Dinamika Psikologis Mahasiswa Indonesia Dalam Menjalani Studi Di Thailand: Studi Kasus Fenomenologis
Abstrak
Mahasiswa yang menempuh pendidikan di luar negeri menghadapi berbagai tantangan akademik dan non-akademik yang dapat memengaruhi kondisi psikologisnya. Salah satu pengalaman psikologis yang sering muncul adalah kesepian, terutama pada mahasiswa yang menjalani studi jauh dari keluarga dan lingkungan asal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji dinamika psikologis mahasiswa Indonesia dalam menjalani studi di Thailand dengan fokus pada pengalaman kesepian. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan desain fenomenologis. Subjek penelitian adalah seorang mahasiswa Indonesia yang sedang menempuh pendidikan tinggi di Thailand. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara mendalam dan dianalisis menggunakan analisis tematik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kesepian dimaknai sebagai pengalaman yang dinormalisasi oleh subjek sebagai bagian dari proses adaptasi, namun tetap diiringi dengan kebutuhan akan relasi sosial dan dukungan emosional. Subjek juga menunjukkan adanya ambivalensi emosional serta strategi koping melalui komunikasi dengan keluarga. Temuan penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan kontribusi dalam pengembangan layanan bimbingan dan konseling bagi mahasiswa Indonesia yang menempuh studi di luar negeri.

Abstract
Students who pursue higher education abroad face various academic and non-academic challenges that may affect their psychological well-being. One psychological experience that frequently emerges is loneliness, particularly among students who study far away from their families and home environments. This study aims to explore the psychological dynamics of Indonesian students studying in Thailand, with a specific focus on the experience of loneliness. This research employed a qualitative approach with a phenomenological design. The research participant was an Indonesian student currently enrolled in a university in Thailand, selected purposively based on the relevance of their experience to the research focus. Data were collected through in-depth semi-structured interviews and analyzed using thematic analysis. The findings indicate that loneliness was perceived as a normalized experience and an integral part of the adaptation process. However, it was also accompanied by a strong need for social relationships and emotional support. The participant demonstrated emotional ambivalence and utilized coping strategies through communication with family members. These findings are expected to contribute to the development of guidance and counseling services that are empathetic and responsive to the psychological needs of Indonesian students studying abroad.

Interpretasi Siswa SMAN 4 Kota Pasuruan Terhadap Monopoli Pertamina Dalam Perspektif Hukum Persaingan Usaha: Studi Fenomenologi Hermeneutik
Monopoli Pertamina sebagai badan usaha milik negara di sektor energi nasional merupakan isu strategis yang tidak hanya berdimensi ekonomi dan hukum, tetapi juga berpengaruh terhadap pembentukan kesadaran hukum generasi muda sebagai warga negara. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji secara mendalam bagaimana siswa SMA menafsirkan praktik monopoli Pertamina dalam perspektif hukum persaingan usaha. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan desain fenomenologi hermeneutik. Subjek penelitian berjumlah 10 siswa SMA yang dipilih secara purposive berdasarkan pengetahuan dasar tentang isu BBM dan kesediaan menjadi narasumber. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara mendalam semi-terstruktur, direkam, ditranskripsikan secara verbatim, dan dianalisis secara interpretatif menggunakan NVivo 12 Pro. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa siswa memaknai monopoli Pertamina sebagai bentuk dominasi negara yang dipandang sah dan diperlukan untuk menjaga stabilitas energi nasional, namun sekaligus dipersepsikan menimbulkan keterbatasan pilihan, potensi ketidakadilan harga, serta persoalan pelayanan publik. Kesadaran hukum siswa bersifat reflektif, ditandai dengan penerimaan terhadap peran negara yang disertai tuntutan transparansi, akuntabilitas, dan perlindungan kepentingan masyarakat, sehingga menegaskan pentingnya pendidikan hukum dan literasi ekonomi yang kontekstual
WHO FEARS MATH MORE? GENDER INSIGHTS INTO MATHEMATICS ANXIETY
This study aims to examine gender differences in mathematics anxiety among junior high school students at SMP Sangkara Medan in the 2024/2025 academic year. A quantitative comparative design was employed involving 35 students from grades 7 and 8. Data were collected using a validated mathematics anxiety questionnaire and analyzed using an independent samples t-test. The results revealed no statistically significant difference in mathematics anxiety between male and female students. These findings suggest that mathematics anxiety is a universal and context-dependent phenomenon, rather than an issue inherently associated with gender, highlighting the importance of inclusive instructional approaches
Review of Islamic Law on Pemmali Kawing Kembar in Cening Village, West Malangke, North Luwu
This thesis discusses the Pemmali of Twin Marriages in Sibling Relationships Case Study of Cenning Village, West Malangke District, North Luwu Regency. This study aims to determine and understand the implementation and review of Islamic law in the twin marriage contract of sibling relationships. This type of research is qualitative research with an an empirical and historical juridical approac approach. The data sources used in this research are primary and secondary data. Then the data collection techniques in this research are observation, interviews, and documentation, data management techniques, namely using inductive methods, deductive methods, comparative methods and drawing conclusions. The results of the study found that the implementation of a twin marriage contract in a sibling relationship is the same as a marriage contract general; the only difference is that one of the brides does the marriage contract one day before the reception, and the other bride does the contract on the day of the reception because the people of Cenning village believe that if the marriage contract is carried out simultaneously, it will result in problems from for one of the twin marriage brides. Meanwhile, in the review of Islamic law, pemmali twin marriages in sibling relationships are permissible, because based on the results of research in their implementation
Analisis Volatilitas Harga Bawang Merah di Kabupaten Kediri
Bawang merah merupakan komoditas hortikultura strategis yang memiliki nilai ekonomi tinggi dan berperan penting dalam memenuhi kebutuhan konsumsi nasional. Salah satu sentra produsen bawang merah di Jawa Timur adalah Kabupaten Kediri. Harga bawang merah di wilayah ini menunjukkan fluktuasi yang signifikan dari tahun 2019 hingga 2023, yang dipengaruhi oleh faktor-faktor permintaan, penawaran, serta kondisi musiman dan cuaca. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis volatilitas harga bawang merah menggunakan pendekatan deret waktu (time series) dengan model ARIMA dan ARCH/GARCH. Data yang digunakan berupa data sekunder harga eceran mingguan bawang merah di Kabupaten Kediri selama lima tahun (2019-2023). Hasil uji stasioneritas menunjukkan bahwa data sudah stasioner pada tingkat level. Model ARIMA (1,0,0) terpilih sebagai model terbaik untuk menggambarkan pola harga, sedangkan ARCH (1) menunjukkan adanya volatilitas harga yang signifikan, di mana varians harga saat ini sangat dipengaruhi oleh fluktuasi periode sebelumnya. Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa harga bawang merah di Kabupaten Kediri bersifat dinamis dan memerlukan perhatian dalam pengelolaan risiko harga. Optimization of Project-Based Learning with Inquiry Approach in Rotational Dynamics Study
Rotational dynamics is frequently taught as an abstract, equation-centered topic, which can reduce engagement and hinder the growth of inquiry and process skills. This study aimed to optimize project-based learning (PjBL) through an open-inquiry approach to improve students’ learning outcomes, classroom activity, and science process skills in rotational dynamics. A quasi-experimental nonequivalent control-group design was conducted at MAN 2 Kepulauan Meranti with 55 eleventh-grade students (experimental n=26; control n=29). The experimental class learned through PjBL integrated with open inquiry by designing and building a mini gear-based machine prototype from recycled cardboard as an investigative medium, while the control class received conventional instruction. Data were gathered using pretest–posttest cognitive tests, classroom activity observations, science process skills rubrics, and student response questionnaires. The experimental class demonstrated higher overall activity (75%) than the control class (57%). Student responses indicated the intervention was enjoyable (77%) and helped understanding (69%). Science process skills in the experimental class were rated good, with strong performance in using tools/materials and communicating results (mean score 4.0 each), and adequate performance in project design (3.2), conducting experiments (3.0), interpreting data (3.0), and reporting. Cognitive achievement also improved: the experimental class reached a higher posttest mean (79.6) than the control class (73.9) and a higher normalized gain (N-gain=0.74 vs 0.67). The novelty of this study lies in a low-cost, scalable PjBL–open inquiry sequence that leverages recycled materials to produce tangible prototypes that make rotational concepts observable and testable. In conclusion, optimizing PjBL with open inquiry can enhance engagement, process skills, and conceptual mastery, offering a practical contribution to physics education for more meaningful and skills-oriented instruction
Eksistensi Jurnalisme Surat Kabar pada Era Media Digital di Indonesia
This research explores the adaptation of the newspaper industry in Indonesia to shifts in the media business triggered by advancements in digital technology. Over the last two decades, there has been a significant shift in how the public accesses information, creating a stark contrast between online media consumers and print newspaper readers. This phenomenon poses a major challenge for conventional newspapers to transform in order to remain relevant. Using a literature review method, this study analyzes various relevant sources to identify factors influencing the sustainability of newspaper journalism in the digital era. The results of the study indicate that there are three formulations of the integration model of the existence of newspaper journalism, namely the structural-economic dimension, the professional-cultural dimension of journalism, and the theoretical dimension: Integration of convergence-mediamorphosis-political economy. The conclusion of this study confirms the theoretical contribution that the success of newspaper journalism in Indonesia is highly dependent on the ability of media convergence and mediamorphosis to change the consumption behavior of an increasingly digital society. By utilizing existing opportunities, newspapers can continue to contribute in providing quality and reliable information to the public, even though they have to compete fiercely with digital media
THE RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN THE HISTORY OF FEBRILE SEIZURE AND ATTENTION DEFICIT HYPERACTIVITY DISORDER IN CHILDREN IN MAKASSAR
Background: Febrile seizures are convulsive episodes occurring when body temperature exceeds 38°C due to extracranial causes. Recurrent febrile seizures, particularly those lasting more than 15 minutes, may lead to neuronal damage and potentially affect cognitive development, including attention deficits and hyperactivity. Objective: This study aimed to determine the association between a history of febrile seizures and Attention Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) in children. Methods: This analytic descriptive study used a cross-sectional design. The sample consisted of 32 children diagnosed with ADHD who met the inclusion criteria. Primary data were collected through structured questionnaires completed by parents or guardians. Data were analyzed using univariate and bivariate methods, with the Chi-square test used to assess statistical associations. Results: No significant association was found between a history of febrile seizures and Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) (p = 0.64). In contrast, age was significantly associated with ADHD (p < 0.05). Conclusion: No significant relationship was found between febrile seizure history and ADHD in children in Makassar
EFFECT OF INTRAMUSCULAR SECRETOME ON TREATMENT RESPONSE IN TYPE 2 DIABETES MELLITUS PATIENTS
Introduction: This study meant to evaluate the efficacy of intramuscular mesenchymal stem cell derived secretome therapy to improve the glycemic control among diabetic patients with Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus (T2DM) on stable insulin or oral hypoglycemic agents (OHO). n=30 per group (Insulin + Secretome; OHO + Secretome). Methods: Pre–post controlled design; biweekly 2 mL intramuscular secretome for 12 weeks; primary outcomes HbA1c, FBG, 2hPP; standard tests per normality. Participants were divided into two groups: Insulin + Secretome and OHO + Secretome. All subjects received intramuscular injections of mesenchymal stem cell (MSC)-derived secretome (2 mL) every two weeks over a 12-week period (six injections total). Primary outcomes included changes in HbA1c, fasting blood glucose (FBG), and two-hour postprandial glucose (2hPPBG). Statistical analyses used paired t-tests or Wilcoxon tests for within-group comparisons and independent t-tests or Mann-Whitney U tests for between-group comparisons. Results: At baseline, both groups had comparable HbA1c and glucose profiles. After 12 weeks, significant reductions were observed in both treatment arms. HbA1c decreased by -1.10 ± 0.45 (Insulin) and -1.33 ± 0.36 (OHO); between-group ΔHbA1c (p < 0.05). Both groups also showed clinically relevant reductions in FBG and 2hPPBG levels. No major adverse effects were reported. Conclusion: Intramuscular MSC-secretome improved glycemic control across background therapies; the benefit was modestly greater with OHO. PELAKSANAAN SUPERVISI AKADEMIK PENGAWAS SEKOLAH DALAM MENINGKATKAN MUTU PENDIDIKAN DI SMPN 27 MAKASSAR
Penelitian ini mengkaji tentang Pelaksanaan Surpervisi Akademik Pengawas Sekolah dalam Meningkatkan Mutu Pendidikan di SMPN 27 Makassar, bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pelaksanaan Surpervisi Akademik Pengawas Sekolah dalam Meningkatkan Mutu Pendidikan di SMPN 27 Makassar. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan Pengawas sekolah, kepala sekolah dan guru sebagai sumber data utama. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Data yang dikumpulkan kemudian dianalisis melalui beberapa tahapan, yaitu pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan terakhir. Keabsahan data diperoleh dengan menggunakan teknik triangulasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa supervisi akademik dilaksanakan secara sistematis dan terstruktur. Pengawas menyusun program supervisi tahunan, melakukan obaservasi kelas menggunakan instrumen yang objektif, serta memberikan umpan balik secara langsung dan membangun. Pengawas dan Kepala sekolah berperan aktif dalam mendukung pelaksanaan dan tindak lanjut supervisi, sementara guru merespon supervisi secara positif dan mengalami peningkatan dalam perencanaan, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi pembelajaran. Faktor pendukung meliputi kerja sama pengawas dengan kepala sekolah, keterbukaan guru menerima pembinaan, pendekatan komunikatif pengawas, dan dukungan sarana prasarana sekolah. Faktor penghambatnya adalah keterbatasan waktu pengawas, perubahan jadwal yang mendadak, keterbatasan kompetensi guru terutama dalam teknologi, sarana prasarana yang masih terbatas, dan kondisi psikologis guru yang belum sepenuhnya siap menghadapi supervisi.
