Laporan Praktek Kerja Lapangan ini dibuat sebagai gambaran berkerjaan yang telah
dilakukan selama PKL, dengan tujuan untuk memenuhi salah satu persyaratan untuk
memperoleh glar Sarjana Pendidikan. Tujan dilaksanakannya Praktik Kerja Lapangan ini
adalah untuk mengeplikasikan ilmu yang diperoleh selama di bangku perkuliah, dan untuk
mendapatkan pengetahuan serta penggalaman kerja nyata sesuai dengan bidang perkerjaan
Praktikan melaksanakan PKL di CV. Flaneta Advertising, yang beralamat di Jalan Pancoran
Barat VII No.1 Rt. 015 Rw. 001 Jakarta Selatan. Praktek Kerja Lapangan selama satu bulan
yang dimulai sejak tanggal 13 Juni sampai dengan 12 Juli 2016, Senin-Jumat pukul 08.00
sampai dengan 16.30.
Di CV. Flaneta Advertising ini, Praktikan melaksanakan PKL di divisi Pemasaran. Praktekan
bertugas untuk mambantu menyelesaikan diantaranya adalah membuat surat penawaran
produk ke perusahaan pertelevisian,penerbit dan ke sekolah-sekolah lain di Jabodetabek,
memfollow up surat penawaran yang telah dikirim ke perusahaan-perusahaan, membuat janji
dengan customer atau orang yang bersangkutan di dalam isi surat penawaran yang ditujukan
yang telah di follow up, mendatangkan perusahaan tersebut setelah ada kesepakatan,dan
mempresentasikannya. Selama masa pelaksanaan, praktikan dibimbing oleh beberapa
keryawan yang ada di devisi pemasaran tersebut.
Selama satu bulan menjalani Praktik Kerja Lapangan, praktikan mengalami kendala-kendala,
di antaranya adalah Praktikan sempat merasa kurang dapat berkomunikasi dengan baik
dikarenakan pada awal Praktik Kerja Lapangan Praktikan merasa kurang percaya diri, diawali
Praktik Kerja Lapangan Praktikan juga merasa sedikit merasakan stess kerja dikarenakan
menekankan disiplin dan berkerja tepat waktu. Meski mengalami kendala, kegitanan Praktik
Kerja Lapangan tetap dapat kembali berjalan. Pratikan dapan memperoleh banyak
pengalaman, pengetahuan, serta wawasan dari setiap kegiatan yang Praktikan lakukan.
Penulisan laporan ini menguraikan manfaat dan tujuan Praktik Kerja Lapangan, di antaranya
menumbuhkan kerjasama yang saling menguntungkan bagi pihak-pihak yang terlibat,
mengembangkan ilmu yang diperoleh di bangku kuliah dan mencoba menemukan sesuatu
yang baru yang belum pernah diperoleh dari pendidikan formal

This study describes the correlation between vocabulary mastery and paragraph writing skill of the fifth semester students of English Department at UIN Antasari Banjarmasin academic year 2016/2017. In this study, there are three problems that should be answered: they are (1) How is the vocabulary mastery of the fifth semester students of English Department at UIN Antasari Banjarmasin Academic Year 2016/2017? (2) How is the paragraph writing skill of the fifth semester students of English Department at UIN Antasari Banjarmasin Academic Year 2016/2017? (3) Is there any signicant correlation between vocabulary mastery and paragraph writing skill of the fifth semester students of English Department at UIN Antasari Banjarmasin Academic Year 2016/2017?
The populations of this study are the fifth semester students of English Department at UIN Antasari Banjarmasin academic year 2016/2017. There are 127 of the fifth semester students of English Departments and 24 students as the sample.
The data are collected through written test instrument and documentary. Then, the data are processed through collecting, scoring, classifying, and interpreting. The data are analyzed by using quantitative method and inductive method to make a conclusion.
The result of the research shows that students’ vocabulary mastery total score is 1859 and the mean of total score is 77.4. It means that students’ vocabulary mastery is in good category. Paragraph writing skill total score is 1475 and the mean of total mean is 61.4, it means that students’ paragraph writing skill in fair category. The correlation between the students vocabulary and paragraph writing skill is 0.099 The hypothesis null (H0) is accepted and the hypothesis alternative (Ha) is denied. Going Beyond Counting First Authors in Author Co-citation Analysis
Get PDFThe present study examines one of the fundamental aspects of author co-citation analysis (ACA) - the way co-citation
counts are defined. Co-citation counting provides the data on which all subsequent statistical analyses and mappings
are based, and we compare ACA results based on two different types of co-citation counting - the traditional type that
only counts the first one among a cited work's authors on the one hand and a non-traditional type that takes into
account the first 5 authors of a cited work on the other hand. Results indicate that the picture produced through this non-traditional author co-citation counting contains more coherent author groups and is therefore considerably clearer. However, this picture represents fewer specialties in the research field being studied than that produced through the traditional first-author co-citation counting when the same number of top-ranked authors is selected and analyzed. Reasons for these effects are discussed

The purpose of this study is to delenmine correlation between Brand Image and Service Quality with Pundase Intention of Alfamart Duren Tiga Jakarta. This Survey used correlation approad with technidue of purposive samply to 100 respondents.
As a result, there is a positive correlation between Band Image and Service
Quality to pundase Intention of Duren Tiga Jakarta both partially and simultiy. The research method used is survey method with the correlational approach, population used are all consumers Alfamart Duren Tiga di Jakarta.. The sampling technique used technique of Purposive sampling as many as 100 people.
To capture data from the three variables used the Likert scale model for brand image (X1), service quality (X2) and buying interest (Y). Before the instrument is used, before the validity test is done for variables X1, X2 and Y. For X1 variables from 15 items there are 13 valid statements, for X2 of 32 statements there are 28 valid statements, while for Y variables of 30 statements there are 26 statements valid. Calculation of reliability of the three variables using the Cronbach Alpha formula. The reliability results of X1 variables are 0.859, X2 variable is 0.909 and Y variable is 0.949. These results prove that the instruments of the three variables can be said to be reliable.
The regression equation is Ŷ = 36,623 + 0,810X1 + 0,303X2. The regression
significance test delenmen Fcount> Ftable which is 44,543> 3,10 means that the regression equation is significant. Furthermore, the t test is done and the result is tcount X1-Y = 6.279 and t table = 1.66 and tcount X2-Y = 4.151 and t table =
1.66. The Product Moment correlation coefficient from Pearson produces rxy =
0.692 is significant. The coefficient of determination obtained is 47.9% which indicates that buying interest is determined by brand image and service quality. The results of this study indicate that brand image and service quality stimulant have a positive and significant effect on purchase intertion.

Get PDF“Variations on the Author” discusses two of Eduardo Coutinho’s recent films (Um Dia na Vida, from 2010, and Últimas Conversas, posthumously released in 2015) and their contribution to the general question of documentary authorship. The director’s filmography is characterized by a consistent yet self-effacing form of authorial self-inscription: Coutinho often features as an interviewer that rather than express opinions propels discourses; an interviewer that is good at listening. This mode of self-inscription characterizes him as an author who is not expressive but who is nonetheless markedly present on the screen. In Um Dia na Vida, however, Coutinho is completely absent form the image, while Últimas Conversas, on the contrary, includes a confessional prologue that moves the director from the margins to the center of his films. This article examines the ways in which these works stand out in the filmography of a director who offers new insights into the notion of cinematic authorship
Appropriate Similarity Measures for Author Cocitation Analysis
Get PDFWe provide a number of new insights into the methodological discussion about author cocitation analysis. We first argue that the use of the Pearson correlation for measuring the similarity between authors’ cocitation profiles is not very satisfactory. We then discuss what kind of similarity measures may be used as an alternative to the Pearson correlation. We consider three similarity measures in particular. One is the well-known cosine. The other two similarity measures have not been used before in the bibliometric literature. Our results contest some common arguments for the continued
use of first-author citation counts in the evaluation of scholars, such as high correlations between author rankings by first-author citation counts and other citation
counting methods, and high costs of using more realistic citation counting methods that are not well-supported by the ISI databases.
