    These changes in people\u27s behavior ultimately encourage the emergence of business opportunities in the coffee shop sector and also coffee shop suppliers. This condition ultimately has an impact on customer loyalty. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of service quality, price fairness, and product quality on customer loyalty at Fruute Coffee Company. The population of this study was not known with certainty so that the sample members were determined to be 100 coffee shop managers or owners. The hypothesis was tested using multiple linear regression analysis techniques. The results of the analysis proved that service quality, price fairness, and product quality had a significant effect on customer loyalty. The suggestions given are to communicate the return policy, simplify the return and exchange process, display cost details, offer more exclusive branding and packaging, and provide custom packaging designs according to customer wishes

    The study aims to highlight how employee performance is affected by work initiative and compliance with work regulations at the Petang District Office. Lack of employee compliance and motivation to complete work on time can affect their performance. A quantitative approach was chosen as the approach in the research, with 34 employees participating in responding to the questionnaire. The research used a saturated random sampling technique. Collect data from the questionnaire in data analysis Multiple linear regression will be applied to answer the main research problems. The analysis produces several conclusions: 1. Based on testing with the t test, the calculated t value (5.357)> t table (2.039) and the sig value of 0.000 <α 0.05, which means that an employee\u27s initiative to work affects his work achievement. 2. The calculated t value (12.070)> t table (2.039) and a significance value of 0.000 <α 0.05, means that an employee\u27s desire to work can affect employee achievement in work. 3. The F test using the calculated F value (94.022) > Ftable (3.30) and a significance level of 0.000 < 0.05, can be interpreted as meaning that it is true that work initiative and discipline influence someone to achieve optimal performance

    Sustainable tourism is a tourism management concept aimed at generating long-term benefits without causing harm to the environment or local socio-cultural life. This concept is implemented through the management of tourism villages, which actively involve local communities in developing tourist destinations. One of the World’s Best Tourism Villages in 2024 is Jatiluwih Tourism Village, located in Bali. The purpose of this study is to identify and understand the role of local community involvement in developing Jatiluwih Tourism Village to create sustainable tourism; to analyze the impacts of its development on the economic sustainability of local communities, social improvement, cultural preservation, and environmental conservation; and to determine appropriate strategies for sustainable tourism development in the village. This study employs a qualitative approach using SWOT analysis. The results show that sustainable tourism development in Jatiluwih Tourism Village emphasizes participatory, collaborative, and local wisdom–based approaches. Local community involvement plays a crucial role in the success of tourism management, although it remains at a moderate level of participation. The development of the village has produced positive impacts on economic, social, cultural, and environmental aspects, yet challenges such as waste management and land-use conversion still require serious attention. The recommended strategy is based on local wisdom and multi-stakeholder collaboration using the Strength–Opportunity (SO) approach, focusing on the village’s rice field landscape and cultural heritage as key attractions for educational and ecotourism development, promoting more equitable economic benefits.

    This research was conducted to analyze the influence of workload, work discipline, and work environment on employee performance at Mr Egg X Messa Club Bali in Canggu. The method used in this activity was a quantitative approach with the support of all 96 employees registered by means of saturated sampling techniques. Data in this study were sought and collected through observation, questionnaires, and literature studies, including documentation activities. The data obtained were then analyzed using multiple linear regression. The results of this study provide evidence that workload, work discipline, and work environment have a positive influence that also causes significant changes both partially and simultaneously on employee performance. Work discipline has also been proven to provide evidence with the results of its most dominant influence. The implications of this research have succeeded in realizing the importance of proportional workload management, increasing discipline through supervision and rewards, and also creating a conducive work environment to help improve employee performance continuously

    Persaingan bisnis yang semakin ketat menuntut perusahaan untuk meningkatkan kinerja karyawan agar tujuan organisasi dapat tercapai. Kinerja karyawan dipengaruhi oleh berbagai faktor, antara lain kepemimpinan, kompensasi, dan motivasi kerja. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepemimpinan transaksional, kompensasi, dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan pada perusahaan Surya Bali Art di Tabanan. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan melibatkan 72 orang karyawan sebagai responden, menggunakan metode sampling jenuh. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui pendekatan survei dengan menggunakan instrumen berupa kuesioner. Data yang diperoleh kemudian dianalisis menggunakan teknik analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan transaksional, kompensasi, dan motivasi kerja baik secara simultan maupun parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan di perusahaan Surya Bali Art. Implikasi dari penelitian ini adalah perusahaan perlu mempertahankan gaya kepemimpinan transaksional yang efektif, memberikan kompensasi yang adil, serta terus mendorong motivasi kerja karyawan agar kinerja yang dihasilkan semakin optimal dan berkelanjutan

    The goal of this study was to ascertain how employee performance at SereS Springs Resort & Spa Singakerta is impacted by the work environment, work discipline, and work training.  SereS Springs Resort & Spa Singakerta\u27s 90 staff served as both the study\u27s sample and population.  A non-probability sampling strategy was employed in this investigation.  The F and t tests were utilized for hypothesis testing.  The findings demonstrated that employee performance was positively and significantly impacted by in-participation training, positively and significantly impacted by work discipline, and positively and significantly impacted by the work environment. The findings demonstrated that employee performance at SereS Springs Resort & Spa Singakerta was positively and significantly impacted by work environment, work discipline, and work training all at the same time

    Patient satisfaction is a crucial factor in evaluating the success of hospital services. This satisfaction is influenced by various aspects, including service quality, corporate image, and service facilities. This study aims to analyze the effect of service quality, corporate image, and service facilities on patient satisfaction at Bali Mandara Eye Hospital. This research employs a quantitative method, with data collected through questionnaires distributed to patients at Bali Mandara Eye Hospital. The sample was determined using the accidental sampling method, consisting of 93 patients. The data analysis techniques used include validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression analysis, determination coefficient analysis, as well as t-tests and F-tests. The results of the study indicate that (1) service quality has a positive and significant effect on patient satisfaction, (2) corporate image has a positive and significant effect on patient satisfaction, and (3) service facilities have a positive and significant effect on patient satisfaction. Simultaneously, these three variables have a significant influence on patient satisfaction at Bali Mandara Eye Hospital. Therefore, the hospital must improve service quality, strengthen its corporate image, and optimize service facilities to enhance patient satisfaction

    Purchasing decisions are the final phase in consumer behavior when individuals choose to buy a product or service after considering various options. This study aims to analyze how online customer reviews, online customer ratings, and consumer confidence influence buying decisions among people who use Shopee in Tabanan Regency. The research population includes all Tabanan Regency residents who shop online through the Shopee application. The study used 120 people as a sample, with a technique for taking non-probability sampling and the method was purposive sampling. Data analysis was carried out using multiple linear regression. The research findings reveal that online customer reviews and consumer trust have a positive and significant influence on buying decisions. Meanwhile, online customer rating shows no influence on buying decisions. Together, online customer reviews, online customer ratings, and consumer trust have a positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions

    Currently, internet technology is developing rapidly, increasing people\u27s ability to access technology. The development of the Internet, Digital Technology and Communication also affects people\u27s habits and lifestyles that are currently shifting from offline shopping to online shopping. Simple online shopping certainly affects consumer interest. Finding out how effective the Korean wave and brand ambassadors are in attracting customers is the aim of this study.  Since the study\u27s participants were from Denpasar City and had never negotiated an e-commerce event, it was necessary to identify potential motivators for his initial purchase.  110 people made up the study\u27s sample.  Likert scales for literature studies, interviews, questionnaires with five-choice answers, and observation techniques were all used in the data collection process.  Multiple linear regression analysis was employed for conventional acceptability and hypothesis testing following an assessment of the instrument\u27s validity and reliabilityAccording to the survey\u27s findings, brand ambassadors and the South Korean wave affected 57.4% of purchases.  Buy interest can occasionally be positively and significantly impacted by the Korean wave, and brand ambassadors can also positively and significantly influence buy interest.    Additionally, brand ambassadors and the South Korean wave significantly and favorably influence consumer purchasing. Based on these findings, businesses are encouraged to maintain and develop marketing strategies using the Korean wave and brand ambassadors by presenting more innovative and relevant advertising content to increase consumer interest

    The research investigates how Adaptive Leadership, non-physical Work Environment, and Work Motivation affect nurse Performance at Udayana Level II Hospital\u27s inpatient units in Denpasar. The researchers employed a quantitative descriptive methodology, with data gathered from 70 nurses selected through saturated sampling. Multiple data collection instruments were utilized, combining observations, personal interviews, survey questionnaires, document analysis, and literature examination. Results demonstrated that all three variables - Adaptive Leadership approach, non-physical Work Environment, and Work Motivation - showed positive and significant effects on nursing staff Performance. The research results yielded several recommendations for the hospital: first, the need to enhance leadership capacity in facing uncertain situations; second, the establishment of an organizational system that supports adaptation; third, provision of career advancement pathways for nurses; and fourth, adjustment of compensation according to workload to encourage work motivation. As a follow-up, the hospital needs to strengthen adaptive leadership styles, create a supportive non-physical work environment, and implement appropriate reward and development systems to improve nurse work motivation and performance
