    Abstrak. Hastuti D, Suranto, Setyono P. 2009. Variasi morfologi, karyotipe dan pola pita protein pada berbagai varietas kamboja jepang (Adenium obesum). Nusantara Bioscience 1: 78-83. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui variasi Adenium obesum dari enam varietas yaitu obesum, cery, red lucas, red fanta , white bigben, dan harry potter berdasarkan sifat morfologi, karyotipe, serta pola pita protein. Preparat kromosom dibuat dengan metode squash semi permanen dengan bahan ujung akar tanaman dan pola pita protein dilakukan dengan metode SDS-PAGE. Data kualitatif meliputi bentuk dan warna daun dan bunga dari masing-masing varietas. Data morfometri antara varietas dianalisis dengan analisis sidaik ragam (ANAVA), dilanjutkan dengan uji jarak berganda Duncan (DMRT), pada taraf 5% terbukti terdapat beda nyata antar varietas. Pola pita protein akar, batang, daun serta semua organ dianalisis secara kualitatif menggunakan analisis kelompok hierarkhis Average Linkage (between Groups) dalam program SPSS 10.0. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa keenam varietas memiliki karakter morfologi yang bervariasi, yaitu warna daun hijau muda sampai hijau tua, tidak berbulu, tulang daun polos, sedangkan warna mahkota merah muda sampai merah tua, walaupun ada yang putih dan kuning. Jumlah kromosom semua sama yaitu n =22, dimana panjang absolut kromosom berkisar antara 2,56-5,13 μm. Pola pita protein yang terbentuk secara kualitatif terdapat variasi ketebalan di antara keenam varietas, yang menunjukkan adanya perbedaan kandungan proteinnya. This research denotes to know the influence of biochemic composition to the rapid grow of fresh water lobster on the stadium of post larva (PL) of 60 within three months. This research used the complete random planning dealing with 4 treatments and each treatment would get 3 times cycle. The treatments cover, group K tested animal was treted with 100% mill food containing 30% of protein. Group A is given with food and biochemic food containing 13,34% of protein. Group B is the treated with mill food which is mixed with biochemic food containing 10,7% of protein. While group C was tested by treating them with mill food and biochemic food containing 13,58%. After all the above mentioned would be set up within 3:1 comparation. The variable of this research were the length of the abdomen, cephalothorax, total length, and the wet weight. The data analysis is using ANOVA system on 95% power test completed by of SPSS version 13. The result of the research shows that mentioned treatments give us the same influence toward the growth of fresh water lobster. The composition of biochemic food with the containing protein around 10,7%,13.34% and 13,38% has given the same effect to the lobster growth on post larva 60 level. Reservoir Gajah Mungkur of Wonogiri is an artificially aquatic environment with susceptibility of heavy metal contamination, so through the process of bioaccumulation, the fish tissue can be contaminated. This research were to identify concentration of heavy metals copper (Cu) and protein in the tissue of tilapia (Oreochromis niloticus Linn.), bred in floating cage breeders at the reservoir Gajah Mungkur. It was also tend to observe the relationship between heavy metal concentrations of Cu with protein content of tilapia tissue. Determination of sampling points was applied by a purposive sampling method. The concentration of both heavy metal and the measured protein was done descriptively, by comparing data obtained with fresh water quality standards according to PPRI No. 82 years 2001 and Decree DG POM No. 03725/B/SK/VII/89. Relations were analyzed by both correlation. The result showed that the concentration of Cu in the waters of reservoir Gajah Mungkur in the scale of 0,0108 mg/L was still below the threshold of fresh water quality standar. The parameters of temperature, pH, and DO on the results of the research were still in the range of values recommended for aquaculture activities. Cu concentration within tilapia tissues samples at 2,746 mg/kg were above the threshold of metal contamination in foods, especially processed meat, while the average protein content of tilapia value amounted to 18,07%. The higher the Cu content within the tissue, the lower the protein content of fish meat (r = 0,780).</jats:p

    Keyword: perubahan iklim, sosialisai, desa Jetis. Perubahan iklim menjadi masalah global sekaligus isu lingkungan hangat dimasyarakat. Dampak perubahan iklim member resiko negative bagi kehidupan termasuk manusia. Untuk menghadapinya dibutuhkan adaptasi dan mitigasi yang menuntut keikutsertaan semua pihak. Sungguh disayangkan pemahaman perubahan iklim tidak merata di masyarakat, kondisi ini membuat upaya adaptasi dan mitigasi belum terlaksana sepenuhnya. Kegiatan KKN di desa Jetis menjadikan sosialasi tentang adaptasi dan mitigasi perubahan iklim sebagai tujuan utama. Metode yang dipilih adalah forum group discussion dengan mengadakan lokakarya untuk mengukur perubahan pemahaman dilakukan pre dan posttest melalui kuis yang dibagikan diantara lokakarya. Hasilnya terdapat perubahan pemahaman dari awalnya 52 % berpemahaman rendah menjadi 70 % pemahaman tinggi. Dengan hasil uji 2 sampel beda kolmogorov smirnov memunculkan signifikasi 0,00 maka terdapat beda antara 2 kuis. Perbedaan ini muncul sebagai efk positif sosialisasi

    The Vulnerability Level of Groundwater Quality Degradation in The Ecosystem of Sand Dune Landscape on the Southern Coast of Central Java and the Yogyakarta Special Region, Indonesia

    The sand dune ecosystem phenomenon in the research area has unique and interesting characters. It is  identified that there is an  increase in the construction of the environment in the use of sand dune ecosystem which influence the groundwater quality. Such phenomenon is the manifestation of the existence of spatial dynamics influencing the groundwater degradation vulnerability. This research is aimed at 1) predicting the level of groundwater quality degradation vulnerability based on the sand dune ecosystem spatial dynamics; 2) developing an environmental management model to continuously maintain the availability of groundwater. The research employed survey research and inductive mapping. The aspect of the study included an environmental study with hydromorphological and hydrogeological approach. Analysis and evaluation were based on the multiplication of weight and rate, and were done on landscape units resulting from the map overlay. The research result  indicates  that there are 4 (four) classes of groundwater degradation vulnerability out of the 5 (five) classes of vulnerability determined beforehand. Groundwater degradation vulnerability classes III and IV indicate  problems of disturbances in the groundwater supply system and domestic and agricultural waste pollution. In order to overcome the disturbances in the groundwater supply system, water infiltration well should be constructed, communal domestic water processing should be encouraged, and in order to reduce pollution from the use of agricultural fertilizers, the fertilizers should be blended with clay
