No full textThe theme in the research conducted by the author outlines the formulation of
corporate strategy. Object of research is acompany which is engaged in coal
mining industry located in the village of East Kalimantan, Langap, Malinau. The
study uses a case study approach and elaborated descriptively. Results of the
formulation of corporate strategy put forward by the authors is related
diversification strategy.
Studies conducted using several measuring tools to obtain information
needed in the formulation of a company's strategy. Measuring instrument that is
used among other Likert scale used to measure the strengths, weaknesses,
opportunities and threats faced by the company. Other measuring tools such as
SWOT matrix and the matrix SPACE is also used as an additional tool in writing.
The entire gauge is filled by the authorities PT Putra Kayan Main Coal and
processed by the author so that the conclusion strategy options that can be taken
by the author.
The results of research and discussion to provide information for the
author. Broadly speaking, the authors conclude on the value chain analysis and
analysis of key success of the company, PT Putra Kayan Main Coal has the
distribution channels and good procurement procedures. The results of the SWOT
analysis and matrix analysis shows SPACE PT Putra Kayan Main Coal has the
ability to grow in terms of operational efficiency and managerial performance
improvements and have the ability in terms of taking the opportunities that exist
within the industry and can avoid the threat from outside. Kayan PT Putra Main
Coal industry moves at a pretty interesting and has the potential to grow. So that
the whole strength of companies can be used optimally. The products produced by
PT Putra Kayan Main Coal is unique and as a base material for other industrial
users, and therefore related diversification strategy can be applied such as
opening the energy companies are expected to expand and increase market
penetration into other industries

Karena harganya yang terjangkau dan rasanya yang lezat, keripik singkong menjadi salah satu produk olahan singkong yang digemari konsumen. Sektor pengolahan usaha keripik singkong menjadi krusial karena sifatnya yang padat karya dan potensi pengembangannya. Sumber daya yang digunakan dalam produksi produk dan jasa dikenal sebagai faktor produksi. Mencari ?Faktor-Faktor Yang Berperan Dalam Mendongkrak Kapasitas Produksi Keripik Singkong Pada UD Nusantara Putra? menjadi tujuan utama penelitian ini. Metode kualitatif digunakan untuk menganalisis data untuk penelitian ini. Wawancara dengan Bapak Haji Supriadi, pemilik UD Nusantara Putra, dan departemen lainnya mengungkapkan variabel utama yang mempengaruhi produksi keripik singkong serta tindakan untuk meningkatkan output. Meskipun uang tunai diperlukan, batasan peminjaman harus dihilangkan. Untuk menjamin pasokan yang lebih baik, pengelolaan bahan baku mengutamakan kerja sama dengan petani dan pedagang terdekat. Pentingnya memiliki karyawan dengan kemampuan yang diperlukan ditekankan dalam program pelatihan reguler. Efisiensi meningkat seiring dengan proses produksi yang baru, seperti penggunaan peralatan produktif. Kekurangan bahan mentah dan produk jadi dapat dihindari dengan administrasi dan manajemen stok yang efektif. Untuk mengatasi tantangan dan mendorong pembangunan berkelanjutan, seluruh pemangku kepentingan harus berpartisipasi secara aktif. Pendekatan penelitian yang digunakan berupa pendekatan kualitatif- deskriptif.Penggunaan metode penelitian inidimaksudkan untuk mendeskripsikan dan mengungkapkan (to describe and explore) mengenai efektivitas komunikasi yang dilakukan oleh dai dalam upaya untuk membangun kesadaran salat berjamaah karyawan HTI. PT.PLP.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa materi komunikasi dakwah yang disampaikan oleh dai sudah relevan dengan tujuan dan usaha untuk membangun kesadaran salat berjamaah di HTI. PT.PLP. Dalam komunikasi dakwah yang dilakukan olehdai di HTI.PT.PLP, dai mengemukakan materi tentang pengertian salat berjama‟ah, hukum dan dalil salat berjama‟ah, serta salat yang di anjurkan berjamaah. Metode komunikasi yang digunakan oleh dai dalam upaya untuk membangun kesadaran salat berjamaah karyawan HTI.PT.PLP adalah metode ceramah yang sifatnya persuasif yang dibarengi dengan metode tanya jawab. Metode ini di pandang relevan dengan kondisi mad‟u yang bersifat heterogen dari segitingkat kemampuan memaha mimateri dakwah. Namun, jika di lihat dari relevansinya dengan materi komunikasi tentang salat berjamaah. Hambatan yang dihadapi oleh substandial pada kategori ini adalah hambatan yang berasal dari kalangan mad‟u. Design informatics navigating dynamic knowledge flows in discontinuous innovation enterprises
Get PDFThis paper presents the emergence of design informatics where the fields of business management and computer science merge to support profitable sustainable innovation processes. The paper chronicles the journey to find solutions to mitigate costly knowledge losses during complex product innovation processes, the recent successes and the future of this emerging field by the Environmental Design Integration Research Group at the Faculty of Design and Architecture, Universiti Putra Malaysia. The paper describes knowledge loss as the inability of continuous progressive flow of any necessary working knowledge for completing a task during a product’s innovation lifecycle process. These knowledge losses keep recurring thus causing unnecessary delays and costing significant losses to their respective enterprises. The author’s doctoral dissertation found the problematic sources in four operating environmental characteristics for such complex enterprises—1) having multiple sequential and concurrent workflows, 2) having discontinuous memberships in the organization overseeing each different workflow, 3) having multiple interdependent tasks between multiple workflows, and 4) having tacit regression in their working knowledge-dominant areas. Founded on these four characteristics, the author has advanced design research investigations into understanding the product development processes for successful IT/ICT integration and understanding stakeholders’ behaviour and cognition for successful collaborations. Furthermore, her investigations have expanded to understand and streamline people and processes that utilize different knowledge types and sustainable resources for successful product innovations. With reference to completed dissertations she had supervised, the author discusses the types of knowledge contributions, the dominant research methodologies conducted, and the trans-disciplinary supervisory involved. The paper concludes with explanation how these findings become the foundation for the field of Design Informatics at Universiti Putra Malaysia. The paper recommends on how the new field can support the Economic Transformation Programme for Malaysia in the future

The author analyzes the data for this research using descriptive methods, namely the data obtained from the company and then arranged in such a way and analyzed based on the relevant theory which can then be drawn into a conclusion. The research results put forward by the author is PT. Melindo Pratama Putra does not provide an estimate for the allowance for uncollectible accounts, so the receivables presented are too large. In calculating depreciation expense, companies use the straight-line method. The company does not make reports, notes on financial statements. From this research the writer can find out that the company has not fully implemented generally accepted accounting principles

Warehouse computerization is very important for CV Adi Putra Utama to optimize inventory recording. The focus of the analysis in this final report is on the incoming and outgoing office supplies at CV Adi Putra Utama. System comparison is done by comparing the manual system currently used with the accounting information system analyzed by the author. Based on the available data, the author identified several problems, including frequent loss of inventory data because the company still uses manual methods in folio bookkeeping. The output of this design is in the form of warehouse cards, warehouse receipt and warehouse expenditure reports, and inventory reports that support CV Adi Putra Utama's business activities

Get PDFKajian ini membahas tentang awal terbentuknya Kerajaan Mamuju yang sekarang berada di dalam wilayah administrasi Provinsi Sulawesi Barat. Dengan demikian, metode yang akan dipakai adalah metode historis yang meliputi empat langkah secara sistematis. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa terbentuknya Kerajaan Mamuju tidak dibentuk oleh Tomanurung, tetapi kerajaan ini dibentuk sebagai hasil penggabungan antara dua kerajaan yaitu Kerajaan Kurri-Kurri dan Kerajaan Langga Monar. Kedua kerajaan ini awalnya berdiri sendiri dan masing-masing berdaulat sendiri. Salah satu dari dua kerajaan yang dimaksud (Langga Monar) didirikan oleh Tarapati To Ma'dualemba, raja Kurri-Kurri yang dimaksudkan nantinya sebagai sorong atau mas kawin ketika beliau menikahi putri bangsawan dari Tokaiyang Padang. Dari hasil perkawinan itu, lahirlah seorang putra yang diberi nama Mattolabali. Beliau inilah yang kelak di kemudian hari yang menyatukan dua kerajaan itu dan merubah namnya menjadi Kerajaan Mamuju
