Material yang digunakan untuk pembuatan Lower Slide adalah S45C dan Kuningan untuk Lead Screw Nut. Proses pemesinan untuk pembuatan Lower Slide dan Lead Screw Nut yaitu proses bubut manual, proses frais manual dan proses Bor.     The purpose of this paper is to develop an inventory accounting information system at CV Adi Putra Utama using Microsoft Access. Warehouse computerization is very important for CV Adi Putra Utama to optimize inventory recording. The focus of the analysis in this final report is on the incoming and outgoing office supplies at CV Adi Putra Utama. System comparison is done by comparing the manual system currently used with the accounting information system analyzed by the author. Based on the available data, the author identified several problems, including frequent loss of inventory data because the company still uses manual methods in folio bookkeeping. The output of this design is in the form of warehouse cards, warehouse receipt and warehouse expenditure reports, and inventory reports that support CV Adi Putra Utama's business activities

    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendiskripsikan perencanaan praktik kerja industri, pelaksanaan praktik kerja industri, evaluasi praktik kerja industri, serta faktor pendukung dan penghambat pelaksanaan praktik kerja industri di SMK Negeri 3 Jombang.Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif.Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian studi kasus. Subjek penelitian ini adalah Ketua Program Kerja Praktik Kerja Industri, Wakil Kepala Sekolah Bidang Kurikulum,Ketua Program Keahlian Teknik Pemesinan, dan Guru Pembimbing Praktik Kerja Industri. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan wawancara, pengamatan (observasi), dan dokumentasi.Analisis data menggunakan reduksi data, display data, serta pengambilan kesimpulan dan verifikasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa; 1) perencanaan praktik kerja industri di SMK Negeri 3 Jombang di mulai dari menjalin kerja sama dengan industri, penyiapan administrasi berupa MOU dan proposal permohonan praktik kerja industri, penyiapan guru pembimbing dari guru produktif, kegiatan pembekalan awal dan pembekalan teknis, serta penyiapan sarana dan prasarana penunjang kegiatanpraktik kerja industri;2) Pelaksanaan praktik kerja industri di SMK Negeri 3 Jombang meliputi penempatan siswa di industri yang sesuai dengan kompetensi keahlian, penyerahan siswa kepada pihak industri, pembimbingan siswa dari guru pembimbing praktik kerja industri, monitoring siswa dan sinkronisasi kurikulum, sertapenjemputan siswa; 3) evaluasi praktik kerja industri di SMK Negeri 3 Jombangdilakukan oleh pihak sekolah dan pihak industri dalam bentuk penilaian kegiatan praktik kerja industri, penilaian kerja dilakukan oleh pihak industri, sedangkan sekolah menilai buku laporan kegiatan dan ujian persentasi laporan, kriteria penilaian dibagi menjadi dua yaitu aspek sikap (non teknis) dan aspek kompetensi (teknis), serta pemberian sertifikat kepada siswa sebagai bukti telah melaksanakan praktik kerja industri; 4) faktor pendukung pelaksanaan praktik kerja industri di SMK Negeri 3 Jombang yaitu: kesanggupan orang tua dalam menyediakan biaya hidup ketika siswa melaksanakan praktik kerja industri, adanya payung hukum yang jelas tentang pelaksanaan praktik kerja industri, sarana dan prasarana pendukung yang diberikan oleh sekolah, serta keaktifan dan motivasi siswa dalam kegiatan praktik kerja industri, sedangkan faktor penghambat pelaksanaan praktik kerja industri di SMK Negeri 3 Jombang yaitu: ketidaksiapan siswa baik dari mental maupun kompetensi untuk melaksanakan praktik kerja industri, ketersediaan dunia industri sebagai lokasi praktik kerja industri, dan ada beberapa industri yang hanya memanfaatkan tenaga siswa tanpa memperhatikan tujuan program praktik kerja industri.Solusi yang diberikan sekolah dalam mengatasi faktor ketidaksiapan siswa adalah dengan dengan memberangkatkan siswa yang tidak siap pada gelombang dua agar siswa tersebut dapat diberikan pembinaan lebih lanjut untuk dapat mengembangkan mental dan kompetensinya, untuk mengatasi faktor ketersediaan industri sebagai lokasi praktik kerja industri maka sekolah mengirimkan proposal pengajuan praktik kerja industri jauh-jauh hari sebelum pelaksanaan praktik kerja industri, dan untuk mengatasi faktor industri yang hanya memanfaatkan tenaga siswa tanpa memperhatikan tujuan program praktik kerja industri, maka solusinya adalah sekolah melakukan negosiasi ulang dengan industri tersebut agar lebih memperhatikan siswa

    Pemerintah mencanangkan pemerataan dan peningkatan perekonomian pada seluruh daerah, termasuk di Jawa Timur. Dalam rangka pengembangan ini, Pemerintah Pusat memiliki perencanaan pembangunan Jalan Lintas Selatan (JLS) yang merupakan pembangunan Jalan Nasional baru yang membentang sepanjang pesisir pantai selatan Jawa Timur. Termasuk dalam jaringan jalan ini ruas jalan baru di Kabupaten Trenggalek. khususnya yang melalui Kecamatan Munjungan hingga Kecamatan Prigi, Kabupaten Trenggalek. Karena itu, dalam Tugas Akhir ini dilakukan pembahasan mengenai analisa kelayakan sebelum jalan ini dibangun. Tugas Akhir ini akan menganalisa lalu lintas yang melewati jalan eksisting serta lalu lintas jalan rencana. dengan cara melakukan forecasting untuk memperkirakan jumlah kendaraan pada tahun rencana mendatang menggunakan data pertumbuhan penduduk, PDRB, dan PDRB perkapita. Analisa trip assignment juga dilakukan untuk mengetahui berapa persentase jumlah kendaraan. yang melewati jalan eksisting serta jalan baru. Analisis kelayakan ditinjau dari segi lalu lintas dan ekonomi. Kelayakan lalu lintas dilakukan dengan membandingkan Derajat Kejenuhan (Dj) jalan eksisting dengan jalan rencana. Kelayakan ekonomi menganalisis biaya operasional kendaraan (BOK) menggunakan metode Jasa Marga dikombinasikan dengan metoda ND Lea untuk konversi sepeda motor. Analisis kelayakan Ekonomi Jalan Baru ini mengacu pada hasil saving BOK, nilai BCR dan NPV. Dalam Tugas Akhir ini nilai Derajat Kejenuhan (Dj) pada kondisi eksisting sebelum pembangunan jalan baru pada tahun 2017 =0,96 dan pada akhir tahun rencana 2032 = 2,17 setelah pembangunan jalan baru pada tahun rencana pengoperasian 2017 = 0,38 1 dan NPV = Rp 2.684.039.654.802 > 0, Sehingga pembangunan jalan lintas selatan Ruas Kabupaten Trenggalek ini bisa dikatakan layak. ========================================================= The government planned an economy equity and improvement in all regions, including East Java. According to this framework, the Central Government had planned the construction of the Southern Line Road as the part of the New National Road which stretches along the southern coast of East Java. Included in this road line was a new road in Trenggalek Regency, especially the road through Munjungan sub-district to Prigi sub-district. Therefore, this Final Project discussed the feasibility analysis before the road was built. This Final Project would analyze the traffic on the existing road and the planned road by forecasting the estimated number of vehicles in the upcoming planned year using population growth data, GRDP, and GRDP per capita. Trip assignment analysis was also conducted to find out the number of vehicles percentage number which passed the existing road and the new road. Feasibility analysis was reviewed form the traffic and economic aspect. Traffic feasibility was conducted by comparing the degree of saturation (Dj) of the existing road and the planned road. The economic feasibility analyzed the vehicle operational costs (BOK) using the Jasa Marga method combined with ND Lea method for motorcylce conversion. This New Road feasibility analysis refered do BOK saving Coast, The value of BCR And NPV. In this Final Project, the Degree of Saturation (Dj) value in the existing condition before the construction of new road in 2017 = 0.96 and at the end of the planned year 2032 = 2.17, after the construction of new road in the operation planned year 2017 = 0.38 1 and NPV = Rp2,684,039,654,802 > 0. Therefore, the construction of this Southern Line Road of the Trenggalek Regency Joint is considered feasible

    Design Of Helicopter Entry Point At Perum LPPNPI Kendari Branch

    This research aims to design a helicopter entry point design that matches the needs of users at Kendari Airport. The method that will be used in this research is the Research and Development method, to be precise Research and Development Level 1. The population used in this research are ATC personnel at Perum LPPNPI Kendari Branch, expert teaching staff in the ATC field, and experts in Procedures for Air Navigation Services and Aircraft Operations (PANS-OPS). Data collection techniques used are documentation studies and interviews. The data processing technique used is the data analysis technique which consists of data reduction, data presentation, and verification. The author made this design based on the applicable rules using the AutoCAD 2022 application media, Global Mapper, and Google Earth Pro. At present, there is no helicopter entry point at Perum LPPNPI Kendari Branch, so when the air traffic controller provides service to the helicopter it will make confusion for the helicopter pilot regarding the flight path that must be passed for the approach

    Antibacterial Surfaces Bearing Silver and Zinc Nanoparticles on Additively Manufactured Titanium Implants

    The emergence of antibiotic-resistant bacteria has increased the number of implant revision procedures in the Netherlands due to implant-associated infections (IAI). Staphylococci strains accounted for more than 50% of all IAI cases. Preventative measure, such as active antibacterial surfaces on the implant, are urgently needed. This study aims to synthesize and characterize antibacterial surfaces containing silver nanoparticles (Ag NPs) and pure zinc nanoparticles (Zn NPs) on selective laser melting (SLM) Ti6Al4V implants, and evaluate the in vitro antibacterial properties against methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus Aureus (MRSA).Porous SLM Ti6Al4V implants were biofunctionalized using plasma electrolytic oxidation (PEO) surface modification technique with calcium and phosphorus-based electrolyte bearing combinations of Ag NPs and pure Zn NPs. After PEO processing, the surface morphology and chemical compositions of the implant surface was analyzed using scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and energy dispersive X-ray spectroscopy (EDS). The Ag+ and Zn2+ ion release kinetics were measured for 28 days and hydroxyl (•OH) radical generation was determined using electron paramagnetic resonance (EPR) for 150 minutes. Finally, in vitro antibacterial properties were evaluated against MRSA.PEO processing resulted in implant surfaces with seven different Ag NPs and pure Zn NPs rations with interconnected micro/nano-porous surface. The presence of Ag NPs and pure Zn NPs on the implants surface was confirmed with SEM and EDS analysis. The Ag+ and Zn2+ ion release accumulated over time, up to 28 days. From the measured ion release kinetics, the addition of Ag NPs stimulated the Zn2+ ion release in early hours in the implant groups with Ag NPs and pure Zn NPs combinations. Antibacterial mechanisms through the •OH radical generations were also detected in all PEO-modified groups, with PT–Zn generating the highest intensity. The antibacterial properties demonstrated comparable inhibition zones between PT–Ag and implant groups with Ag NPs and pure Zn NPs combinations, while no inhibition zone was observed in PT–Zn. Bactericidal properties against adherent MRSA were observed on PT–Ag and implant groups with Ag NPs and pure Zn NPs combinations, while only PT–Ag Zn 75 25, PT–Ag, and PT–Ag Zn killed the non-adherent MRSA. As well, prevention against MRSA biofilm formation for 24 hours were observed only in PT–Ag and the implants groups with Ag NPs and pure Zn NPs combinations.Antibacterial surfaces bearing Ag NPs and pure Zn NPs on porous SLM Ti6Al4V implants demonstrated promising in vitro antibacterial properties, which should be further developed for prevention of IAI in clinical applications.Biomedical Engineerin

    The purpose of this study is to determine the analysis of CAR, RORA, ROA and Solvency at PT. BPR Lugas Mandiri Dana Padang. In analyzing the data, the author uses quantitative data analysis methods, quantitative data is information data expressed in the form of numbers resulting from the calculation and measurement of CAR, RORA, ROA and Solvency analysis at PT. BPR Straightforward Dana Mandiri Padang. The results of this study indicate that in the 2017-2019 period CAR experienced fluctuations, although the CAR ratio fluctuated, it was still said to be healthy in BI standards. The RORA ratio in the 2017-2019 period has decreased every year, although it has decreased every year, the RORA presentation is still in the healthy category according to BI standards. For the ROA ratio in the 2017-2019 period, it fluctuated, but when viewed from BI standards, ROA is said to be effective and efficient in generating profits relatively compared to the total value of its assets because it is still in the good and very good category. For Solvency in the 2017-2019 period, the TDAR ratio has increased in percentage, meaning that it is not very good in the TDAR ratio. The TDER ratio can be said to be quite good, because it is still below the predetermined standard

    ABSTRACTLearning resources are basically available in the surrounding environment. A learning approach based on the surrounding environment will provide a more interesting learning experience and can stimulate positive motivation. In order for the learning process to be carried out well, enrichment of the learning resources needs to be done. This study aims to get an overview of learning methods based on the surrounding environment by utilizing decorative ornaments at the Palembang Great Mosque as a learning resource. Furthermore, through this research researchers are expected to get a formulation of the use of decorative ornaments at the Palembang Great Mosque as a source of learning. Aside from being a form of support for the government in the context of inheritance and maintaining physical cultural products in the form of written documentation. It is very rare to find art textbooks, especially about decoration. In fact, the author has not yet found a textbook specifically discussing the various decorations in Palembang, so this research needs to be done. The author is of the opinion that, the use of ornamental diversity at the Palembang Grand Mosque as a source of learning art knowledge can be done through two methods namely, observing forms of ornamentation directly in the field or through enriching learning resources.Keywords : Learning Resources, Decorative Ornament, visual arts learningABSTRAKSumber belajar pada dasarnya sudah tersedia di lingkungan sekitar. Agar proses belajar terlaksana dengan baik, maka pengayaan sumber belajar perlu dilakukan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendapatkan gambaran metode pembelajaran berbasis lingkungan sekitar dengan memanfaatkan ragam hias pada mesjid Agung Palembang sebagai sumber belajar. Selanjutnya, melalui penelitian ini diharapkan peneliti mendapatkan suatu formulasi pemanfaatan ragam hias pada Mesjid Agung Palembang sebagai sumber belajar. Di samping sebagai bentuk dukungan terhadap pemerintah dalam rangka pewarisan dan menjaga produk budaya fisik berupa dokumentasi tertulis. Sangat jarang ditemukan buku teks seni rupa, terutama tentang ragam hias. Faktanya, penulis belum menemukan buku teks secara khusus membahas ragam hias yang ada di Palembang, sehingga dengan demikian penelitian ini perlu dilakukan. Penulis berpendapat bahwa, Pemanfaatan ragam hias pada Mesjid Agung Palembang sebagai sumber belajar pengetahuan seni rupa dapat dilakukan melalui dua metode yakni, pengamatan bentuk ragam hias secara langsung di lapangan maupun melalui pengayaan sumber belajar.Kata kunci : Sumber Belajar,  Ragam Hias, Pembelajaran seni rup
