The Sinhalese sandesha literary tradition first emergedduring the Gampalola period. In this period, twoSandeshas called Thisara Sandeshaya and Mayura Sandeshaya were created. During the Kotte period, The development of this new literary tradition. Can be observed the sixth king Parakramabahu, who ruled the state during this period, provided the ptronage of the state to develop literature and art. As a result, Paravi Sandeshaya, Gira Sandeshaya, Kokila Sandeshaya, Hansa Sandeshaya and Salalihini Sandeshaya were umposed. This literary tradition has unique characteristics. Such as having a famous man or woman as the leader, having a message bearer, praising the ability and image of the message bearer, praising the path, praising the king, delivering the message, blessing the messenger etc it. The purpose of the research was to study the Embellishments of the Salalihini sandeshaya, which includes these features. The significance of this research is to study the use of embellishments in the literary tradition of the message in the form of four words, and the poetic ability to compose poems using embellishments. The limitation of the research was on the Salalihini Sandeshaya. The author uses thirteen embellishments in Slalalihini Sandesaya. Among them, metaphorical embellishment, natural embellishment, Most prominent. It was possible to discover that ten more Embellishments ones been used literar

Previous fits to the quiescent Chandra ACIS-S spectrum found that a RIAF model with an equal inflow–outflow balance works well. In this work, we apply the RIAF model to the Chandra HETG-S spectrum obtained through the Chandra X-ray Visionary Program, which displays features suggestive of temperature and velocity structures within the plasma. A comprehensive forward model analysis accounting for the accretion flow geometry and HETG-S instrumental effects is required for a full interpretation of the quiescent Chandra HETG-S spectrum. We present a RIAF model that takes these effects into account. Our fits to the high-resolution grating spectrum indicate an inflow balanced by an outflow (s ∼ 1) alongside a temperature profile that appears shallower than what would be expected from a gravitational potential following 1/r. The data require that the abundance of iron relative to solar is ZFe < 0.32 Z⊙ (90% credible interval), much lower than the 2 Z⊙ metallicity measured in nearby late-type giants. While future missions like NewAthena will provide higher spectral resolution, source separation will continue to be a problem. Leveraging Chandra's unparalleled spatial resolution, which is not expected to be surpassed for decades, remains essential for detailed investigations of the densely populated Galactic center in X-rays.We would like to thank the anonymous referee for their helpful and insightful responses. Climate change has an effect on the degradation of soil, water, growth and crop production. Soil degradation caused by various factors decrease in physical, chemical, and biological soil processes. The decrease in physical properties of the soil due to erosion, compaction, and fractures. The decrease in soil chemical properties is due to nutrient leaching, acidification, and salinization. The decrease of biological properties of the soil is due to the reduction of soil organic matter and diversity of soil biota. Climate change affects the diversity of organisms in the soil. Soil organisms requiring certain temperature conditions for its activities and the state of extremely dry, extreme wet, and increased soil temperature will affect the diversity of soil organisms. The use of fertilizers and organic materials can increase and balance the availability of nutrients needed by plants. The fertilizer can influence the soil fertility represented by a soil quality index. Soil quality is a measure to describe the condition of the soil based on three indicators of the physical, chemical and biological properties. The purpose of this research was to determine the relationship between soil quality with rice productivity in Sukoharjo, Central Java that will affect the climate change. The research was conducted in March-November 2015. The method in this research was a descriptive explorative by field surveying. The sampling method is purposive random sampling. Soil quality indices in eleven sites, Sukoharjo has medium and good (5.47 to 6.91)  category. Soil quality indicators are the most influential on permeability, N-total, K-available, and soil organic matter. The regression Soil Quality Index with rice productivity is 17.7%. The relationship between Soil Quality Index against the highest rice yield soil Permeability has a coefficient determination 43%. Eleven sites has medium-good soil quality and rice productivity with medium categories

Coral reef fish and the aquarium trade: ecological impacts and socio-cultural influences in southern Sri Lanka

The chronic degradation of coral reefs globally and its negative impact on coastal communities such as those in southern Sri Lanka dependent on the marine ornamental trade for their livelihood forms the focus of this study. Attempts to improve the conservation status of Sri Lanka's coral reefs and their associated fauna have failed because they omit to address the social circumstances of local people. Such social-ecological systems require an integrated approach, which provides holistic reasons for the degradation of natural ecosystems and livelihoods of coastal people. The aim of this study was therefore to ascertain the current sustainability of the marine ornamental trade in southern Sri Lanka through an interdisciplinary study employing a participatory bottom-up approach, and derive from findings alternative pathways to restore and maintain the health of the reef and thus provide better livelihoods for the fishing communities. Findings confirm both the fragile state of nearshore coral reefs, their fish populations and the precarious nature of local communities’ livelihoods. Historical and recent environmental and anthropogenic impacts reduced resilience in all trade sectors and current fishing practices and the unjust supply chain compound these effects. Therefore, a holistic co-management framework is recommended that recognises local ecological knowledge and involves fishing communities as citizen scientists to improve monitoring and also provides communication channels to facilitate interaction within and across all groups of the ornamental trade. In this way, all actors are involved in making decisions and taking responsibility for the management of the supply chain at their particular level. This single, coherent framework would thus employ diverse groups and ways of doing as a resilience strategy to halt the degradation and reinvigorate the reef for more sustainable utilisation whilst simultaneously developing highly acceptable alternative income generating livelihoods, such as the community-based aquaculture experiment undertaken during this study
