Puskesmas Sungai Sembilan merupakan puskesmas dengan kasus gigitan hewan penular rabies tertinggi dibandingkan dengan puskesmas lain yang ada di kota D umai. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang berhubungan dengan perilaku pemilik anjing dalam rangka pencegahan kasus gigitan rabies di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Sungai Sembilan Kota Dumai Tahun 2014.
Metode
Penelitian ini menggunakan desain Cross sectional dan dilakukan di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Sungai Sembilan dari bulan Maret sampai Oktober 2014. Populasi penelitian adalah seluruh pemilik anjing yang ada di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Sungai Sembilan dengan sampel sebanyak 53 responden. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan teknik Proportional Simple Random Sampling. Data diolah dengan uji statistik Chi-Square dengan derajat kepercayaan 95% (á=0,05).
Hasil
Hasil penelitian analisis univariat diperoleh bahwa 60,4% responden memiliki perilaku kurang baik, 58,5% responden berpengetahuan rendah, 45,3% responden memiliki sikap negatif, 66% responden tidak terjangkau oleh sarana vaksinasi dan 47,2% responden tidak terpapar media informasi. Analisis bivariat didapatkan pengetahuanp value=0,001PR=8,93 (95%CI=2,52-31,62), dan sikap, keterjangkauan sarana vaksinasi, dan keterpaparan media informasi (p value<0,05)
Kesimpulan
Lebih dari separoh responden memiliki perilaku kurang baik, berpengetahuan rendah, tidak terjangkau sarana vaksinasi, dan kurang dari separoh responden memiliki sikap negatif, dan tidak terpapar media informasi, ada hubungan pengetahuan dengan perilaku pemilik anjing, dan tidak ada hubungan sikap, keterjangkauan sarana vaksinasi dan keterpaparan media informasi dengan perilaku pemilik anjing
Going Beyond Counting First Authors in Author Co-citation Analysis

counts are defined. Co-citation counting provides the data on which all subsequent statistical analyses and mappings
are based, and we compare ACA results based on two different types of co-citation counting - the traditional type that
only counts the first one among a cited work's authors on the one hand and a non-traditional type that takes into
account the first 5 authors of a cited work on the other hand. Results indicate that the picture produced through this non-traditional author co-citation counting contains more coherent author groups and is therefore considerably clearer. However, this picture represents fewer specialties in the research field being studied than that produced through the traditional first-author co-citation counting when the same number of top-ranked authors is selected and analyzed. Get PDF“Variations on the Author” discusses two of Eduardo Coutinho’s recent films (Um Dia na Vida, from 2010, and Últimas Conversas, posthumously released in 2015) and their contribution to the general question of documentary authorship. The director’s filmography is characterized by a consistent yet self-effacing form of authorial self-inscription: Coutinho often features as an interviewer that rather than express opinions propels discourses; an interviewer that is good at listening. This mode of self-inscription characterizes him as an author who is not expressive but who is nonetheless markedly present on the screen. In Um Dia na Vida, however, Coutinho is completely absent form the image, while Últimas Conversas, on the contrary, includes a confessional prologue that moves the director from the margins to the center of his films. This article examines the ways in which these works stand out in the filmography of a director who offers new insights into the notion of cinematic authorship
Appropriate Similarity Measures for Author Cocitation Analysis
Get PDFWe provide a number of new insights into the methodological discussion about author cocitation analysis. We first argue that the use of the Pearson correlation for measuring the similarity between authors’ cocitation profiles is not very satisfactory. We then discuss what kind of similarity measures may be used as an alternative to the Pearson correlation. We consider three similarity measures in particular. One is the well-known cosine. The other two similarity measures have not been used before in the bibliometric literature. Analisis Upaya Pencapaian Indikator Kapitasi Berbasis Pemenuhan Komitmen Pelayanan (KBPKP) di Puskesmas Rumbai Kota Pekanbaru
Get PDFCapitation Based on Service Commitment Fulfillment (KBPKP) is an adjustment to the capitation rate based on the results of an agreed assessment of individual health service indicators in the form of a commitment to First Level Health Facilities (FKTP) services in order to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of health service delivery in FKTPs. The achievement of the target indicators for the Capitation Based on Service Commitment Fulfillment (KBPKP) at Puskesmas Rumbai Pekanbaru has not been satisfactory. Throughout 2019, most of the KBPKP indicators were in unsafe conditions with a capitation payment range ranging from 90% - 95%. The research objective was to analyze the efforts to achieve the Capitation indicator based on Service Commitment Fulfillment (KBPKP) at the Rumbai Public Health Center in Pekanbaru City in 2019. The method of selecting informants used snowball sampling. Data source qualified and able to present opinions well. The informants in this study were flexible according to the adequacy and suitability of the study. The results showed that the efforts to achieve the Capitation indicators based on the Service Commitment Fulfillment (KBPKP) at Puskesmas Rumbai, Pekanbaru City were not optimal. Commitment to achieve indicator numbers is still lacking. The strategy that has been made is not clear, therefore there is no effort to formulate a clear, structured and systematic strategy. Organizational structure is not followed by a description of the main tasks and functions so that supervision becomes weak, program holder officers do not focus on realizing the plan for achieving the service commitment based capitation indicator (KBPKP) that has been determined as a result efforts to achieve the KBPKP indicator are difficult to realize. It is recommended that efforts be made to make SOPs, a comprehensive, measurable, systematic plan, formulate the main tasks and functions for officers assigned as personnel to realize the target indicators that have been set so that coordination and control of actions in realizing the KBPKP indicators can be carried out properly.Kapitasi Berbasis Pemenuhan Komitmen Pelayanan (KBPKP) adalah penyesuaian besaran tarif kapitasi berdasarkan hasil penilaian pencapaian indikator pelayanan kesehatan perseorangan yang disepakati berupa komitmen pelayanan Fasilitas Kesehatan Tingkat Pertama (FKTP) dalam rangka meningkatkanefisiensi dan efektifitas penyelenggaraan pelayanan kesehatan di FKTP. Informan dalam penelitian ini bersifat fleksibel sesuai dengan kecukupan dan kesesuaian dalam penelitian.. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa upaya pencapaian indikator Kapitasi Berbasis Pemenuhan Komitmen Pelayanan (KBPKP) di Puskesmas Rumbai Kota Pekanbaru belum maksimal. Komitmen untuk mencapai angka indikator masih kurang. Strategi yang dibuat belum jelas, karenanya belum melakukan upaya penyusunan strategi secara jelas, terstruktur dan sistimatis. strutur organisasi tidak diikuti dengan uraian tugas pokok dan fungsi sehingga pengawasan menjadi lemah, petugas pemegang program tidak fokus dalam merealisasikan rencanna pencapaian indikator kapitasi berbasis pelaksanaan komitmen pelayanan (KBPKP) yang sudah ditetapkan akibatnya upaya pencapaian indikator KBPKP sulit direalisasikan. Disarankan Perlu dilakukan upaya untuk membuat SOP, rencana yang komprehensif, terukur, sistematis, menyusun tugas pokok dan fungsi untuk petugas yang ditempatkan sebagai personal yang bertugas untuk merealisasikan target indikator yang sudah ditetapkan sehingga koordinasi dan pengendalian tindakan dalam merealisasikan indikator KBPKP dapat dilakukan dengan baik

counting methods, and high costs of using more realistic citation counting methods that are not well-supported by the ISI databases. No full textWe have done our best to complete the author checklist relating to the use of animals in the hut study. Note that the objective for the hut study was to evaluate the IRS treatment applications for residual efficacy against Anopheles mosquitoes, including the local An. coluzzii mosquito population. Cows were only used to attract mosquitoes into the huts and no tests were carried out directly on the cows. The author checklist is intended for use with studies where experiments are carried out on animals, which is why we have had such difficulty in completing this for the hut study, as many of the questions do not relate to how the cows were used
