From ethics to proffesional ethics
Rules of professional ethics are connected with the social role ascribed to people realising the given occupation. Professional ethics is often taking on the form of a code of professional ethic, that describes the socially accepted ideal.Professional ethics and businnes ethics are extensive and in our times vital phenomena of circumstantial ethics and their relation in a triangle: morality, economical life, politics. The moral norms mark out how you should act towards other people and towards yourself. The difference between moral norms and the law norms lies in dissimilarity of consequences, that every individual has to suffer in the case of breaking any of these rules. Every ethics, general or professional, is a set of rules which is an ethical behaviour. That is closely connected with the system of punishment and award in which people live

The intelligent logistical system in the car and spare parts' production
The logistics of the car and spare parts' production is an essential problem of contemporary economy. The widely understood methods of data optimalization, production management, transport and data bases - are the basis of attaining company profits. The adequate systems managing production, i.e. MRP, MRPII, enriched by artificial intelligence methods, do assist production processes very well. The classic optimalization methods do not, however, allow the full analysis of imprecise and insufficient data. Unfortunately, the above methods signalling the future of production management systems are not widely used and their application requires the use of high class specialists, having the knowledge and being able to implement the intelligent modules, and the cells in which they can be applied so they can fully optimalize, integrating all fragments of logistical chain
Connections between logistic process of the Polish Post's dispatching and sorting centre and other processes of operator
The paper concentrates on the basic area of the Polish Post's (PP) core business, based on logistic process (flows of postal items in logistic network), which is key process for this operator. Attempt of identification of the most important processes affected Polish Post's logistic process was undertaken. The place and the role of these processes in supporting optimal and effective flows of postal items in the borders of the Polish Post's Dispatching and Sorting Centre (WER) was also indicated. These flows, carried out by WER, are crucial for whole operator's logistic network

Management of water transport on the Odra river in the historical aspect
The publication contains the retrospection of management and the development of water transport on the Odra river in the historical aspect. In fact, XVII century is the beginning of constructing frames of homogenous river-shipping administration on the Odra, the rules of which were established by the government that managed waters and shipping on the Odra. And so, in the space of years, depending on the manager, the Odra river transport developed in various ways. The best time of development was in 1873-1919 when they created the centralized local river-shipping administration, managed by superpresident of the Silesia province. A new conception of the river management appeared that presumed that the responsibilities connected with river regulation form the area owners will be taken over by the government (depending on the period it was German or Prussian country, including The Third Reich. Formally the management over the shipping and the whole Odra infrastructure was directed to Poland not earlier than 12 of August 1946. In order to properly manage the Odra river, the proper units of state administration had to be appointed. In 1946 came into being the state water boards separate for every harbour city. After a number of reorganizations, there came into being two ship owners enterprises on the Odra. The first is a state enterprise, Shipping on the Odra with the head office in Wrocław, that operated on the whole Odra river, and the second was a state enterprise Szczecin Shipping with the head office in Szczecin, that operated on the Lower Odra, from the aggregate main in Belinek to Świnoujście. For more than a half of a century, the lack of imagination of managers and at the same time, designation of too little resources lead to the degradation of infrastructure and means of transport on the Odra river. Currently accepted by Poland and the European Union development- repair programmes give hope that the water transport on the Odra river will be given back its proper place among other means of transport

Changes in the interpretation of logistics and transport issues in UE policy
At the beginning of 21st century, UE issued a document in which, in accordance with Lisbon Strategy, basic aspects of UE transport policy were introduced. In recent years permanently increasing pace of changes in politics, economy and society has been visible in extending global production, lack of energy supply stability and growing global warming which results in reinterpretation of transport and logistics issues. 30 new priorities in balanced transport and logistics development are the result of a periodical assessment of Transport White Book. The efficiency and effectiveness of UE proposals imposes not only common actions but also unanimous perception of the priorities and solutions. Not only extensive knowledge about these issues is necessary, but also the ability to creative interpretation of UE directives contained in documents
Fusion of expert system and RFID technology over fragment of logistical chain
In this paper we show method of connection of expert system and RFID technology. In first part we can find definition of the RFID and the expert system. Next part includes description of fusion of two analysed methods over traffic of patient in hospital, first recognition, through mainly book, receive and confirmation on ward, recognition and treatment patient to book out hospital. In following article we prove that hybrid connection of expert system and RFID technology allows optimize traffic of patient over time of circulation of information between parameter of traffic patient and minimize mistakes of hospital's personal date. At the end we present results of experiments based on statistical analysis which show the goal of author's method
