ABSTRAK
Pejabat Pembuat Akta Tanah (PPAT) adalah pejabat umum yang diberikan kewenangan untuk membuat akta-akta autentik mengenai perbuatan hukum tertentu mengenai hak atas tanah atau Hak Atas Satuan Rumah Susun, berdasarkan peraturan perundang-undangan yang berlaku. PPAT dalam prakteknya seringkali terjadi pembuatan Akta Jual Beli yang tidak sesuai dengan koridor hukum berlaku yang mana dapat menimbulkan resiko bagi kepastian hak atas tanah.Sebagaimana dilakukannya penelitian ini penulis merumuskan beberapa permasalahan mengenai bagaimana tanggung jawab PPAT terhadap akta jual beli yang dibatalkan oleh pengadilan,apa yang menjadi dasar pertimbangan Hakim untuk membatalkan akta jual beli, dan bagaimana akibat hukum terhadap akta jual beli yang dibatalkan oleh pengadilan, sehingga adanya kejelasan dalam kepemilikan tanah berdasarkan prinsip kepastian hukum, ketertiban hukum, perlindungan hukum yang berisikan kebenaran dan keadilan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana tanggung jawab Pejabat Pembuat Akta Tanah terhadap akta jual beli yang dibatalkan oleh pengadilan, untuk mengetahui dasar pertimbangan Hakim untuk membatalkan akta jual belidan untuk mengetahui akibat hukum terhadap akta jual beli yang dibatalkan oleh pengadilan.Penelitian ini menggunakan metode pendekatan yuridis normatif, dengan data yang dipergunakan adalah data primer yang diperoleh dari peraturan perundang-undangan yang berlaku, data sekunder, yaitu teori-teori hukum dan hasil karya profesi hukum dan data tersier, yaitu istilah-istilah hukum yang berlaku. Analisis data dengan menggunakan pengolahan data yang berkaitan dengan masalah yang diteliti dengan menganalisa secara kualitatifyaitu menghubungkan permasalahan yang dikemukakan dengan teori yang relevan sehingga dapat diperoleh data yang tersusun data secara sistematis. Landasan teori yang digunakan untuk mendapatkan data yang sistematis menggunakan kerangka teoritis (teori kepastian hukum dan teori tanggung jawab) dan kerangka konseptual. Hasil kajian ini menunjukan bahwatanggung jawab PPAT adalah secara administratif dan perdata, akta jual beli yang dibuat oleh PPAT dinyatakan batal demi hukumadalah berdasarkan tidak terpenuhinya syarat objektif perjanjian dalam KUHPerdata, dan akibat hukum terhadap akta jual beli dalam putusan pengadilan yang menyatakan akta jual beli dinyatakan batal demi hukum sehingga akta tersebut dianggap tidak pernah ada, dan PPAT berkewajiban untuk mendukung kembalinya keadaan hukum semula atas objek perkara.

RESPONSIBILITIES OF LAND ASSET OFFICERS
AGAINST THE CANCELLATION OF SALE AND PURCHASES BASED ON THE COURT'S DECISION (Case Study Case Number: 45 / Pdt.G / 2016 / PN. Bdg and Case Number: 171 / PDT.G / 2013 / PN.TDO)

ABSTRACT
The Land Deed Authorization Officer (PPAT) is a public official who is given the authority to make authentic deeds regarding certain legal actions regarding land rights or the Right to Apartment Units, based on the prevailing laws and regulations PPAT in practice there is often a sale and purchase deed. which is not in accordance with the applicable legal corridors which can pose a risk to the security of land rights. As the research conducted, the authors formulated several problems regarding how the PPAT's responsibility for the sale and purchase deed that was canceled by the court, what was the basis for the Judge's consideration to cancel the sale and purchase deed, and what was the legal effect on the sale and purchase deed that was canceled by the court, so that there was clarity in land ownership based on the principles of legal certainty, legal order, legal protection that contains truth and justice. The purpose of this research is to find out how the responsibility of the Land Deed Making Official for the sale and purchase deed canceled by the court, to find out the basis for the Judge's consideration to cancel the sale and purchase deed and to find out the legal consequences of the sale and purchase deed that was canceled by the court. This study uses a normative juridical approach, with the data used are primary data obtained from applicable laws and regulations, secondary data, namely legal theories and the work of the legal profession and tertiary data, namely applicable legal terms. Analysis of data using data processing related to the problem under study by analyzing qualitatively, namely connecting the problems raised with relevant theories so that data can be obtained systematically arranged data. The theoretical basis used to obtain systematic data uses a theoretical framework (legal certainty theory and responsibility theory) and a conceptual framework. The results of this study indicate that the PPAT's responsibility is administratively and civilized, the sale and purchase deed made by PPAT is declared null and void based on the failure to fulfill the objective conditions of the agreement in the Civil Code, and the legal consequences for the sale and purchase deed in a court decision stating the sale and purchase deed. declared null and void so that the deed is deemed never to have existed, and PPAT is obliged to support the return of the original state of law on the object of the case.

The form of mywork is explores space, practical and elastic that can be presented anywhere, either in the conventional stage, in the parks, in
the forest, in a public toilet, or on the street. The form and the essence of its performance over the motion and the selected symbol. In this work performance, the light becomes important as one of the aesthetic elements. This work not only in the spot light like a standard show, but also flexible in accordance with the conditions and needs, such as spot lights, flashlights, lanterns, candles, or even a slide projector or video projector though. This work is actually very open, kind of ideas and forms.
Even open to get in on the area of collaborative work. With my idea of an artist as a performer and installator (because of my art background) then no wonder I create works that will be open to the other performer-based dance, music and theater. The study uses the method of creation is the creation of works that have several stages of phase observation, experimentation phase and creating phase works. In the observation phase in addition to the observations of some performance art in person
and also the documentation of a location that will be used. It is given such importance in the performance art space. Furthermore, the findings were used by the author as the basis for the creation of premises experimentation space and light which then continued into a work of performance art intact.
Forms of performance art whose works are just that moment will be tricked by audiovisual documentation that could later be accounted for in a long time.

Expression of feeling or affect is expressing our feelings to someone else. Meanwhile, we can find that affect has two variations; we can have good feelings or bad feelings. So affect can be positive or negative.According to Martin and Rose(2003: 25), feeling can be experienced as emotional dispositions, sad or happy, or they may appear as surges as behavior, such us crying and laughing. People can express their feeling directly, or we can infer how people are feeling indirectly from their behavior, so affect can be expressed directly or implied.
The objectives of this research are to find out the types of expressions of feeling and describe the interpretations of types of expressions of feeling used in texts in English textbooks grade X.
This study is a descriptive qualitative research. It is used to unfold the types of expressions of feeling and interpretations of types of expression of feeling used in texts in English texts grade X.
The result shows that all types of expressions of feeling used in all six texts selected that written in three English textbooks. The occurrence of positive type is (130). Then, the occurrences of ways in expressing feeling are emotional state (37), physical expression (60), extraordinary behavior (23) and metaphor (5). Then, The occurrence of each negative type is emotional state (18), physical expressions (18), extraordinary behavior (17) and metaphor (7).I interpret that the texts which mostly use positive expression of feeling means that the author wants to create positive feeling to readers. Since the readers are students, it is a good thing to have positive feeling when they have good feelings. Cowley (2009) states that to create good atmosphere that helps the students to learn easier and good atmosphere can be created by having good feeling.
I state my suggestions that are addressed to the teachers, all readers and the future researchers.(1) For English teachers, they can create a good or positive atmosphere in teaching learning process by giving expressions of feeling as often as possible. (2.) For all the readers who want to compose a text, they should consider who will be the readers of the text you made. It can help the author to be success to influence the readers. (3.) For the further researchers, I suggest those who want to conduct a similar topic research, they may analyze the expression of feeling used in other data sources, for example used in speech, dialogue, childbirth story book, talk-show, etc. Other suggestion is the further researchers are able to have a new research innovation by combining the term expression of feeling or affect with other kind of appraisal system, such as engagement or amplification
