary of Pariaman City to be tasted. 2) The Impact of the Covid-19 Outbreak on Nasi Sek Pondok Salero Ibu Ina.     Kemampuan literasi matematis adalah kemampuan penting yang harus dimiliki oleh siswa, namun kemampuan ini masih tergolong rendah. Salah satu cara untuk meningkatkannya adalah melalui inovasi bahan ajar menggunakan teknologi melalui penggunaan e-modul berbasis STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Art and Mathematics). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan dan menguji kualitas e-modul berbasis STEAM dalam meningkatkan kemampuan literasi matematis. Metode yang digunakan yaitu jenis R&D dengan model ADDIE. Subjek penelitian ini adalah validator ahli materi dan desain, guru, serta siswa kelas VIII.A MTs Laboratorium UIN STS Jambi. Data dikumpulkan melalui angket validasi materi dan desain, angket praktikalitas oleh guru dan siswa, angket efektivitas respon siswa, serta tes kemampuan literasi matematis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengembangan e-modul berbasis STEAM dapat meningkatkan kemampuan literasi matematis siswa. Hasil validasi materi mencapai 79% (valid), validasi desain 81,1% (sangat valid), praktikalitas oleh guru 95,2% (sangat praktis), praktikalitas oleh siswa 85,3% (sangat praktis), dan efektivitas respon siswa 86% (sangat praktis). Nilai gain yang diperoleh sebesar 0,73 menunjukkan peningkatan tinggi dalam kemampuan literasi matematis siswa. Dengan demikian, e-modul berbasis STEAM memenuhi kriteria valid, praktis, dan efektif dalam meningkatkan kemampuan literasi matematis

    This research aims to describe the communication models and teaching methods used by the ustaz in delivering religious material in majelis taklim. This research uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive method, with data obtained from interviews, observations, and literature review, namely The method of da'wah such as hikmah emphasizes wisdom in delivering messages, adjusting the delivery method to the context and characteristics of the message recipients, while mujadalah involves constructive discussions and dialogues to clarify and strengthen arguments, often in the context of debates and disagreements. This was used long before mau'idhah hasanah became the main focus of this method, delivering teachings with a gentle and wise approach, and tailored to the characteristics of the audience. And mau’idhah hasanah has been used since the time of the Prophethood, initially to convey teachings to the community and the early spread of Islam. after Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) was appointed as a messenger, and it was used and developed during the Mecca and Medina periods

    This study aims to see how the influence of environmental literacy on the entrepreneurial interest of UIN Suska Riau students. The method of data collection in this study is a questionnaire with a total sample of 121 students at UIN Suska Riau. Data analysis using SEM Path Analysis 3.0 and SPSS 21. The results of the study showed that there was an influence of environmental literacy on the interest in waste entrepreneurship of UIN Suska Riau students which showed that the value of the path coefficient came from the original sample estimate (beta), which was positive, which was 0.471 which showed that the direction of the relationship between Environmental Literacy and Student Entrepreneurial Interest was positive and had a significant influence on the 2-way test (t table = 1.97) with a T-statistical value of 20.818 which was greater than t table,  and the value of p value is less than alpha 5% (0.000 < 0.05) which means that environmental literacy has a significant effect on students' interest in entrepreneurship at UIN Suska Riau

    Peningkatan Kemampuan Pemecahan Masalah Matematis (KPMM) dapat dicapai melalui pembelajaran yang terintegrasi dengan teknologi, salah satunya melalui multimedia interaktif. Penggunaan multimedia ini menjadikan proses pembelajaran lebih menarik dan interaktif. Selain itu, model pembelajaran Problem Based Learning (PBL) juga berperan penting dalam mendukung pengembangan KPMM peserta didik. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengembangkan multimedia interaktif berbasis PBL yang valid, praktis, dan efektif dalam memfasilitasi pengembangan KPMM peserta didik. Penelitian ini menerapkan model Plomp, yang meliputi tiga fase: fase investigasi awal, fase pengembangan atau pembuatan prototipe, dan fase penilaian. Peserta didik kelas X di salah satu SMA di kota Padang menjadi subjek penelitian ini. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan mencakup pedoman wawancara, lembar angket, lembar observasi, dan tes KPMM. Analisis data yang digunakan yaitu teknik deskriptif dan statistik deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa multimedia interaktif berbasis PBL telah terbukti valid dengan skor 88,88%, praktis digunakan oleh pendidik matematika dan peserta didik dengan skor masing-masing 82,19% dan 80,00%, serta efektif dalam memfasilitasi pengembangan KPMM dengan skor rata-rata 80,00%.The improvement of Mathematical Problem-Solving Ability (MPSA) can be achieved through technology-integrated learning, one of which is through interactive multimedia. the use of multimedia  enhances the learning experience by making it more engaging and interactive. Additionally, the Problem-Based Learning (PBL) model is also essential in supporting the development of students' MPSA. This study aims to create PBL-based interactive multimedia that is valid, practical, and effective in supporting the development of students' MPSA. This study utilizes the Plomp model, which consists of three phases: the initial investigation phase, the development or prototyping phase, and the assessment phase. Tenth-grade students from a high school in Padang served as the study's subjects. The research instruments used include interview guidelines, questionnaires, observation sheets, and MPSA tests. Data analysis involved descriptive and descriptive statistical techniques. The study results show that PBL-based interactive multimedia has proven to be valid with a score of 88.88%, practical for use by mathematics teachers and students with scores of 82.19% and 80.00%, respectively, and effective in facilitating MPSA development with an average score of 80.00%.

    Students' perceptions and attitudes are two relevant variables in the learning process. This study is motivated by understanding students' perceptions and attitudes in learning English as a Foreign Language (EFL), especially between Indonesian and Filipino students. This study aims to analyze the attitudes of senior students in Indonesia and the Philippines towards learning English. This study compared senior high school students in Indonesia with junior high school students in the Philippines. The research method used was mixed, i.e., quantitative and qualitative methods, through filling out questionnaires and interviews to collect data from both groups of students. The results showed different perspectives between students in Indonesia and the Philippines regarding English language learning and their attitudes toward the learning process. The findings provide greater insight into the factors influencing students' views and attitudes in English language learning, which can help educators develop more effective learning measures in Indonesia.

    Pentingnya kemampuan penalaran matematis (KPM) tidak sejalan dengan prestasi KPM peserta didik yang tergolong rendah. KPM berkaitan dengan penciptaan solusi logis setelah melakukan analisis hubungan suatu masalah dengan gagasan-gagasan baru. Hal ini menunjukkan KPM dibutuhkan dimasa depan. Upaya yang dapat dilakukan untuk memfasilitasi KPM peseta didik adalah dengan mengembangkan modul matematika berbasis pendekatan saintifik. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan menghasilkan modul matematika pada materi pola bilangan berbasis pendekatan saintifik untuk memfasilitasi KPM yang valid dan praktis. Penelitian ini menggunakan model pengembangan yang terdiri dari define, design, dan develop. Subjek uji coba penelitian ini adalah peserta didik kelas SMP/MTs. Jenis data yang diperoleh adalah kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Data kualitatif diperoleh dari saran validator dan peserta didik, sedangkan data kuantitatif berasal dari penilaian validator dan peserta didik. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah lembar validasi dan angket praktikalitas. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa modul matematika telah valid dengan rata-rata persentase . Implementasi modul matematika pada uji coba small group dan field test menunjukkan kepraktisan modul matematika dalam kategori sangat praktis dengan rata-rata persentase masing-masing adalah dan . Modul matematika materi pola bilangan berbasis pendekatan saintifik untuk memfasilitasi KPM telah terpenuhi syarat valid dan praktisnya.The importance of mathematical reasoning ability is not sync with student’s mathematical reasoning ability achievements which are still relatively low. Mathematical reasoning ability is related to the process of creating logical solutions after analyzing the relationship between a problem and new ideas. This shows that mathematical reasoning ability are needed in the future. This research aims to produce a valid and practical mathematics module on number pattern material using a scientific approach to facilitate mathematical reasoning abilities. This research uses 4D development model which includes define, design, and develop. The subject in this research were junior high school 8th grade students. Types of data in this research are qualitative and quantitative. Qualitative data was obtained from validator’s and student’s suggestions, while quantitative data is obtained from validator’s assessments and student’s assessments of the mathematics modules. The instruments used are validation and practicality questionnaire sheets. The result of this research show that the mathematics module is valid with an average percentage 94,55%. The implementation of mathematics module in small group trial and field test shows that practicality of the mathematics module being in a very practical categories with the average percentage are 92,06% and 90,60%. Therefore, the mathematics module on the number pattern material based on scientific approach to facilitate mathematical reasoning abilities accordant with the valid and practical requirements

    Kemampuan berpikir kritis adalah kemampuan untuk melakukan analisis mendalam, evaluasi, dan sintesis terhadap informasi atau situasi yang dihadapi. Dengan kemampuan berpikir kritis, seseorang dapat memecahkan masalah dengan cara yang terstruktur, efektif, serta mampu membuat keputusan yang baik dalam berbagai konteks. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan dan menguji kualitas E-Modul Etnomatematika 3D terintegrasi Virtual Reality Berbasis TPACK untuk  meningkatkan kemampuan berpikir kritis siswa. Jenis penelitian ini adalah R&D dengan model ADDIE. Uji coba produk mellibatkan 33 siswa untuk uji coba kelompok besar dan 9 siswa untuk uji coba kelompok kecil. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara, angket, dan tes kemampuan berpikir kritis siswa. Hasil validasi ahli materi dan media/desain menyatakan E-Modul yang telah dikembangkan sangat baik digunakan dalam pembelajaran dengan presentase kelayakan menurut ahli materi pertama sebesar 84,8%, ahli materi kedua sebesar 91%, ahli media/desain sebesar 92% guru mata pelajaran matematika sebesar 93%, uji coba kelompok kecil sebesar 89% dan uji coba kelompok besar sebesar 88%. Adapun hasil efektifitas menunjukkan bahwa E-Modul Etnomatematika 3D yang telah dikembangkan cukup efektif dengan perhitungan nilai gain pada peningkatan kemampuan berpikir kritis siswa yakni 58% dalam kategori Sedang. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa e-modul ini layak diterapkan dalam proses pembelajaran karena memenuhi kriteria valid, praktis, dan efektif. Critical thinking skills refer to the ability to conduct in-depth analysis, evaluation, and synthesis of information or situations. With critical thinking skills, individuals can solve problems in a structured and effective manner, as well as make well-informed decisions in various contexts. This study aims to develop and evaluate the quality of a 3D Ethnomathematics E-Module integrated with Virtual Reality based on the TPACK framework to enhance students' critical thinking skills. This research follows the Research and Development (R&D) methodology using the ADDIE model. The product trials involved 33 students for the large-group trial and 9 students for the small-group trial. Data collection techniques included interviews, questionnaires, and critical thinking skill tests. The results of expert validation in both content and media/design indicate that the developed E-Module is highly suitable for learning. The feasibility percentages were as follows: 84.8% from the first content expert, 91% from the second content expert, 92% from the media/design expert, and 93% from the mathematics teacher. Additionally, the small-group trial achieved 89%, while the large-group trial scored 88%. Effectiveness results show that the developed 3D Ethnomathematics E-Module is moderately effective, with a gain score of 58% in improving students' critical thinking skills. Thus, it can be concluded that this E-Module is suitable for implementation in the learning process as it meets the criteria of being valid, practical, and effective

    Pengaruh Coping Stres terhadap Stres Pengasuhan Guru Muda yang Memiliki Anak Usia Dini

    This study aimed to discuss the influence of coping stress and parenting stress of young teachers who have early childhood in Temanggung Regency. This study uses a quantitative approach using two measuring scales; Brife Cope Scale with 28 items and an adapted Parental Stress Scale (PSS) scale of 15 items. Sampling using purposive sampling technique, which is distributed through questionnaires with the specified criteria, at PAUD Institutions in Temanggung, which obtained a total sample of N = 96 young mother teachers who have early childhood. Data analysis was conducted using simple linear regression analysis. From the results of the analysis, showing the significance value of stress coping of 0.005 (p < 0.05) on parenting stress, then Ha is accepted and H0 is rejected, so it can be concluded that stress coping has an influence on the parenting stress of young teachers who have early childhood in Temanggung PAUD units. Stress coping affects the parenting stress of young teachers who have early childhood by 11.7%. Young teacher mothers with high levels of stress coping tend to experience low levels of parenting stress
