No full textIn the world of event planning, "HikayatNima" stands out as a bright tribute to Malaysian history within the creative portfolio of "ACG Festiverse." While the ACG Festiverse thrives on Anime, Comic, and Gaming cultures, HikayatNima stands out as a cultural cosplay event that weaves together Malay, Chinese, Indian, and other Malaysian cultures. ACG Festiverse, founded in 2022 , plays an important role in commemorating Malaysia's Anime, Comic and Gaming scene. Frankie Ng Teck Seng, the creator behind these immersive experiences, inspired the creation of HikayatNima as a means of capturing cultural nuances. HikayatNima emerges from the complex tapestry of ACG Festiverse's event portfolio as a vibrant celebration of Malaysian cultural history, deviating from the Anime, Comic, and Gaming focus to highlight the rich amalgamation of Malay, Chinese, Indian, and other local customs. Despite the popularity of ACG Festiverse, the absence of Malay cultural aspects revealed a fundamental gap in expressing Malaysia's unique character. To address this, considerable efforts were made, including the creation of a dedicated website, collaborations with cultural custodians, custom marketing, a distinctive logo, and a fascinating video commercial.

Kesimpulan dari hasil penelitian ini adalah channel Zahid Ibrahim membantu para penontonnya untuk belajar produktif, pengembangan skill dan hubungannya terhadap kecerdasan intrapersonal.

Effectiveness of performance appraisal:an integrated framework
No full textBased on a robust analysis of the existing literature on performance appraisal (PA), this paper makes a case for an integrated framework of effectiveness of performance appraisal (EPA). To achieve this, it draws on the expanded view of measurement criteria of EPA, i.e. purposefulness, fairness and accuracy, and identifies their relationships with ratee reactions. The analysis reveals that the expanded view of purposefulness includes more theoretical anchors for the purposes of PA and relates to various aspects of human resource functions, e.g. feedback and goal orientation. The expansion in the PA fairness criterion suggests certain newly established nomological networks, which were ignored in the past, e.g. the relationship between distributive fairness and organization-referenced outcomes. Further, refinements in PA accuracy reveal a more comprehensive categorization of rating biases. Coherence among measurement criteria has resulted in a ratee reactions-based integrated framework, which should be useful for both researchers and practitioners

The determinants of external debt in ASEAN / Muhammad Sufi Zahid
No full textIn Southeast Asia, debt problem still the most arising issues every year. Most of the country's perform external debt is a country that suffers from shortfall of domestic savings and country must achieve the objectives of national development in foreign exchange. The aim of this study is to analyze the determinants that affecting the external debt in Asean. In this study, the Regression Model which are Pooled Ordinary Least Square (POLS), Random Effect Model (REM), and Fixed Effect Model (EFM) are used to test the relationship between the dependent and independent variables by using panel data for the period 1986 to 2015. The empirical analysis reveals that the independent variables for economic growth, government expenditure, and saving has significant relationship towards the dependent variable of external debt, while there is no significant relationship between exchange rate on external debt. As a conclusion, this study is important in understanding how these independent variables influence the external debt

No full textAbstract: The various backgrounds of mad'u have made the method used by each da'i different in conveying his da'wah. One of them is the da'wah method carried out by KH Anwar Zahid. The purpose of this study was to determine the method of preaching KH. Anwar Zahid who is very humorous from the perspective of hadith. The research method is descriptive qualitative and library research. While the data analysis is data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The results of the study show that the da'wah method of KH Anwar Zahid from the perspective of hadith has relevance, including the da'wah method of wisdom contained in the hadith narrated by Bukhari Number 1800, which he applied in one of his lecture quotes about how to respond to the world wisely and wisely. The method of da'wah mauidzoh hasanah is contained in the hadith of Ahmad Number 21185, which he applied in one of his lecture quotes about happiness. The method of da'wah mujdalam hasanah is contained in the Tirmidhi hadith Number 1582, which he applied in one of his lecture quotes about the houses of the believers. And KH Anwar Zahid's preaching of humor is found in the hadiths of Thabrani and Baihaqi, which he applied in one of his lecture quotes about the mad'u he was dealing with at that time.
