Author described basic notions as well as introduced contemporary military logistic and her development in context of conflicts. He concentrated his attention on very important issues from the area of language and cultural education. The author attempted to the tests and judge the possibility of changes in current education system for the officers of logistic, particular in area of the cultural education. He also introduced the whole scale of defects and lacks of the system of the education and showed the main causes of cultural conflicts, which arise on the ground of lack of knowledge about other ethnic groups
