Get PDFTujuan penelitian ini yaitu menganalisis karakteristik konsumen dalam memilih hotel syariah dan menganalisis faktor-faktor preferensi konsumen muslim dalam memilih hotel syariah. Metode yang digunakan yaitu analisis deskriftif dan Regresi logistik. Sampel yang digunakan berjumlah 100 yang dapat dianalisis dari 120 sampel. Hasil penelitian menyatakan karakteristik responden menginap di hotel syariah sebanyak 1 kali, dan mengenal hotel syariah dari internet dan memprioritaskan suasana hotel syariah tersebut. Faktor yang mempengaruhi persepsi responden dalam memilih hotel syariah berdasarkan hasil analisa regresi logistic hanya faktor citra hotel. Semakin tinggi dan bagus citra hotel syariah, maka semakin tinggi atau besar orang memiilh hotel syariah

Get PDFThis study aimed to examine the effect of national income (real GDP), inflation rate and money supply previous year (M) t-1 to the amount of money circulating in the current year (M) t and the amount of credit / financing in the current year (Cr ) t both from the activities of Syariah banking and conventional banking. The data was used by publication of Bank Indonesia, the Financial Services Authority and the Central Bureau of Statistics. The analysis data was used multiple linear regression with logarithm approach. Research Result find for conventional bank only variable inflation significantly affect in the money supply (M1), while for Syariah bank in GDP and inflation as well as M1 (ISL) / P) t-1. As for conventional M2 for inflation and GDP was significant. For Syariah banking only GDP was not significant. The Factors were affecting credit conventional bank only inflation only. While Syariah bank all variables were significant.
HUBUNGAN KAUSALITAS HARGA JUAL DAN HARGA SEWA APARTEMEN DI JABODETABEK
Get PDFAbstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan kausalitas antara harga jual apartemen dan harga sewa apartemen di wilayah Jabodetabek. Data yang dipergunakan adalah data time series dalam bentuk kuartalan untuk periode 2007:1-2018:3 dan alat analisis yang dipergunakan adalah analisa kausalitas Granger. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tidak terdapat hubungan kausalitas antara harga jual apartemen dan harga sewa apartemen di wilayah Jabodetabek. Dengan kata lain perubahan harga jual tidak mempengaruhi harga sewa. Sebaliknya harga sewa juga tidak mempengaruhi harga jual apartemen. Dengan demikian Investor diharapkan dalam melakukan analisis investasinya memasukkan faktor-faktor lain yang dapat mempengaruhi harga jual dan harga sewa untuk apartemen, agar terlepas dari pandangan bahwa harga jual mempengaruhi harga sewa dan sebaliknya.Kata Kunci : Harga Jual apartemen, Harga Sewa Apartemen, Data Runtut Waktu, Analisa Kausalitas GrangerABSTRACTThis study aims to determine the causality relationship between the selling price of apartments and apartment rental prices in the Greater Jakarta area. The data used are time series data in quarterly form for the period 2007: 1-2018: 3 and the analysis tool used is the Granger causality analysis. The results showed that there was no causality relationship between apartment selling prices and apartment rental prices in the Greater Jakarta area. In other words, changes in selling prices do not affect rental prices. Conversely the rental price also does not affect the selling price of the apartment. Thus Investors are expected to carry out investment analysis to include other factors that can affect the selling price and rental price for an apartment, so that regardless of the view that the selling price affects the rental price and vice versa.Keywords : Selling Price of apartments, rental prices apartments, time series data, Granger Causality Analysi

Going Beyond Counting First Authors in Author Co-citation Analysis

counts are defined. Co-citation counting provides the data on which all subsequent statistical analyses and mappings
are based, and we compare ACA results based on two different types of co-citation counting - the traditional type that
only counts the first one among a cited work's authors on the one hand and a non-traditional type that takes into
account the first 5 authors of a cited work on the other hand. Results indicate that the picture produced through this non-traditional author co-citation counting contains more coherent author groups and is therefore considerably clearer. However, this picture represents fewer specialties in the research field being studied than that produced through the traditional first-author co-citation counting when the same number of top-ranked authors is selected and analyzed. Reasons for these effects are discussed

Get PDF“Variations on the Author” discusses two of Eduardo Coutinho’s recent films (Um Dia na Vida, from 2010, and Últimas Conversas, posthumously released in 2015) and their contribution to the general question of documentary authorship. The director’s filmography is characterized by a consistent yet self-effacing form of authorial self-inscription: Coutinho often features as an interviewer that rather than express opinions propels discourses; an interviewer that is good at listening. This mode of self-inscription characterizes him as an author who is not expressive but who is nonetheless markedly present on the screen. In Um Dia na Vida, however, Coutinho is completely absent form the image, while Últimas Conversas, on the contrary, includes a confessional prologue that moves the director from the margins to the center of his films. This article examines the ways in which these works stand out in the filmography of a director who offers new insights into the notion of cinematic authorship
Appropriate Similarity Measures for Author Cocitation Analysis
Get PDFWe provide a number of new insights into the methodological discussion about author cocitation analysis. We first argue that the use of the Pearson correlation for measuring the similarity between authors’ cocitation profiles is not very satisfactory. We then discuss what kind of similarity measures may be used as an alternative to the Pearson correlation. We consider three similarity measures in particular. One is the well-known cosine. The other two similarity measures have not been used before in the bibliometric literature. Our results contest some common arguments for the continued
use of first-author citation counts in the evaluation of scholars, such as high correlations between author rankings by first-author citation counts and other citation
counting methods, and high costs of using more realistic citation counting methods that are not well-supported by the ISI databases.
