    Gaya kepemimpinan KH. Dede Saepudin dalam meningkatkan kinerja asatidz di Pondok Pesantren Al-Mu’awanah

    Masalah kepemimpinan dari dulu hingga sekarang selalu menjadi perhatian yang menarik dan senantiasa memberikan daya pikat yang kuat bagi setiap orang. Mengingat kepemimpinan menduduki posisi sentral dalam suatu organisasi, pemimpinlah yang menentukan perubahan, pembaharuan, perbaikan, dan menjamin kemampuan organisasi untuk terus berprestasi di masa depan. Adapun tujuan dari penelitian ini Pertama, untuk mendekskripsikan gaya komunikasi K.H Dede Saepudin di Pondok Pesantren Al-Mu’awanah Ngamprah. Kedua, untuk mendekskripsikan pemberian motivasi K.H Dede Saepudin dalam peningkatan kinerja asatidz. Dan ketiga, untuk mendekskripsikan proses pengawasan K.H Dede Saepudin dalam meningkatkan kinerja asatidz di Pondok Pesantren Al-Mu’awanah. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kualitatif, dengan jenis penelitian lapangan (field research). Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Adapun subjek penelitian adalah KH. Dede Saepudin, ustadz, dan santri pondok pesantren. Setelah data diperoleh kemudian dianalisis kemudian dicek keabsahan data dengan cara reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Dalam penelitian ini peneliti membatasi lingkup gaya kepemimpinan yang diteliti, yaitu diambil dari: (1) Gaya komunikasi, (2) Pengambilan Keputusan, (3) Memberikan motivasi, dan (4) Proses pengawasan. Adapun hasil yang ditemukan dari penelitian ini yaitu: (1) Gaya Komunikasi KH. Dede Saepudin menggunakan gaya komunikasi satu arah dan gaya komunikasi antarpribadi yang menghasilkan feedback (timbal balik), (2)Jenis pemberian motivasi yang digunakan oleh KH. Dede Saepudin kepada para asatidz adalah motivasi positifyang berupa non-materiil berupa dukungan sosial dan psikologis berupa pendekatan face to face dan musyawarah keluarga setiap bulannya, (3) Proses pengawasan KH. Dede Saepudin terhadap kinerja asatidz dilakukan dengan cara melihat dari segi kehadiran dan peningkatan belajar santri, (4) Gaya kepemimpinan KH. Dede Saepudin adalah partisipatif dan demokratis. Berdasarkan temuan dan pembahasan hasil penelitian, maka secara umum dapat disimpulkan bahwa gaya komunikasi KH. Dede Saepudin dalam meningkatkan kinerja asatidz di pondok pesantren Al-Mu’awanah adalah dengan menggunakan gaya komunikasi satu arah dan gaya komunikasi antarpribadi, proses pemberian motivasi dengan menggunakan motivasi positif, proses pengawasan asatidz dilihat dari segi kehadiran dan peningkatan prestasi belajar santri. Considering that leadership occupies a central position in an organization, it is the leader who determines change, renewal, improvement, and ensures the ability of the organization to continue to achieve in the future. The purpose of this research is First, to describe the communication style of K. Dede Saepudin at Al-Mu'awanah Ngamprah Islamic Boarding School. Secondly, to describe the motivation given by K. Dede Saepudin in improving the performance of Asatidz. And third, to describe the supervision process of K. Dede Saepudin in improving the performance of asatidz at Al-Mu'awanah Islamic Boarding School. The method used in this study is a qualitative approach, with the type of field research (field research). Data collection is done by interviews, observation and documentation. The research subject was KH. Dede Saepudin, religious teacher, and Islamic boarding school students. After the data is obtained, then analyzed and then validated the data by means of data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. In this study researchers limited the scope of the leadership style studied, which was taken from: (1) communication style, (2) decision making, (3) providing motivation, and (4) supervision process. The results found in this study are: (1) Communication Style KH. Dede Saepudin uses one-way communication styles and interpersonal communication styles that produce feedback (reciprocity), (2) Types of motivation given by KH. Dede Saepudin to the asatidz is a positive non-material motivation in the form of social and psychological support in the form of a face to face approach and family deliberation every month, (3) the supervision process of KH. Dede Saepudin on the performance of asatidz is done by looking at the presence and improvement of students' learning, (4) leadership style KH. Dede Saepudin is participatory and democratic. Based on the findings and discussion of the results of the study, it can generally be concluded that the communication style of KH. Dede Saepudin in improving the performance of asatidz at Al-Mu'awanah Islamic boarding school is by using one-way communication style and interpersonal communication style, the process of giving motivation using positive motivation, asatidz supervision process seen in terms of attendance and improvement of students' learning achievement.     The existence of the covid-19 pandemic in early 2020 hampered all normal human activities, including library activities as one of the actively visited sources of knowledge and information backwards. The temporary suspension of library services is conventionally implemented to anticipate the spread of the covid-19 virus. This researchs aim to determine the role of TBM Jatmika based on six basic literacy according to the world economic forum and the national literacy movement as well as the relationship between basic services between libraries and TBM, where this linkage ultimately includes innovation and alternative library services through indirect synergy efforts. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative research and approach by presenting a factual description of the research field. The subject of this research is the general public, especially those around TBM Jatmika. Meanwhile, the object is TBM Jatmika itself. In collecting data, the technique used by researchers was by means of online interviews via the WhatsApp application with Umi Aam as the manager of Jatmika's TBM; conduct literature searches of sources related to the study material; as well as browsing the web and social media owned by TBM Jatmika. The results of this research are TBM Jatmika trying to perfect six basic literacy in his contribution to educating children and the community, especially in the surrounding areas through his programs and routine activities; the variety of collections owned can be accessed by a certain number of visitors considering the existence of covid-19, coupled with the presence of staff and volunteers as assistant managers and mentors with adequate facilities; there are processes that link the continuity of implementation, coordination, activities and relationships with other communities in fulfilling the needs and goals of establishing the Jatmika TBM; provide basic services in the form of lending and borrowing books, reading books on the spot, educational services, and membership services. The conclusion that can be drawn from this research is that the presence of TBM Jatmika has participated in the innovation of library services in the aspect of external relations in the way that has been previously stated in the research results, but once in the face of a pandemic like this, it is still necessary to create new programs which relevant and effective in order to maximize its service and function as a new adaptive and innovative community reading park in the mission of educating the nation's life.Keywords: library sevices, innovation in pandemic, reading park, jatmikaABSTRAKKeberadaan pandemi covid-19 pada awal tahun 2020 menghambat segala aktivitas normal yang dilakukan manusia, termasuk kegiatan perpustakaan sebagai salah satu sumber ilmu dan informasi yang sebelumnya aktif dikunjungi. Pemberhentian sementara layanan perpustakaan secara konvensional diterapkan guna mengantisipasi penyebaran virus covid-19. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui peran TBM Jatmika berdasarkan enam literasi dasar menurut forum ekonomi dunia dan gerakan literasi nasional serta adanya keterkaitan layanan dasar antar perpustakaan dan TBM dimana keterkaitan tersebut pada akhirnya termasuk kedalam inovasi serta alternatif pelayanan perpustakaan melalui upaya sinergi secara tidak langsung. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian dan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif dengan memaparkan gambaran terhadap lapangan penelitian secara faktual. Subjek dari penelitian ini adalah masyarakat pada umumnya terutama yang berada di sekitar TBM Jatmika. Sedangkan objeknya adalah TBM Jatmika itu sendiri. Dalam mengumpulkan data, teknik yang digunakan peneliti ialah dengan cara wawancara online via aplikasi whatsapp bersama Umi Aam sebagai pengelola TBM Jatmika; melakukan penelusuran literatur terhadap sumber-sumber yang berhubungan dengan bahan kajian; serta menelusuri web dan media sosial milik TBM Jatmika. Hasil dari penelitian ini ialah TBM  Jatmika berusaha menyempurnakan enam literasi dasar dalam kontribusinya mengedukasi anak dan masyarakat khususnya didaerah sekitar melalui program dan kegiatan rutin yang dimilikinya; ragam koleksi yang dimiliki dapat diakses oleh pengunjung dalam jumlah batas tertentu mengingat adanya covid-19, ditambah dengan adanya staf maupun relawan sebagai asisten pengelola dan mentor dengan fasilitas yang cukup memadai; adanya proses-proses yang mengaitkan keberlangsungan penyelenggaraan, koordinasi, kegiatan, dan hubungan dengan komunitas lain dalam memenuhi kebutuhan dan tujuan didirikannya TBM Jatmika; memberikan layanan-layanan dasar berupa pinjam meminjam buku, membaca buku ditempat, layanan edukasi, dan layanan keanggotaan. Simpulan yang dapat ditarik dari penelitian ini ialah hadirnya TBM Jatmika telah berpartisipasi dalam inovasi pelayanan perpustakaan pada aspek hubungan eksternal dengan cara yang telah disampaikan sebelumnya di hasil penelitian, namun begitu dalam menghadapi masa pandemi seperti saat ini, masih perlu di ciptakan program-program baru yang relevan dan efektif guna memaksimalkan layanan serta fungsinya sebagai taman bacaan masyarakat rintisan baru yang adaptif dan inovatif dalam misi mencerdaskan kehidupan bangsa

    Going Beyond Counting First Authors in Author Co-citation Analysis

    The present study examines one of the fundamental aspects of author co-citation analysis (ACA) - the way co-citation counts are defined. Co-citation counting provides the data on which all subsequent statistical analyses and mappings are based, and we compare ACA results based on two different types of co-citation counting - the traditional type that only counts the first one among a cited work's authors on the one hand and a non-traditional type that takes into account the first 5 authors of a cited work on the other hand. Results indicate that the picture produced through this non-traditional author co-citation counting contains more coherent author groups and is therefore considerably clearer. However, this picture represents fewer specialties in the research field being studied than that produced through the traditional first-author co-citation counting when the same number of top-ranked authors is selected and analyzed. Reasons for these effects are discussed

    PEMEROLEHAN FONOLOGI BAHASA PERTAMA PADA ANAK USIA 2 TAHUN 3 BULAN STUDI KASUS “MUHAMAD SAEPUDIN”

    Every child has their own level of acquiring their first language, these levels range from slow to fast.  The purpose of this study was to describe the acquisition of first language phonology in children aged 2 years and 3 months.  This study used a qualitative descriptive approach with the observation method.  The data collection technique in this study is the technique of observing, involving, taking notes with a data source named Muhamad Saepudin.  The data taken is the phonological acquisition of the first language in the data source.  The results of the study stated that the acquisition of vowel phonemes namely /a/, /i/, /u/, /e/, /ə/, and /o/ in Muhamad Saepudin can be said to be consistently mastered while the acquisition of mastered consonant phonemes includes /  b/, /g/, /h/, /m/, /n/, /p/, /t/, /w/, and /y/, so that data sources are stated to have not been consistently mastered.  Therefore, the data source is classified as being able to pronounce vocabulary in everyday life but there are still some utterances that are not yet perfect to pronounce

    “Variations on the Author” discusses two of Eduardo Coutinho’s recent films (Um Dia na Vida, from 2010, and Últimas Conversas, posthumously released in 2015) and their contribution to the general question of documentary authorship. The director’s filmography is characterized by a consistent yet self-effacing form of authorial self-inscription: Coutinho often features as an interviewer that rather than express opinions propels discourses; an interviewer that is good at listening. This mode of self-inscription characterizes him as an author who is not expressive but who is nonetheless markedly present on the screen. In Um Dia na Vida, however, Coutinho is completely absent form the image, while Últimas Conversas, on the contrary, includes a confessional prologue that moves the director from the margins to the center of his films. This article examines the ways in which these works stand out in the filmography of a director who offers new insights into the notion of cinematic authorship

    Appropriate Similarity Measures for Author Cocitation Analysis

    We provide a number of new insights into the methodological discussion about author cocitation analysis. We first argue that the use of the Pearson correlation for measuring the similarity between authors’ cocitation profiles is not very satisfactory. We then discuss what kind of similarity measures may be used as an alternative to the Pearson correlation. We consider three similarity measures in particular. One is the well-known cosine. The other two similarity measures have not been used before in the bibliometric literature.     Dispelling the Myths Behind First-author Citation Counts

    We conducted a full-scale evaluative citation analysis study of scholars in the XML research field to explore just how different from each other author rankings resulting from different citation counting methods actually are, and to demonstrate the capability of emerging data and tools on the Web in supporting more realistic citation counting methods. Our results contest some common arguments for the continued use of first-author citation counts in the evaluation of scholars, such as high correlations between author rankings by first-author citation counts and other citation counting methods, and high costs of using more realistic citation counting methods that are not well-supported by the ISI databases. It is argued that increasingly available digital full text research papers make it possible for citation analysis studies to go beyond what the ISI databases have directly supported and to employ more sophisticated methods
