This approach deals with taking themes or texts as the main or center for learning activities of Arabic: sounds, vocabulary, grammar, literature and media use. için Emin Paşa, anne tarafından Yusuf Kâmil Paşa ile akrabadır. Mehmed Emin Paşa’nın ilk eşi Hatice Hoşyar Hanımefendi’dir. Hoşyar Hanım, Kavalalı Mehmed Ali Paşa’nın kızı Zeynep Hanım tarafından yetiştirilmiştir. Zeynep Hanım, Yusuf Kâmil Paşa ile izdivacından sonra yetiştirdiği Hoşyar Hanım’ı eşinin mühürdarı Emin Paşa ile evlendirmiştir. Emin Paşa’nın bu ilk izdivacından çocuğu olmaması üzere Hamide Nergis Hanımefendi ile evlenmiştir. İkinci evliliğinden sırasıyla Mahmud Kemal, Ahmet Tevfik, İsmail Hakkı, Mahmud Selim adında dört evladı olmuştur

No full textTo build a good economic system, various kinds of policies related to the economy were born, both conventional economic policies and sharia policies. Prophet Yusuf as a Prophet and Messenger of Allah during his leadership in Egypt has established a very accurate economic system, which is of course under the guidance of Allah's revelation. Reflecting on the success of the Prophet Yusuf, this research is a literature study that tries to reveal how the economic policies implemented by the Prophet Yusuf, so that Egypt at that time was able to go through long periods of crisis. From the research, it was found that in economic planning, Prophet Yusuf implemented four things, namely increasing production, frugality or saving, building food barns, and preparing the facilities needed for the recovery period. No full textTemubual ini dilakukan bersama Artis Seni Kontemporari Malaysia iaitu Mohd Noor Mahmud untuk mengetahui lebih lanjut tentang apakah seni kontemporari itu dan bagaimanakah kerjaya beliau dalam seni. Temubual ini dijalankan di sekolah. Tarikh temubual tersebut adalah pada 13 December 2023 bermula pada jam 8 pagi hingga 10 pagi. Tuan Mohd Noor Mahmud sekarang merupakan cikgu seni di Sekolah Menengah Kebangsaan Kota Bharu, beliau mula berkecimpung dalam dunia seni sejak 1986 dan mula berkhidmat sebagai tenaga pengajar seni kontemporari pada 1990 selain dari itu beliau juga mempunyai galeri sendiri yang memaparkan hasil seni beliau. Hasil karya beliau pernah mendapat penghargaan daripada pihak Istana Budaya. Karya tersebut merupakan daripada salah satu siri beliau iaitu "Siri Rasa Bertuhan "yang merupakan sambutan 99 Nama Allah, yang terdiri daripada 101 karya seni, termasuk "Allah" dan "Bismillah, " karya-karya yang dihasilkan tersebut menggunakan elemen tulisan jawi (tulisan khat) dan mengambil masa lima tahun untuk tokoh menyiapkannya. Pelbagai ujian dan cabaran telah dihadapi oleh iaitu Tuan Mohd Noor Mahmud ketika berkecimpung dalam bidang seni lukis kontemporari. The Evolution of Grain Policy Beyond Europe: Ottoman Grain Administration in the Late Eighteenth Century
No full textDuring the second half of the eighteenth century, the Ottoman policy-makers adopted a more liberal attitude towards price formation in the Ottoman grain markets. This was accompanied by the fiscal and administrative centralization of the grain trade. These seemingly contradictory policy changes could, in part, be explained in the context of conjectural changes in grain demand and supply, which rendered pre-emptive privileges and price controls less effective. The combination effects of varieties and arbuscular mycorrhizal on
growth and production of soybean have not been researched enough in this
region. Experimental was conducted using by Randomize Block Design with
double factors consist of hybrid varieties (Rajabasa, Sibayak, Tanggamus) and
arbuscular mycorrhizal(0, 5, 10 and 15 gram), three replications was used to the
treatments. Data were analyzed with ANOVA and continued with HSD.
The results showed that varieties were significantly to all parameter.
Arbuscular mycorrhizal were not significantly to all parameter accept age of
harvesting. The combination between varieties and Arbuscular mycorrhizal were

No full textThis paper discusses the Sunnah of Ghayru Tasyriiyah which wa pioneered by sheikh Mahmud Syaltut which was later developed by Yusuf al-Qardhawi. This research is focused on answering the position of Sunnah Ghayru Tasyriiyah according to Yusuf al-Qardhwai. The research method used is literature where the source is obtained from books, journals, dictionaries and so on. This research is descriptive in nature and intends to explain or explain the position of Sunnah Ghayru tasyriiyahn according to Yusuf al-Qardhwi. Yusuf al-Qardhawi shows that the position of Sunnah Ghayru Tasyriiyah is sunnah which is not prescribed as obligatory sunnah and does not change it, but if it is in the form of an act the sunnah is only permisibble. On the other hand, apart from not being obligated and having been given to the people of the Sunnah, Ghayru Tasyriiyah is also not considered a permissible act according to the Shari’a, it is only permitted rationally in the form of the Sunnah actions it is only recommended, and if the form of orders and prohibitions only applies to sunnah and hadith related to the worldly.

No full textInstitutional and individual accountability is an important feature of societies in transition from conflict or authoritarian rule. The imperative of accountability has both normative and transformational underpinnings in the context of restoration of the rule of law and democracy. This article argues a case for extending the purview of truth-telling processes to the judiciary in postauthoritarian contexts. The driving force behind the inquiry is the proposition that the judiciary as the third arm of government at all times participates in governance. To contextualize the argument, I focus on judicial governance and accountability within the paradigm of Nigeria’s transition to democracy after decades of authoritarian military rule
