Permasalahan ini mengalami perkembangan yang besar dalam beberapa dekade ini, misalnya kemacetan, tundaan, dan lain sebagainya. Permasalahan yang banyak dialami oleh kota-kota besar di Indonesia ini tentunya banyak dipengaruhi oleh banyak faktor seperti meningkatnya jumlah populasi di suatu kota, dan tingginya laju urbanisasi dan meningkatnya perkembangan guna lahan yang ada. Seperti halnya terjadi di kota-kota besar tingginya perkembangan guna lahan ini yang akhirnya memacu dari adanya peningkatan aktivitas yang terjadi seperti bekerja, sekolah, belanja, rekreasi yang dilakukan pada suatu guna lahan, tentunya mengakibatkan peningkatan arus pergerakan manusia, kendaraan maupun barang. To cope with danger posed by LPG cargo evaporates, it needs Reliquefaction plant operation. Operation of this system as the efforts has made to overcome obstacles in order to maintain a fixed charge on the LPG liquid state. Thus the authors formulate the problem formulation 1) what are the factors causing the decline of Reliquefaction plant working in change the gas into a liquid cargo, 2) What efforts are made to maximize Reliquefaction plan. Fault tree analysis is a technique used to identify risks that contribute to the occurrence of a failure. This method is carried out with an approach that is top down, starting with the assumption of failure or loss of peak incidence then detailing causes a peak incidence reached a basic failure. Based on the results of research by the author to the decline in employment Reliquefaction plant in turning gas into a liquid cargo is dirty condensers, cooling of the intercooler not optimal cooling, valve positioners are not working properly.Meanwhile, efforts to maximize employment Reliquefaction plant is checking routine cleaning of the condenser appropriate working hours, checking the intercooler, valve positioner checks on a regular basis.     RENOVASI BANGUNAN BERDASARKAN KONSEP GREEN BUILDING DAN SMART CAMPUS PADA ASET SEKOLAH INDONESIA RAYA KOTA BANDUNG

    Sekolah Indonesia Raya memiliki permasalahan terkait green dan smart diantaranya yaitu belum tersedia parkir sepeda, kurangnya area vegetasi, konsumsi energi yang besar, tidak ada biopori, tidak menggunakan gray water, keran air tidak menggunakan autostop, tidak ada pemisahan sampah, pencahayaan kurang, alat bantu virtual classroom terbatas dan absensi dilakukan secara manual. Tujuan proyek ini adalah untuk merencanakan renovasi bangunan berdasarkan konsep green building dan smart campus pada aset bangunan Sekolah Indonesia Raya. Dasar teori yang digunakan adalah Green Building dan Smart Campus. Metode proyek yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif dan kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan yakni observasi, wawancara, studi dokumentasi, dan benchmarking. Hasil proyek ini meliputi: (1) dilihat dari hasil rancangan, hasil proyek sudah sesuai dengan tujuan; (2) diperoleh rancangan green building dan smart campus mengenai pengembangan lahan, konservasi air, energi, kualitas sumber daya, penggunaan material, dan sekolah pintar; (3) konsep green dan smart berpengaruh terhadap masalah yang terjadi; (4) menghasilkan output berupa desain 3D, rekomendasi material, estimasi biaya dan animasi video dan (5) Estimasi biaya renovasi aset bangunan di Sekolah Indonesia Raya sebesar Rp1.997.210.583 tahun perhitungan 2023. Hasil proyek ini dapat dijadikan acuan bagi pengelola sekolah untuk melakukan renovasi berdasarkan konsep green building dan smart campus.  The Indonesia Raya School has problems related to green and smart, including the unavailability of bicycle parking, lack of vegetation area, large energy consumption, no biopores, no gray water, no autostop taps, no waste segregation, insufficient lighting, assistive devices virtual classroom is limited and attendance is done manually. The aim of this project is to plan a building renovation based on the concept of green building and smart campus on the building assets of Sekolah Indonesia Raya. The basic theory used is Green Building and Smart Campus. The project method used is descriptive method with a quantitative and qualitative approach. Data collection techniques used are observation, interviews, documentation studies, and benchmarking. The results of this project include: (1) seen from the results of the design, the results of the project are in accordance with the objectives; (2) obtaining green building and smart campus designs regarding land development, water conservation, energy, quality of resources, use of materials, and smart schools; (3) green and smart concepts affect the problems that occur; (4) produce output in the form of 3D designs, material recommendations, cost estimates and video animations and (5) Estimated cost of renovating building assets at the Indonesia Raya School in the amount of Rp. 1,997,210,583 in 2023. The results of this project can be used as a reference for school managers carry out renovations based on the concept of green building and smart campus

Fakultas Hukum Universtas Brawijaya [email protected] ABSTRAK Pelaksanaan Pasal 4 Huruf A Undang-Undang Nomor 8 Tahun 1999 Tentang Perlindungan Konsumen masih belum terlaksana dengan baik, hal tersebut dilatarbelakangi oleh banyaknya konsumen service ban vulkanisir di Kota Malang yang masih belum mendapatkan hak atas kenyamanan, keamanan, dan keselamatan dalam menggunakan barang tersebut. Dalam mendapatkan hak tersebut harusnya pelaku usaha memberikan informasi yang benar, jelas dan jujur terhadap konsumen. Namun ada beberapa hambatan yaitu hambatan hukum dan hambatan non hukum. Salah satu hambatan yang dialami konsumen adalah kurangnya tanggung jawab dari pengusaha, kurangnya informasi yang jelas saat melakukan service ban vulkanisir, dan sebagainya. Dewi Sri”, Politeknik Ilmu Pelayaran Semarang. Pembimbing : (I) Capt. Eko Murdiyanto, M.Pd, M.Mar (II) Sri Murdiwati, S.Sos, M.si, Negara indonesia merupakan negara kepulauan terbesar di dunia dan luas perairan yang luas berpotensi dalam mengembangkan industri maritimnya. Hal ini selaras dengan tingkat kebutuhan masyarakat, terutama kebutuhan akan BBM (Bahan Bakar Minyak) yang terus meningkat dan upaya untuk memenuhi kebutuhan terus diperbaharui dan ditingkatkan. Sehingga penulis membatasi penelitian skripsi ini dengan rumusan masalah yaitu bagaimana pengaruh kerusakan peralatan butterworth untuk cleaning tanki dan bagaimana dampak tidak bersihnya cleaning tanki muatan. Dalam penulisan skripsi ini penulis menggunakan metode deskriptif dan kualitatif. Dimana penulisn menggambarkan setiap masalah dan menjelaskan secara masalah tersebut secara rinci. Dan untuk teknik pendekatan dalam penelitian penulis menggunkan metode fault tree analysis dan fishbone analysis serta penulis mengamati kegiatan yang ada dengan interview secara langsung dengan crew kapal MT. Dewi Sri dan mencari faktor penyebabnya. Pembahasan mengenai pengaruh kerusakan perlatan butterworth untuk cleaning tanki yaitu berkurangnya daya semprot butterworth. Dampak tidak bersihnya cleaning tanki yaitu terjadi kontaminasi muatan yang diakibatkan sisa muatan yang bercampur. Kesimpulan dari pembahasan pengaruh kerusakan peralatan butterworth dan dampak tidak berishnya cleaning tanki yaitu pelaksanaan cleaning tanki terhambat dan terjadi kontaminasi. Saran yang harus dilakukan untuk mengatasinya dengan melakukan perawatan peralatan butterworth dan pelaksanaan cleaning tanki harus sesuai prosedur. So the authors limit the research of this thesis with the formulation of the problem, namely how the influence of damage to butterworth equipment for tank cleaning and how the impact of cleaning tanks is not clean. In writing this thesis the author uses descriptive and qualitative methods. Where the authors describe each problem and explain the problem in detail. And for the approach techniques in the study the authors use the method of fault tree analysis and fishbone analysis and the authors observe the activities that exist with direct interviews with MT ship crews. The impact of unclean cleaning of the tank is that there is load contamination caused by the remaining mixed charge. The conclusion from the discussion of the effect of damage to butterworth equipment and the unsuccessful effects of cleaning the tank is that the cleaning tank is hampered and contamination occurs.     Sanksi Tindak Pidana Pelecehan Dry-Humping Dalam Undang-Undang Nomor 12 Tahun 2022 Tentang Tindak Pidana Kekerasan Seksual Perspektif Hukum Pidana Islam

    This article aims to examine the sanctions for the criminal act of dry humping sexual harassment based on Law Number 12 of 2022 concerning Criminal Acts of Sexual Violence and the perspective of Islamic Criminal Law. Dry humping is a form of physical sexual harassment committed by rubbing the body on the victim's sensitive area without consent. This research uses a normative juridical method, with a statutory approach and a conceptual approach. Data is obtained through literature study of primary and secondary legal sources. The results showed that in Law Number 12 of 2022, the perpetrator of dry humping can be subject to a maximum imprisonment of four years and/or a maximum fine of fifty million rupiah as stipulated in Article 6. In addition, sanctions can be aggravated if committed under certain conditions as stipulated in Article 15. Meanwhile, in Islamic Criminal Law, this act is included in the category of despicable acts that are close to adultery and are subject to ta'zir sanctions, which are penalties determined by the judge. In conclusion, both positive law and Islamic Criminal Law recognize that dry humping is a form of physical sexual violence that must be sanctioned in order to protect the dignity of victims and maintain moral values in society
