It is expected that the customers are satisfied and they will return to use the company products which meet their expectations. Therefore, the information technology and openness of the company play an important role to the customers. With the current good services, it is expected that CU Daya Lestari will always improve its services to provide satisfaction to all loyal customers.The research problem is to determine the effects of service quality consisting of tangibility, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy, at CU Daya Lestari TP. Kalaang Lawaat to the customer satisfaction in West Kutai District, Barong Tongkok Sub-district. The analysis tools in this study were test instrument, data of validity and reliability test. There classic assumption test used normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroskedasticity test, and autocorrelation test, as well as multiple linear regression analysis, hypothesis test, t test, f test, and coefficient of determination used SPSS 21.0.The result indicates that the variables of service quality consisting of tangibility, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy give significant effects on customer satisfaction. Tangibility, reliability, and assurance give positive effects and do not significant to customer satisfaction, while responsiveness and empathy give positive effects and significant to customer satisfaction at CU Daya Lestari TP. pelaksanaan kurikulum 2013. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan respon guru matematika SMP negeri
kelas VII di Kabupaten Jember terhadap implementasi kurikulum 2013. Data penelitian diperoleh dari teknik
angket/kuisioner, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Ada dua belas guru yang dijadikan subjek penelitian. Hasil respon
guru terhadap implementasi kurikulum 2013 menunjukkan bahwa seluruh subjek penelitian sudah menggunakan
model dan pendekatan yang sesuai dengan kurikulum 2013, penilaian autentik proses pembelajaran, menggunakan
silabus dan buku dari pemerintah walaupun ada dua guru yang kurang setuju dengan silabus dari pemerintah.
Sedangkan respon guru terhadap pelaksanaan kurikulum 2013, seluruh subjek penelitian sudah melaksanakan
kurikulum 2013 walaupun tiga guru merasa kurang setuju

Ramayana Lestari Sentosa Tbk in the period from the first quarter to the fourth quarter of 2020 based on the Springate model.The analysis used in this study is the Springate prediction model formula, with its components consisting of Working Capital to Total Asset, Earning Before Interest and Tax to Total Asset, Earning Before Tax to Current Liabilities, Sales to Total Asset.The results showed that PT. Ramayana Lestari Sentosa Tbk is included in the criteria for bankruptcy in the first quarter to fourth quarter of 2020 based on the Springate model, where is the comparison with the cut off value or benchmark score to determine the company's criteria, it can be seen that Springate's score during that period was below the cut off score of 0.842. Bankruptcy is generally defined as the company's failure to run the company's operations to generate profits. The initial symptoms of bankruptcy are marked by the presence of financial distress, which is defined as being in a stage close to bankruptcy. The conditions experienced by PT. Ramayana Lestari Sentosa Tbk cannot be separated from the Covid-19 pandemic conditions faced by the whole world, including in Indonesia which resulted in a decline in people's purchasing power

La Farfalla di Dinard (1952) è analizzata nella prospettiva di un racconto giallo, incentrato
sulla «farfallina color zafferano» (che viene qui identificata nella Colias crocea,
Fourcroy, 1785, detta in Francia “Le Souci”) prossima a morire in Bretagna e latrice
di un «messaggio segreto» per Montale da parte di un «tu». Avendo l’autrice avvistato
(estate 2016) numerose “farfalline color zafferano” sui sentieri delle Cinque Terre, nonché
su quello di Monterosso costeggiante le ville Delle Due Palme e Vecchiona, dimostra
che il «tu» incarnato dalla farfalla di Dinard è Anna degli Uberti – altrove da Montale
enigmaticamente detta “morta a vent’anni”, nonché «maestra» di enigmistica –, già
simboleggiata da una farfalla in altri testi monterossini (Vecchi versi, L’estate, Dov’era
il tennis..., Annetta) e altresì “nascosta” nelle Storie naturali [II] (1950; Fuori di casa)

Abstract
La Farfalla di Dinard (1952) is analyzed here from the perspective of a mystery story,
centered on the “saffron-colored butterfly” (identified with Colias crocea, Fourcroy,
1785, also known in France as “Le Souci”) , that is close to dying out in Brittany, bringing
a “secret message” from a “you” to Montale. The author of this essay saw numerous
“saffron-colored butterflies” on Cinque Terre footpaths (summer 2016), as well as on
those of Monterosso, coasting the villas Delle Due Palme and Vecchiona. This shows
that the “you” embodied by the Dinard butterfly is Anna degli Uberti – elsewhere called
enigmatically by Montale “dead at the age of twenty”, as well as “master of enigmas”.
She was already symbolized by a butterfly in other texts revolving around Monterosso
(Vecchi versi, L’estate, Dov’era il tennis..., Annetta) and “hidden” in Storie Naturali [II]
(1950; Fuori di casa) in Saint-Malo, opposite Dinard, in Brittany, under the protection
of Saint Anne.
