    ABSTRACT HAM stands for Human Rights, where each word has meaning. The word "rights" in this case means belonging or power over something, while "Asasi" is something that is primary and fundamental. So, the definition of human rights in a nutshell is a fundamental and basic thing possessed by humans. In practice, there are many human rights violations that occur around us that we usually know in terms of domestic violence (abbreviated as domestic violence). Domestic violence is an act carried out in the household by a husband, wife, and child which has a negative impact on physical, psychological, and harmonious relations in accordance with Article 1 of Law Number 23 of 2004 concerning the Elimination of Domestic Violence (PKDRT Law).The method used in this study is a normative juridical method, data or information obtained through library research. From the results of the literature research, secondary data were obtained which included primary legal materials, secondary legal materials, and tertiary legal materials. The problem that the writer discussed in this thesis is the factors that cause the occurrence of domestic violence and legal efforts that can be done by women as victims of domestic violence according to Law Number 23 of 2004 concerning the Elimination of Domestic Violence.Based on the results of the study it can be concluded that the factors causing domestic violence in the legal area of Samarinda city are poverty / economic factors, unstable psychological conditions of the perpetrators, and public perceptions that are wrong in looking at domestic violence issues. Of the several factors, the main factors that cause domestic violence are poverty / economic crush and women who are married in marriage get domestic violence treatment, husbands can be said to have committed domestic violence and can be threatened with crimes as Article 44 of the PKDRT Law and can say to have committed human rights violations. The wife who was treated violently by her husband complained about the existence of domestic violence to the police to be processed on the basis of having committed abuse or domestic violence. Keywords: domestic violence, crime, human right

    ABSRACT : SELF ESTEEM OF PATIENT WITH HIV / AIDS: IMPLICATION OF COUNSELING AT CLINIC VOLUNTARY COUNSELING AND TESTING (VCT) ABDUL MOELOEK HOSPITAL - PROVINCE OF LAMPUNG 2018 Background: HIV prevalence in Indonesia is commonly still low, but in Indonesia it has been classified as a country with concentrated epidemic level that is the prevalence of more than 5% in certain sub-populations. Cases of HIV / AIDS in Indonesia from year to year tend to increase. The number of new cases of HIV in Indonesia has increased over the last three years, in 2011 cases of 21,031 HIV cases, in 2012 as many as 21,511 cases and in 2013 as many as 29,037 cases. Purpose: Knowing that of self esteem of HIV / AIDS client: implication of counseling at clinic voluntary counseling and testing (vct) abdul moeloek hospital - province lampung 2018. Methods: Quantitative research type with experimental analytic design with Pre Experiment approach and experimental design will use with one group pretest - posttest design. Population were all patient with HIV / AIDS at clinic Voluntary Counseling and Testing (vct) Abdul Moeloek hospital - Province of Lampung with sample of 18 respondents and purposive sampling technique. The statistical analysis used dependent T test. Results: Knowning that differences in self-esteem among patient with HIV / AIDS before and after counseling were 13,433, and standard deviation of 5,270. The test results obtained p-value = 0,000. Conclusion: There is influence of counseling on self esteem among patient with HIV / AIDS at Clinic Coluntary Counseling and Testing (VCT) Abdul Moeloek Hospital Province Lampung 2018. Suggestions in this study to management of clinic Voluntary Counseling and Testing (VCT) especially in counseling department to help patient to improving their self-esteem and giving motivation to their life.Pendahuluan: Prevalensi HIV di Indonesia secara umum memang masih rendah, tetapi di Indonesia telah digolongkan sebagai negara dengan tingkat epidemik yang terkonsentrasi yaitu adanya prevalansi lebih dari 5% pada sub populasi tertentu. Kasus HIV/AIDS di Indonesia dari tahun ke tahun cenderung meningkat. Jumlah kasus baru HIV di Indonesia mengalami peningkatan selama tiga tahun terakhir, pada tahun 2011 kasus HIV  sebanyak 21.031 kasus, pada Tahun 2012 sebanyak 21.511 kasus dan Tahun 2013 sebanyak 29.037 kasus.Tujuan: Untuk mengetahui pengaruh konseling terhadap harga diri klien HIV/AIDS di klinik Voluntary Counseling and Testing (VCT)  di RSUD. Abdul Moeloek Provinsi Lampung Tahun 2018.Metode: Jenis penelitian kuantitatif dan rancangan analitik eksperimental dengan pendekatan Pra Experiment dan rancangan eksperimen yang digunakan adalah one group pre test - post test desaign. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh penderita HIV/AIDS Lampung periode Juli s/d November Tahun 2017 sebanyak 96 orang, dan sampel sebanyak 18 responden dengan teknik purposive Sampling. Uji statistik yang digunakan adalah uji t dependent.Hasil : Diketahui perbedaan rata-rata harga diri klien HIV/AIDS sebelum dan sesudah diberikan konseling sebesar 13,433 , dan standar deviasi sebesar 5,270. Hasil uji diperoleh nilai p= (0,000 < 0,05).Kesimpulan : Ada pengaruh konseling terhadap harga diri klien HIV/AIDS di klinik Voluntary Counseling and Testing (VCT) RSUD Abdul Moeloek Provinsi Lampung Tahun 2018. Saran dalam penelitian ini  memberikan masukan pada manajemen klinik VCT terutama pada bagian bimbingan dan konseling untuk meningkatkan harga diri dan memotivasi kehidupan pasien

    This research is based on the experience of the pilgrimage that I did in which there was a problem with the loss of pilgrims from the pilgrimage. This study aims to discuss the problems of intensive communication in the organization of Umrah. The study was conducted using qualitative methods where data was obtained based on interviews, observations, and documentation. Participants in this study were all Umrah pilgrims who served in the shade of PT. Aina Wisata Faith (AWI) Semende Travel Tour. The study was conducted using qualitative methods where data was obtained based on interviews, observations, and documentation. To analyze the data obtained from the results of the study, the authors used Miles and Huberman's Interactive Model data analysis techniques. Based on the data analysis that has been done by the author, it was found that some intensive communication was carried out, namely (1) conveying material calmly, (2) using language that was easily understood by the congregation, (3) building a pleasant atmosphere of communication, (4) using several communication media to facilitate communication so that all material is conveyed and well received by pilgrims, (5) understands the character of pilgrims to be guided, and (6) mentors are more helpful in establishing closeness with the Jammeh. And some factors influence communication, namely (1) education, (2) age, (3) gender, (4) pilgrim perception, (5) the nature or character of pilgrims, and (6) pilgrim health condition

    Sanskritised classical Bengali. Details of the clergymans' debates at village level with petty Muslim clerics and peasants. He quotes the Qur'an that Jesus cured the sick and raised the dead. And he is better than Muhammad because he is still living. The Qur'an does not claim that Muhammad performed any miracles. He died. Thus Muslims have to accept the role for Jesus set out in the scriptures of the Christians.
