No full textThis study aims to uncover the meaning of security according to the human perspective in the poem entitled Almar'u yahsabu annahu makmun by Hasyim Kamaluddin Al-Hilli with the study of Author Psychology. The poem entitled Almar'u yahsabu annahu makmun is a poem that discusses the tragedy of the karbala war, namely the tragedy of the killing of sayyid Husain, the grandson of the Prophet Muhammad. This poem was created during the Uthmaniy reign by Hasyim Kamaluddin Al-Hilly. This research uses descriptive qualitative research in the form of library research using the study of author psychology. In this study, it has been found that the meaning of security according to the human perspective has been refuted by Hasyim Kamaluddiin in his poem Almar'u yahsabu annahu makmun in the first and second stanzas, in the fourth and fifth stanzas Hasyim also explains the message of life that must be considered by humans and by using the example of the Karbala war tragedy which killed the Prophet's grandson in a tragic way adds knowledge to the reader that the sense of security of danger in the world is a trick according to the second stanza

writing this paper are: exploring of the concept of empathic listening and its urgency in the communication
process, describing the barriers that are often experienced by a person to listen in the communication process,
and describing how to develop empathic listening skills. In this paper the author uses descriptive-analytical
method. The procedures are: 1) data collection, 2) classification of data, 3) data analysis, and 4) drawing
conclusions. Source of the data was gained from information available in the literatures. The data analysis was
done by using content analysis method (content analysis), which is an attempt to explore the symbolic meaning
of the message or the contents of a book or other writings products. The results showed that one of the skills
currently needed by humans and often escaped the attention is empathic listening skill. It can be said that the
failure in communication may be caused by lack of adequate skills in this regard. Therefore, by developing the
skill of empathic listening communication failure can be ravealed, misunderstandings can be avoided and
disputes can be eliminated
Mendeteksi Ph Minuman Ringan Menggunakan Sensor Ph Air dan Arduino Berbasis Android
No full textThe wide variety of applications on smartphones makes life easier. In this research, the author will design a pH detector based on Android. The way it works is by placing pH Sensor into a solution then the information send to the Arduino Uno to be processed, after that the Arduino Uno send the processed information to the Android via bluetooth and show the result from the smartphone screen. The error percentage that can be gathered from this research is about 11%.Banyaknya macam aplikasi yang tersedia di Smartphone memudahkan kehidupan manusia. Pada penelitian ini, penulis akan merancang alat bantu pendeteksi pH yang berbasis Android untuk memudahkan pekerjaan. Cara kerjanya yaitu dengan meletakkan sensor pH ke suatu larutan lalu informasi yang diterima diproses oleh Arduino Uno kemudian informasi yang telah diproses dikirim menuju Android dengan Bluetooth lalu menampilkannya hasilnya di layar Android. Kepemimpinan sekolah merupakan penentu keberhasilan suatu lembaga. Kepala sekolah adalah guru yang diangkat sebagai guru yang menduduki jabatan struktural di sekolah,ia di tugaskan untuk mengelola sekolah. Hal tersebut tidak terlepas dari profesionalisme guru,terutama guru Ilmu Pengetahan Sosial. Fakta dilapangan yang menunjukkan kurangnya fasilitas sekolah tetapi output yang dihasilkan baik,dan hal tersebut tidak terlepas dari peran guru IPS yang merupakan guru profesional.
Berangkat dari uraian diatas, penulis mencoba untuk meneliti tentang kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dalam meningkatkan profesionalisme guru IPS di SMP Islam Jabung Kabupaten Malang dengan rumusan masalah sebagai berikut: 1. Bagaimana kepemimpinan kepala sekolah? 2. Bagaimana profesionalisme guru IPS? 3. Bagaimana peran kepala sekolah dalam meningkatkan profesionalisme guru IPS?
Dalam penelitian ini penulis menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan pendekatan study kasus. Tehnik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan mengunakan observasi, interview/wawancara tidak berstruktur dan dan dokumentasi. setelah data terkumpul kemudian dianalisis, dan dalam pengecekan keabsahan data menggunakan tehnik perpanjangan keikutsertaan, keajegan pengamatan dan menggunakan triangulasi.
Hasil observasi dan data empiris di lapangan menemukan bahwa: 1. Kepemimpinan kepala sekolah SMP Islam Jabung adalah merupakan sosok pemimpin yang disiplin, tegas,uswatun hasanah dan demokratis. 2. Guru IPS di SMP Islam Jabung merupakan guru yang profesional,hal tersebut dapat dilihat dari ijazah sesuai dengan kualifikasi guru pendidikan guru ilmu pengetahuan sosial.selain itu guru juga menggunakan RPP dalm setiap pengajaran dan menggunakan media pembelajaran setiap proses belajar mengajar berlangsung, dan secara administratif guru SMP Islam jabung juga sudah tersertifikasi dan juga aktif dalam kegiatan MGMP. 3. Peran kepala sekolah dalam meningkatkan profesionalisme guru IPS yaitu: sebagai motifator, fasilitator, informan serta pengawas dalam setiap kegiatan yang ada di sekolah dan hal ini ditandai dengan evaluasi yang dilakukan setiap sebulan sekali guna mengontrol pembelajaran yang dilakukan oleh guru, serta mengirim guru untuk menambah wawasan terkait pembelajaran IPS seperti pelatiah ataupun workshop, selain itu kepala sekolah selalu menanamkan sikap disiplin pada diri sendiri untuk menjadi contoh bagi para guru dan siswa/murid.

The School leadership is what determines the success of an institution. Principals are teachers who are appointed as teachers structural positions in school, he was assigned to manage the school. It is not apart from the professionalism of teachers, especially teachers' existing knowledge of Social Sciences. Facts on the field that shows a lack of school facilities but the resulting output is good, and it can not be separated from the role of teacher Social Sciences which is a professional teacher.
Departing from the description above, the author tries to examine the principal's leadership in improving the professionalism of teachers of Social Sciences at the Islamic Junior High School Jabung Malang with the formulation of the problem as follows: 1. How is school leadership? 2. How is the professionalism of teacher Social Sciences? 3. What is the role of principals in improving the professionalism of teachers of Social Sciences?
In this study the authors used a qualitative approach with case study approach. Techniques of data collection is done by using observation, interview / interview unstructured and and documentation. after the data is collected and analyzed, and in checking the validity of the data using techniques extension of participation, stable observation and using triangulation.
The Observations and empirical data in the field found that: 1. Leadership Jabung Islamic Junior high school principal is a leader who is disciplined, decisive, uswatun hasanah and democratic. 2. Master of Social Sciences in Islamic Junior High School Jabung a professional teacher, it can be seen from the diploma in accordance with the qualification of teachers of social science teacher education. besides teachers also use the lesson plan in any teaching and learning using the media every learning process takes place, and administratively Islamic Junior High School teacher jabung also been certified and is also active in the activities of Congress Subject Teacher. 3. The role of principals in improving the professionalism of teachers of Social Sciences, namely: as a motivator, facilitator, informants and supervisors in any activity that is in school and it is characterized by the evaluation conducted once a month in order to control the learning undertaken by teachers, as well as send teachers related to broaden the learning of Social Sciences as pelatiah or workshop, besides the principal always instill discipline in yourself to be an example for teachers and students / pupils

No full textThis study tries to present the characteristics of philosophical knowledge of the Qur'an and Prophetic Revelation according to Munji Laswad in his book Islâm wa al-Falâsifa". This book presents the appearance or manifestation of the philosophers' unity (their perspective on Islam) in several theological discourses based on the characteristics of philosophical perspectives. The author finds that philosophers according to Munji Laswad have special characteristics in seeing and understanding Islam and some of the main concepts in it specifically related to their perspective on the Qur'an and Prophetic Revelation. Among these characteristics is a knowledge (depiction of something) that must be connected with the burhan (demonstrative proposition) which is a special feature of the schools of Islamic philosophy. Even this type of burhan is a differentiator between philosophy and others, either theology, Sufism or jurisprudence
