This book is based on functionary experience of Lin Ze-Xu, with the captivating plots of court case, helping by highly skilled military attach\uc3\ua9s and chivalrous knights, and the history facts of Opium War. It makes Lin Ze-Xu\ue2s Confucian temperament and tragic mood more, also contrasts with author\ue2s sorrow and furiousness for the politics at the time. History, court case, martial arts\ue2\ua6\ue2\ua6etc. are essence of this book and it broadens the way of this writing style.
The topic of the thesis is \ue2An Analysis of Judge Lin\ue2. The following thesis will be divided into six different chapters. The introduction is Chapter one of the thesis, which is including researching motive and purpose, literature review of predecessors, researching version by existing information, raising questions, choosing research methods and arranging chapters. In chapter Two, I discuss the study of characters of Lin Ze-Xu, also makes a deep analysis of author\u27s purpose of writing him. In chapter Three, I analyze supporting actors and actress. Meanwhile, I illustrate author\u27s purpose of writing supporting actress because the author had different manner to describe supporting actress. Moving to the Chapter Four, I mainly focus on the plots of Judge Lin, and organize cases of Lin Ze-Xu and his subordinates to understand features of cases. In Chapter Five, I represent the causes of Opium War. China and England had difference of opinions of opium. Therefore, it is easier to comprehend what the author\u27s purpose is. In the last chapter I summarize the main points of the preceding chapters and confirm particularity of Judge Lin

No full text[[abstract]] 本研究是一篇有關探討其地方性如何構成的地方研究，以嘉義縣大林鎮中林庄作為主要的研究區域。中林為一傳統農村聚落，以現象學角度來體驗中林地方的生活世界，透過中林聚落實質空間的調查、歷史文獻、物件蒐集、地方耆老與居民生活經驗訪談、參與式觀察來進行場所的解讀與書寫。 中林地方的實質空間呈現之所以動人，其形成的背後有各種不同面向但又相互關連的作用力。本研究先從歷史的向度出發看從中林特定的歷史發展過程，接著以中林聚落居住、生產、宗教信仰、公共空間四個生活場域來探討中林地方特有的實質空間條件與農村生活方式，透過生活地景的閱讀、地方空間的建構歷程、集體記憶、社會互動網絡、日常生活的身體經驗的幾個面向來建構中林地方文化的空間意涵與主體性的空間意義，理解中林地方的空間發展與其生活世界的構成、探討居民身體╱空間的體驗、社會互動網絡如何對中林地方構成集體記憶，產生對場所的認同，進而建構中林地方獨特的地方感。 本研究內容分為六個章節。第一章：說明研究動機與目的，來界定本文研究的理論建構，並作相關文獻回顧及分析。第二章：從歷史向度出發去探討中林聚落的空間形成與社會發展脈絡。第三章：從中林聚落居住與生產場域來說明中林自然地理條件與地方生活之間的居住、生產關係。第四章：從中林聚落宗教信仰場域說明聚落的神聖空間形式與宗教活動形成的社會互動網絡。第五章：從日常生活的凝像與身體參與來看中林地方公共空間場域的社會互動關係、生活互動方式，藉此來討論地方性的空間意義。第六章：結論，從中林的地方性看地方感的形成，並透過中林地方經驗反思一個地方研究的意義。[[abstract]] This is a local study about how the local is constructed based on Zhong-Lin Li— In Dalin Town, Chiayi County, Taiwan—as a main research area that is a villatic statement. Experiencing the living world of Zhong-lin in a phenomenological way, the place is read and written by cultural heritage, historical documents and graphs, collective of old photos, local elders, life experience from inhabitant, and space experience by people. The real space of Zhong-lin Li is fetching because of efforts from many dimension that are connected to each other. The study is started from the history of Zhong-lin that is historical dimension, then research the special spatial condition and countryside life style of Zhong-lin from four living field of statement living, production, religion, and public place. Dimensions of the reading of living landscape, the construct of local space, collective memory, social react network and living experience by body constructed the spatial meaning of local culture and subjectivity of Zhong-Lin. Comprehend space development and composing of the living world of Zhong-Lin, inquires body and spatial experience of residents, how the social interactive network construct the collective memory of Zhong-Lin, produce the approbation to the place and construct a special local feeling of the Zhong-Lin. The paper is written in six chapters. Chapter 1:Explain the motive and purpose of the study, define the theories construction of the research and make the related document review and analyze. Chapter 2: Inquire the space formation and grain of society development of Zhong-lin settlement from the history dimension. Chapter 3: Explain natural geography condition and the local life of living and production relation on living and production area of Zhong-lin settlement. Chapter 4: Explain social interactive network formed by sacred space and religious activity on religion and faith area of Zhong-lin settlement. Chapter 5: With body participation and observation of the daily life, explain the living interactive way and the social interaction of public area of Zhong-lin, and discuss the spatial meaning of locality. Chapter 6:Conclusion: To see the formation of the sense of place from the locality of Zhong-lin, and introspect a meaning of local research through local experience of the Zhong-lin
