Structural model of factors relating to the health promotion behavior of reproductive health among Indonesian adolescents

    No full text
Objectives: We aim to explore the factors related to the health promotion behavior of reproductive health (RH) among Indonesian adolescents via structural equation modeling. Methods: A cross-sectional quantitative study was used to measure 108 adolescents aged 12â16 years. We employed a self-administered questionnaire developed from the health promotion model (HPM) and the empowerment model (EM) on the basis of self-efficacy to determine the factors related to health promotion in maintaining RH behavior. Structural equation modeling (SEM) was used to examine relationships among the variables. The Analysis of Moment Structures (AMOS) approach was used to evaluate if the proposed model is suitable for the data based on goodness-of-fit indices. Results: The model is appropriate for the data. Three interrelationships emerge among independent variables (P > 0.05), namely, personal and cognitive behaviors (r = â0.01), cognitive and health promotion behaviors (r = 0.09), and affective and health promotion behaviors (r = â0.17). The strongest relationship is between empowerment and health promotion behavior (r = 0.72). Affection (interpersonal and situational influences), immediate competing demands and preferences, and empowerment (participation and control) are directly related to RH behavior maintenance. Meanwhile, willingness of adolescents, prior related behavior, personal factor, and commitment to a plan of action are indirectly related to RH behavior maintenance. The model explains 43.9% of the variance in maintaining RH behavior. Conclusions: The HPM and EM models help determine the factors related to RH behavior maintenance among adolescents. Intervention to promote RH among Indonesian adolescents should begin from the level of childâparentâhealth care professional encounter for empowering the RH of adolescents. Aim: This study aims to analyze the recycling potential of solid waste in Jatinegara sub-district as a basis for optimizing solid waste management with the 3R principle. Methodology and Results: The sampling method to calculate the waste generation rate and composition was based on SNI 19-3964-1994. The sampling results showed that the average waste generation of Jatinegara sub-district was 0.22 kg/person/day or 2.02 liters/person/day. With a population of 328,345 in 2020, the waste generation is 663,055 L/day or 663.05 m3/day. The waste composition comprises 55.02% organic waste and 44.98% non-organic waste. The composition of organic waste that has the potential to be reprocessed is 38.52%. The potential for recycling non-organic waste is determined by identifying the types of waste that waste banks can accept. The composition of non-organic waste that can be recycled is 26.11%. Non-organic waste that has the potential to be sold to waste banks is 96.26% of total plastic waste, 100% of paper waste, 100% of metal waste, and 100% of glass/glass waste. Conclusion, significance and impact study: The total waste that can be recycled in Jatinegara sub-district is 64.62%, and the residue generated is 35.38%. Recycling can reduce waste to 372.76 m3/day.</jats:p

ABSTRACTPROHIBITION OF SELLER FOR PROVIDING THE RESULTS OF COPYRIGHT INFRINGEMENT IS MADE TO REALIZE VALUE OF JUSTICEOne function of the law is to bring about justice therefore interested in testing the true authors of this provision was made to bring justice to the author / copyright holder. This thesis aims to analyze the value of justice in the prohibition provision for sellers Copyright infringing goods. This research in the realm of normative research. The research data obtained by studying Ref material, which then systemizationand then analyzed, to the conclusions to be drawn. The results showed that provision Article 10 UUHC No. 28 of 2014 on the prohibition of the managers of trading places forbidden to let sales / doubling goods resulting from infringement of copyright and / or related rights in a trade under its management are intended to be able to realize the values of justice, especially for the author / copyright holder and as an effort to secure the economic rights creator and / or copyright holder.

The purpose of this study is to apply the Generative Learning model to circle material in order to train students' communication skills. In previous research from the author and several studies that have been conducted by researchers, it was found that the Generative Learning model can improve Students' Mathematical Communication skills. On this occasion, it was explained how the Generative Learning Model can train students' communication skills. The research subjects were 25 students of class VIII from one of the State Junior High Schools in Bandung for the 2019/2020 academic year. The method in this research is qualitative. Data obtained through observation and interviews during learning circle material using a generative learning model takes place. The results showed that through the steps in the generative learning model, namely the orientation; the idea stage; the challenge and restructuring; the implementation and; the review stage, can: (1) increase student interaction in learning, (2) stimulate students to create mathematical models; (3) train students in arguing based on analysis of images and concepts; (4) explain ideas, mathematically in writing with pictures
