Pengembangan Cognitive Flexibility Inventory dengan Analisis Pemodelan Rasch
The Cognitive Flexibility Inventory (CFI) is a short 20-item self-report questionnaire that can be used to measure individual cognitive flexibility in thinking adaptively to an ever-changing environment. This study aims to develop a cognitive flexibility inventory instrument in the Indonesian context and test the instrument using Rasch modeling analysis. The research method used was a survey with a cross-sectional survey design. The research sample was 170 students of Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia. The research instrument used is the Cognitive Flexibility Inventory (CFI) adapted from Dennis & Vander Wal (2010) and has been translated from English to Indonesian. The results showed that the development of the Cognitive Flexibility Inventory (CFI) instrument based on Rasch modeling analysis has excellent instrument reliability with a Cronbach alpha value of 0.87 logits, and CFI can measure what should be measured in this study, namely cognitive flexibility in students. For this reason, the development of the CFI instrument in Indonesian produced good results and has the potential to be widely implemented in the university environment

The subject was selected using purposive sampling, and data were collected through systematic observation. The data analysis was conducted using visual graph analysis across two stages: within-condition and between-condition comparisons. Data collection in the first baseline condition (A1) was conducted through seven observation sessions. This was followed by the intervention phase (B), in which the compiled Qur’anic Therapy and Shaping Behavioral Modification were implemented over thirteen observation sessions. Dynamics of Life of People’s Palm Plantation Farmers in Silaut South Coast District (1992-2023)
This research discusses the dynamics of the lives of smallholder oil palm farmers in Silaut Pesisir Selatan. Palm oil was first introduced by transmigration residents from the island of Java and has become the main economic sector of the Silaut community today. This palm oil not only provides welfare to palm oil farmers but also to oil palm farm workers. This research uses a socio-economic historical approach using structural functionalism theory. The research method used in this research is a historical research method which is carried out through four stages, namely heuristics, source criticism, interpretation and historiography. The results of this research show the important role of the transmigration community in Silaut in developing oil palm plantations which are then adopted by the surrounding community. Palm oil is the main commodity because the land in Silaut has thick peat and is not suitable for rice farming. Palm oil has become the main economic sector since 2012 and will continue to grow until 2023, so that there are no more rice fields or rice farmers in Silaut. A significant economic increase occurred in 2021-2022 which was caused by the high price of palm oil at that time. Prosperity can be felt by all farmers including workers, so that palm oil changes the life structure of the people in Silaut and has a positive impact on the regional economy and improves existing infrastructure

In the social aspect, this organization initiated the Aisyiyah Foster Children program, the "Aisyiyah Building the People with Social Justice" training, and the Aisyiyah Sakinah Family program. Meanwhile, in the economic sector, Aisyiyah developed the Aisyiyah Family Economic Development (BUEKA) to increase women's financial independence.
