MODEL PENINGKATAN MINAT INVESTASI MAHASISWA MELALUI PENERAPAN LITERASI DIGITAL
Investment plays a crucial role in the economic cycle of a country. When individuals invest in government securities (SBN), they directly contribute to national economic growth. Students can obtain various benefits by starting to invest at an early stage, one of which is the availability of emergency funds for future urgent needs. The authors have examined related topics in previous years, including students’ interest in cryptocurrency investment in Bali Province in 2022 and students’ investment preferences in 2023. These prior findings form the basis of the present study. Despite the rapid development of digital finance, students’ interest in cryptocurrency investment in Bali remained low. Subsequent research revealed that students’ investment preferences are still dominated by traditional instruments such as savings accounts, time deposits, and gold. Given that investment is a fundamental pillar for national development as well as for building financial literacy among the younger generation, this condition highlights the urgency of the present study. This research aims to develop an integrated model to enhance students’ investment interest through the incorporation of digital literacy into the learning process. The novelty of this study lies in the development of an investment interest enhancement model based on the application of digital literacy. The model will be formulated through focus group discussions (FGDs) and implemented in the Investment and Capital Market course of the Undergraduate Accounting Program at Universitas Pendidikan Ganesha, allowing the benefits of the model to be directly experienced by the participating students
ANALISIS PERAN PERSEPSI HARGA SEBAGAI MEDIATOR PENGARUH PAJAK PERTAMBAHAN NILAI (PPN) DAN PENGGUNAAN E-WALLET TERHADAP KEPUTUSAN PEMBELIAN
This study analyzes the influence of Value Added Tax (VAT) and e-wallet usage on purchasing decisions, with price perception as a mediating variable. Using a quantitative approach and Path Analysis techniques on consumer survey data processed with SPSS, this study examines direct and indirect relationships through t-tests, F-tests, coefficients of determination (R²), and Sobel tests. Empirical results indicate that VAT has a negative and significant effect on purchasing decisions, while e-wallet usage significantly increases purchase decisions. Interestingly, VAT does not affect price perception, while e-wallet usage significantly creates more positive price perceptions. Price perception itself is proven to increase purchase decisions. In terms of mediation mechanisms, price perception fails to mediate the effect of VAT on purchasing decisions, but successfully mediates the effect of e-wallet usage. These findings indicate that, in the context of consumer behavior, digital payment system innovations are more effective in shaping value perceptions and driving purchase decisions than the fiscal components inherent in the price structure
Perceived Value sebagai Pemediasi Word of Mouth Terhadap Keputusan Pemilihan Sekolah
The decline in the number of early childhood education (PAUD) students has become a major concern as it directly affects the operational sustainability of educational institutions. This study aims to examine the role of perceived value in mediating the influence of word of mouth on parents’ decision-making in choosing a school at PAUD Bhaktivedanta Dharma School. The main issue faced by the school is the decrease in student enrollment due to the lack of word-of-mouth promotion. This research employs a descriptive and associative quantitative approach. This research targeted a total of 201 parents as the study population, from which a sample of 100 participants was drawn using a stratified random sampling technique. Data collection involved a combination of observations, interviews, document analysis, and Likert-scale questionnaires. The data were analyzed through the Partial Least Squares (PLS) approach. Findings indicate that both word of mouth and perceived value significantly and positively impact decision-making. Furthermore, perceived value serves as a mediating variable in the relationship between word of mouth and parents’ purchasing decisions
Pengaruh Work Family Conflict Dan Lingkungan Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Pada Kantor Kelurahan Penatih
This study aims to assess the influence of work-family conflict and work environment on employee performance at the Penatih Sub-District Office. The entire population of 35 employees was involved as respondents using the census method. Data collection techniques included observation, interviews, literature review, documentation, and questionnaires. To ensure the accuracy of the research instruments, validity and reliability tests were conducted. The collected data were analyzed using multiple linear regression, assisted by SPSS software. Based on the results of the coefficient of determination analysis, it was found that work-family conflict and the work environment together account for 52.2% of the variation in employee performance. The findings indicate that work-family conflict has a significant negative effect, while the work environment has a significant positive effect on employee performance. Collectively, these two variables have a significant and positive impact on employee performance at the Penatih Sub-District Office. Future researchers are encouraged to explore other variables not included in this study’s model, which may also influence employee performance.
Pengaruh Pelatihan Kerja dan Kualitas Aparatur Desa terhadap Kinerja Aparatur Desa Penatih Dangin Puri
Human resources (HR) play a crucial role in the development of organizations and institutions. To develop high-quality HR, job training serves as a strategic approach to enhance competence, productivity, discipline, and work ethic. The growing population and increasing demand for public services highlight the need for improved service quality, as these factors directly influence the performance of government public official. The objective of this study is to examine the effect of job training and the quality of village officials on public official performance. This study was conducted in Penatih Dangin Puri Village, involving 35 respondents out of a total population of 37 village office employees, selected using purposive sampling criteria. Data were collected through questionnaires measured with a Likert Scale, and subsequently analyzed using Multiple Linear Regression with the assistance of SPSS 24.0. The findings reveal that job training has a positive and significant effect on public official performance, the quality of village officials has a positive and significant effect on public official performance, and both variables jointly exert a positive and significant influence on public official performance
Pengaruh Live Streaming Shopping, Flash Sale dan Online Customer Review Terhadap Keputusan Pembelian pada Platform Tiktok Shop di Kota Denpasar
The development of e-commerce is growing rapidly, one of which is through the TikTok Shop platform that offers various features to enhance consumer purchasing decisions. This study aims to analyze the influence of Live Streaming Shopping, Flash Sales, and Online Customer Reviews on purchasing decisions on the TikTok Shop platform in Denpasar City. This research uses a quantitative method with data collection techniques through questionnaires distributed to TikTok Shop consumers in Denpasar City. The sample was determined using purposive sampling, with a total of 90 respondents. The data analysis techniques used include validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression analysis, coefficient of determination analysis, as well as t-tests and F-tests. The results of the study show that (1) Live Streaming Shopping has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions, (2) Flash Sales have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions, and (3) Online Customer Reviews have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. Simultaneously, these three variables have a significant influence on purchasing decisions on the TikTok Shop platform in Denpasar City. Therefore, business actors on TikTok Shop need to maximize live streaming strategies, enhance the effectiveness of flash sales, and encourage more informative customer reviews to improve consumer purchasing decision
Pengaruh Grit dan Motivasi Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Badan Riset dan Inovasi Daerah Kabupaten Badung
The problem in this study arises from the importance of employee performance in supporting the implementation of regional research and innovation. However, in practice, there are still discrepancies between targets and actual results, as well as a lack of consistency in completing tasks optimally. One factor suspected to influence this is grit, defined as an individual’s perseverance and consistency in pursuing long-term goals, along with work motivation, which serves as both an internal and external drive that encourages employees to work productively. This study aims to determine the effect of grit and work motivation on the performance of employees at the Regional Research and Innovation Agency (BRIDA) of Badung Regency. The research employs a quantitative approach with an associative research design. The population consists of all 73 BRIDA employees in Badung Regency, with the entire population taken as the sample using the total sampling technique. Data were collected through the distribution of closed-ended questionnaires based on a five-point Likert scale. The research instruments were tested for validity and reliability with the assistance of SPSS software. Data analysis was conducted using simple and multiple linear regression, preceded by classical assumption testing. The results indicate that both grit and work motivation have a positive and significant effect on employee performance, both partially and simultaneously

Hospitals are an important part of people\u27s lives as providers of health services. The services provided by each health worker will be felt directly by the community. This makes the performance of health workers in providing services very important to continue to be improved. This study is expected to show the role of training, knowledge sharing, and organizational support in improving nurse performance. The study was conducted at Ganesha General Hospital with a population of 113 nurses and all of them were used as research samples. Data analysis carried out for the data that had been collected was using the multiple linear regression method. The test results showed that training, knowledge sharing, and organizational support each had a positive and significant effect on nurse performance. The suggestions submitted from the research results obtained were to increase the relevance of training materials, set regular sharing session schedules, conduct peer-reviews, and improve nurse welfare

The purchasing decision is the process by which consumers decide to buy a product or service. To enhance the purchasing decision, there are factors that influence it, such as digital marketing and excellent service. Digital marketing is one form of effort to promote a company or goods or services in order to build a reference in marketing its products by utilizing technology. Excellent service is the best maximum effort provided to meet the needs according to the desires of service users. The purpose of this research is to determine the effect of digital marketing and excellent service on purchasing decisions both partially and simultaneously. The research was conducted at PT. Deroyal Tour & Travel. The population of the study is infinite, with a sample size of 90 people. The sample was determined using the purposive sampling technique. Data collection was done through interviews, documentation, and questionnaires measured using a Likert scale. The analysis technique used was multiple linear regression. The results show that digital marketing has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions, excellent service has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions, and the independent variables simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on the dependent variable. The recommendation given is to improve service and adjust promotions through social media to increase purchasing decisions at PT. Deroyal Tour & Travel.
