Analisis Efektivitas Metode Responsible, Accountable, Consulted, Informed (RACI) dalam Sistem Manajemen Process Approval
The approval management process plays an essential role in improving efficiency and accountability in organizational decision-making. PT Asta Berkah Autonomous, a company specializing in automation system development, faces challenges in transparency and efficiency due to manual approval procedures conducted through Google Forms and email. This study aims to design and implement a web-based approval management system integrated into the Asta Project application using the Responsible, Accountable, Consulted, Informed (RACI) method. The RACI method is applied to clearly define the roles and responsibilities of each stakeholder, ensuring a structured and transparent approval workflow. The system development process adopts the Rapid Application Development (RAD) approach, emphasizing iterative design and user involvement. System testing was conducted using Blackbox Testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) based on ISO 9126 quality standards. The results demonstrate that the implementation of the RACI method enhances role clarity, process efficiency, and transparency among participants. The developed system successfully reduces submission time, simplifies approval tracking, and supports faster and more accurate decision-making. This implementation significantly contributes to improving productivity and governance of the approval process within PT Asta Berkah Autonomous. System testing using Blackbox Testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) based on ISO 9126 quality standards. The results show that all system functions operated successfully (100% valid), with an average user satisfaction score of 84.44%, categorized as excellent. The application of the RACI method significantly improved efficiency, transparency, and accountability in the company’s approval process. Overall, the developed system contributes to digital transformation efforts and enhances corporate governance effectiveness
Analisis Kinerja Multimodal Dense Neural Network untuk Deteksi Hipoksia Janin pada Dataset Tidak Seimbang
This study aims to develop a Multimodal Dense Neural Network (MDNN) for detecting fetal hypoxia using an imbalanced Cardiotocography (CTG) dataset. The primary challenges in fetal hypoxia diagnosis include the imbalance between Normal, Suspect, and Hypoxia classes and the limited interpretability of conventional deep learning models. To address these issues, a robust preprocessing pipeline was designed, consisting of Physiological Clipping (50–200 bpm), Median Absolute Deviation (MAD) normalization, SMOTETomek balancing, and Gaussian noise augmentation. The MDNN architecture integrates two parallel branches: Fetal Heart Rate (FHR) signals and clinical parameters (pH, Apgar score, and base deficit), fused through a Dense Fusion Layer to generate compact multimodal representations. Experimental results demonstrate that the proposed MDNN achieved 99.7% accuracy, 99.5% F1-score, and 0.993 AUC, outperforming CNN (84.6%), ResNet18 (82.3%), and MLP (87.5%). The confusion matrix showed good generalization capability with per-class accuracies of 69% (Normal), 56% (Suspect), and 67% (Hypoxia). SHAP feature importance analysis identified FHR pattern (0.45) and pH level (0.25) as the most influential features in classification. These findings confirm that the proposed MDNN is robust, computationally efficient, and clinically interpretable, making it a promising framework for real-time fetal hypoxia diagnosis in modern clinical environments
Going Beyond Counting First Authors in Author Co-citation Analysis
The present study examines one of the fundamental aspects of author co-citation analysis (ACA) - the way co-citation
counts are defined. Co-citation counting provides the data on which all subsequent statistical analyses and mappings
are based, and we compare ACA results based on two different types of co-citation counting - the traditional type that
only counts the first one among a cited work's authors on the one hand and a non-traditional type that takes into
account the first 5 authors of a cited work on the other hand. Results indicate that the picture produced through this non-traditional author co-citation counting contains more coherent author groups and is therefore considerably clearer. However, this picture represents fewer specialties in the research field being studied than that produced through the traditional first-author co-citation counting when the same number of top-ranked authors is selected and analyzed. Reasons for these effects are discussed
RANCANG BANGUN MEDIA PEMBELAJARAN PERAKITAN KOMPUTER BERBASIS ANDROID UNTUK KETERAMPILAN KOMPUTER DI SMK NU ROGOJAMPI
Perkembangan Teknologi yang semakin pesat berpengaruh terhadap proses pembelajaran di sekolah dan materi pembelajaran serta cara penyampaian materi dalam proses kegiatan belajar mengajar. Salah satunya cara yang digunakan adalah penggunaan metode mobile learning (m-learning) berbasis android sebagai media pembelajaran suatu materi sekolah. SMK NU Rogojampi merupakan sekolah kejuruan terdapat program studi Teknik Komputer Jaringan memberikan materi tentang keterampilan perakitan komputer. Pada bidang studi ini dapat diketahui dalam proses belajar mengajar yang telah diajarkan guru dikelas secara konvensional belum membuat siswa memahami materi yang disampaikan. Sehingga diperlukan suatu media pembelajaran yang dapat membantu siswa belajar secara mandiri. Pembelajaran m-learning ini memanfaatkan device smartphone berbasis android. Kebutuhan media pembelajaran diperlukan oleh SMK NU Rogojampi pada program studi Teknik Komputer Jaringan (TKJ) sebagai sarana pelengkap pembelajaran teori dan praktik perakitan komputer. Dengan adanya m-learning ini, diharapkan mampu memberikan kesempatan kepada siswa SMK TKJ untuk memahami kembali materi yang kurang dikuasai pada saat pelajaran dikelas. Aplikasi media pembelajaran m-learning berbasis android dikembangkan khusus pada materi pengenalan perangkat komputer beserta pemasangannya yang disertai dengan video tutorial. “Variations on the Author” discusses two of Eduardo Coutinho’s recent films (Um Dia na Vida, from 2010, and Últimas Conversas, posthumously released in 2015) and their contribution to the general question of documentary authorship. The director’s filmography is characterized by a consistent yet self-effacing form of authorial self-inscription: Coutinho often features as an interviewer that rather than express opinions propels discourses; an interviewer that is good at listening. This mode of self-inscription characterizes him as an author who is not expressive but who is nonetheless markedly present on the screen. In Um Dia na Vida, however, Coutinho is completely absent form the image, while Últimas Conversas, on the contrary, includes a confessional prologue that moves the director from the margins to the center of his films. This article examines the ways in which these works stand out in the filmography of a director who offers new insights into the notion of cinematic authorship
Appropriate Similarity Measures for Author Cocitation Analysis
We provide a number of new insights into the methodological discussion about author cocitation analysis. We first argue that the use of the Pearson correlation for measuring the similarity between authors’ cocitation profiles is not very satisfactory. We then discuss what kind of similarity measures may be used as an alternative to the Pearson correlation. We consider three similarity measures in particular. One is the well-known cosine. The other two similarity measures have not been used before in the bibliometric literature. PKM Kelompok Pemilah Sampah TPSA Bulusan Kabupaten Banyuwangi Melalui Program Ompimpah
Pada kelurahan Bulusan terdapat Tempat Pembuangan Sampah Akhir (TPSA) yang menampung beberapa tempat pembuangan sampah dari berbagai TPSS di Kabupaten Banyuwangi. Volume sampah yang masuk setiap harinya kurang lebih mencapai 122,5 meter3 atau setara dengan 27 rit/truk. Sampah yang ditampung di TPSA Bulusan berupa sampah padat seperti plastik, botol bekas minuman, hingga sisa sayuran. Keadaan sampah di TPSA bulusan seperti timbunan besar yang menggunung tinggi setiap harinya. Meskipun pemilah sampah yang setiap harinya memiliah sampah tetap tidak mengurangi banyaknya sampah. Berdasarkan hal tersebut, diperlukan suatu upaya untuk menggerakkan masyarakat guna mengoptimalkan pengolahan sampah dari jenis sampah anorganik agar dapat dimanfaatkan menjadi barang yang bernilai. Melalui program Optimalisasi Pengolahan Sampah Menjadi bentuk Paving (Ompimpah), tim pengabdian masyarakat Politeknik Negeri Banyuwangi berupaya untuk mengurangi volume sampah terutama sampah plastik di area TPSA Bulusan Kabupaten Banyuwangi. Hasilnya dengan adanya program ini, sebanyak 60% masyarakat sasaran, yaitu kelompok pemilah sampah menjadikan program ompimpah sebagai peluang usaha yang menjanjikan untuk dilakukan secara mandiri
Implementasi Sistem Informasi HIPPAM Desa Kaligondo Berbasis Web dan Android
The Banyuwono Drinking Water User Population Association (HIPPAM) is one of the business units of the Gondowangi Village-Owned Enterprise (BUMDES) in Kaligondo Village, Genteng District, Banyuwangi. This business unit is tasked with managing water sources in the village and distributing them to residents\u27 homes in order to meet basic water needs for various community needs. So far, Banyuwono HIPPAM managers have experienced problems in managing residents\u27 payment data because payments are made through collection by the head of the Neighborhood Association (RT) by recording them on payment cards and then reporting them to HIPPAM managers. This method has several disadvantages, such as the data received by the manager is slow, not neat and at risk of being lost or damaged. Likewise in the processing, recapitulation and reporting related to billing, total income and so on. Service activities for the implementation of the HIPPAM Banyuwono web and android application were held to overcome this problem. The activity begins by collecting data on needs and supporting facilities that are already available. This data will be used to design the flow and application design. Next, the design is implemented into a web and Android application using the Laravel framework, Flutter and MySQL database. The resulting web and Android applications have been published via the page http://bumdesgondowangikaligondo.id. 91% of users consisting of 5 HIPPAM officers and 53 RT heads in Kaligondo Village expressed satisfaction with the function and comfort of the application. The results of socialization and training on application use for 5 HIPPAM officers also showed that the officers already understood how to use the application with an average application mastery score of 88.Himpunan Penduduk Pemakai Air Minum (HIPPAM) Banyuwono adalah salah satu unit usaha Badan Usaha Milik Desa (BUMDES) Gondowangi di Desa Kaligondo, Kecamatan Genteng, Banyuwangi. Unit usaha ini bertugas mengelola sumber air di desa dan mendistribusikannya ke rumah-rumah warga dalam rangka memenuhi kebutuhan pokok air untuk berbagai keperluan masyarakat. Selama ini pengelola HIPPAM Banyuwono mengalami kendala dalam mengelola data pembayaran warga karena pembayaran dilakukan melalui pemungutan oleh ketua Rukun Tetangga (RT) melalui pencatatan di kartu pembayaran kemudian melaporkannya ke pengelola HIPPAM. Metode ini memiliki beberapa kekurangan seperti data yang diterima pengelola lambat, kurang rapi dan beresiko hilang atau cacat. Begitu pula dalam proses pengolahan, rekapitulasi dan pelaporan terkait penagihan, total pendapatan dan lain-lain. Kegiatan pengabdian implementasi aplikasi web dan android HIPPAM Banyuwono diadakan untuk mengatasi masalah tersebut. Kegiatan diawali dengan mengumpulkan data kebutuhan dan fasilitas pendukung yang sudah dimiliki. Data-data ini akan digunakan untuk merancang alur dan desain aplikasi. Selanjutnya rancangan diimplementasikan menjadi aplikasi web dan android menggunakan framework Laravel, Flutter dan basis data MySQL. Hasilnya aplikasi web dan android sudah dipublikasikan melalui laman http://bumdesgondowangikaligondo.id. 91 % pengguna yang terdiri atas 5 petugas HIPPAM dan 53 ketua RT di Desa Kaligondo menyatakan puas terhadap fungsi dan kenyamanan aplikasi.
