The Implementation a Cost-Driven Strategy Based on Economic Sociology to Face Competition: A Case in the Tofu Agroindustry Business in Lombok - Indonesia
Abstract: Until now, cost orientation is considered a strategy oriented to the interests of producers and does not pay attention to the interests of consumers. In its implementation, the cost-based strategy is flexible, that is, between satisfying producers' expectations of higher than normal profits and consumers' expectations of obtaining a cheap purchase price, so that it can be found. a trade-off between the interests of producers and the interests of consumers. To find the trade-off, a survey of entrepreneurs in the tofu Agroindustry under study was conducted in Mataram City and East Lombok Regency with forty sampling units each, so that there were eighty business units as samples. The result is the acquisition of a constant value of the relationship between production costs and raw material costs, minimizing the contribution margin.

STRATEGI DAKWAH PADA MEDIA SOSIAL (Studi Kasus terhadap Aam Amiruddin pada Twitter)
Perkembangan teknologi mengakibatkan dakwah mengalami pergeseran ke arah digital. Hal tersebut didorong oleh tingginya kebutuhan mengakses informasi mengenai Islam melalui internet. Penulis melihat adanya peran penting Dai mempromosikan dakwah dalam media sosial, terutama di twitter. Penelitian ini mengkaji strategi dakwah Aam Amiruddin pada Twitter. Penulis memfokuskan pada tahapan strategi yang meliputi; perumusan strategi, implementasi strategi, dan evaluasi strategi. Pendekatan penelitian yang digunakan yaitu kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus, serta strategi pemilihan single case study. Wawancara mendalam dilakukan terhadap satu Dai, enam audiens pada Twitter, tiga audiens di luar twitter, serta satu admin yayasan dakwah. Selain itu, dilakukannya observasi terhadap tweet Dai Aam Amiruddin dari 2 Juni hingga 4 November 2018. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perumusan strategi dakwah yang dilakukan Aam Amiruddin dengan melihat manfaat dari pesatnya teknologi internet. Lalu, mengimplementasikan penyampaian pesan yang sesuai dengan audiensnya. Namun, pada tahap terakhir, Aam kurang mengevaluasi proses komunikasi dakwah yang dilakukannya di Twitter.
Technological developments have resulted in a shift to digital preaching. This is driven by the high need to access information about Islam through the internet. The author sees an important role for preacher in promoting da'wah in social media, especially on twitter. This study examines da'wah strategy of Aam Amiruddin on Twitter. The author focuses on the stages of the strategy which includes; strategy formulation, strategy implementation, and strategy evaluation. The research approach used is qualitative with the case study method, as well as the single case study selection strategy. In-depth interviews were conducted with one preacher, six followers on Twitter, three non-followers of twitter, and one dakwah foundation administrator. In addition, author conducted observations on the tweets of Aam Amiruddin from June 2 to November 4, 2018. The results showed that Aam Amiruddin's formulation of da'wah strategies saw the benefits of the rapid development of internet technology. Then, implement the delivery of messages in accordance with the audience. However, at the last stage, Aam did not evaluate the dakwah communication process he was doing on Twitter
ANALISIS PENGARUH PHYSICAL EVIDENCE DAN LOKASI TERHADAP KEPUASAN PELANGGAN PADA FOOD BOX KOTA BIMA
This study aims to determine whether: 1) Physical evidence affects customer satisfaction, 2) Location affects customer satisfaction, 3) Physical evidence and location affects customer satisfaction at Cafe Food Box Bima City. The population in this study were all customers at the Cafe Food Box Kota Bima. The sampling technique used purposive sampling, data was obtained by distributing questionnaires to 100 respondents. The data analysis technique in this study was the validity test of the classical assumption test, the multiple linear regression test, the correlation test, the t and f determination test, using the spss 16.0 application. The results showed that: 1) Physical Evidence has a positive influence on customer satisfaction, 2) Location has a positive influence on customer satisfaction, 3) Physical evidence and location have a positive influence on customer satisfaction, the Cafe Food Box Kota Bima
A CRITICAL REVIEW OF TRADITIONAL WISDOM IN THE QURAN: EXPLORING THE VALUE OF SIRI’ IN SURAH YUSUF
Contextualizing one's comprehension of the Koran is sometimes accomplished through the use of local wisdom. Siri' is one of the wisdoms that are deeply ingrained in Indonesia, particularly in the Bugis Makassar population. This article attempted to decipher Siri's ideals as revealed in the Quran. This endeavor was accomplished by examining Surah Yusuf as the primary source of data, which waas supplemented with value theories gleaned from recent papers. The text of Surah Yusuf was then reduced to the necessary values and examined using content analysis. The study took a qualitative normative approach. This analysis discovered that Surah Yusuf verses 23-25 include the value of siri. This principle manifests itself in Prophet Yusuf's efforts to preserve his honor following his seduction by Zalikha.

إن الفهم السياقي للقرآن في بعض الأحيان يتم من خلال إيجاد صلة بين المقاصد الكلية للقرآن وبين الحكمة المحلية. سيري هو إحدى المصطلحات التي تم غرسها في المجتمع الإندونيسي خاصة البوقيس-المكاسر. وهي تعني نظام القيم الثقافية والإجتماعية في الدفاع عن كرامة الإنسان كفرد أو مجتمع. كان الغرض من هذا البحث هو فهم مبدأ سيري كما ورد في القرآن الكريم. وذلك من خلال تقييم سورة يوسف كمصدر رئيسي للبيانات والتي تم استكمالها بنظريات القيم المستمدة من أحدث البحوث والمقالات. وبعد ذلك تم تقليص سورة يوسف وفقا للقيم ذات الصلة وتحليلها بطريقة تحليل المحتوي. وهذا البحث تم تصميمه بنهج معياري نوعي. ووجدت نتائج البحث أن قيمة سيري واردة في سورة يوسف الآيات: 23-25. وهذه القيمة هي من خلال جهود النبي يوسف عليه السلام للحفاظ علي شرفه عندما تلقي الإغواءات من زليخة.Contextualizing one's comprehension of the Koran is sometimes accomplished through the use of local wisdom. IMPLEMENTASI KEBIJAKAN ALOKASI DANA DESA DI DESA PABUARAN KECAMATAN RANGKASBITUNG
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui implementasi kebijakan alokasi dana desa di desa Pabuaran kecamatan Rangkasbitung. Metode penelitian kualitatif menjadi pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu dengan pengambilan data melalui observasi, wawancara mendalam dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ditemukan kebijakan alokasi dana desa di desa Pabuaran kecamatan Rangkasbitung memiliki kemanfaatan untuk Desa dari Desa dan masyarakat sekitar. Keterlibatan masyarakat menjadi aspek yang diperlukan untuk dapat mengendalikan secara lokalitas dalam mewujudkan lingkungan yang berkualitas. Pelibatan masyarakat dalam pembangunan, dimulai dari perencanaan, pelaksanaan sampai dengan pemanfaatan. Keberadaan implementasi kebijakan alokasi dana desa di desa Pabuaran kecamatan Rangkasbitung total dari pembangunan, namun dari jenis usulan program/kegiatan masih belum terealisasi semuanya
RANCANG BANGUN PERANGKAT REDUKSI GAS BUANG DENGAN MEMANFAATKAN TEGANGAN TINGGI
Kesehatan merupakan kebutuhan yang wajib dipenuhi oleh setiap manusia untuk
tetap bisa beraktifitas dalam kehidupan. Banyak upaya yang dilakukan manusia untuk
menjaga kebugaran tubuhnya seperti kegiatan olahraga yang teratur juga melakukan pola
makan yang teratur. Namun usaha tersebut terkadang masih belum menghindarkan
manusia dari penyakit, hal ini dikarenakan lingkungan tinggal manusia kini sudah tercemar
dengan berbagai polutan termasuk polusi udara. Untuk itu perlu dilakukan pengendalian
limbah gas yang akan dilepas ke udara agar lingkungan tetap terjaga.Secara alami polutan diudara dapat dibersihkan dengan fenomena alam berupa
petir. Karena petir merupakan listrik alam bertegangan tinggi, dimana tegangan tinggi
mampu memecah partikel dalam gas. Secara teknologi bisa dikembangkan berbagai
metode untuk menghasilkan tegangan tinggi. Salah satunya adalah dengan step-up
tegangan yang dalam hal ini menggunakan transformator. Input transformator ditambahkan
sebuah dc-dc converter berupa boost converter yang akan memberikan input tegangan
yang bervariasi. Pengendalian switching pada boost converter dan transformer digunakan
PWM dari mikrokontroler dengan frekuensi tinggi. Sistem kerja pada perangkat ini
menggunakan logika Fuzzy. Fuzzy akan mengolah data yang diterima oleh sensor. Dalam
perancangan penelitian ini hanya digunakan sensor gas karbon monoksida.Hasil dari penelitian adalah transformator mampu menghasilkan tegangan tinggi
dengan rentang 5021,61 volt sampai 9210,91 volt. Reduksi tertinggi yang yang terjadi pada
gas Carbon Monoxida (CO) berkisar 62,09% pada sistem udara yang sirkulasikan pada
ruang yang sama selama satu menit. Sedang pada sistem yang dialirkan ke ruang bebas
nilai reduksi berkisar 9,68% (proses alir sepuluh detik). Pada uji sistem keseleruhan

Production of Open-Cell Foam Using Additive Manufacturing Method and Porous Morphology Effects
In this study, 3D printed open-cell foam were produced and reconstructed from open-cell metal foam structure using a tomography scanning method and two different additive manufacturing technologies. The materials used in the 3D printing were nylon powder and plastic acid. The porous morphology and surface finish of the 3D printed foams were investigated using a microscope. The results showed that the surface finish and structure strength depend on the printing process, used material and foam size. This study found that laser-sintering technology would have smoother pores with lesser residue than stereolithographic. CFD Investigation of General Electric Gas Turbine Wash Nozzle
Compressor cleaning is used to solve the issue of fouling that happens at the compressor blades of the gas turbine. Fouling phenomenon does affect the overall performance of the gas turbine by causing the power output and thermal efficiency to drop as a result the significant decreased rate of airflow and compressor isentropic efficiency. Fouling simply deteriorates the aerodynamic design effectivity of compressor blades by dissipations of dust or any other foreign particles on the blades. This project has the objective to conduct optimization to gas turbines that belongs to Malaysia Liquified Natural Gas (MLNG), Bintulu in terms of compressor cleaning. CFD investigation by Discrete Phase Modelling (DPM) that are available in ANSYS Fluent are used to simulate the compressor cleaning system to check for its effectiveness. Mund and Pilidis (2006) stated in their study that effectiveness of the cleaning mechanism can be measured and determined by looking at the spray area by the wash nozzles at the inlet guide vane (IGV) of the gas turbine. The developed approach was used to simulate the compressor washing system of GE MS6001 gas turbine model. Simulation parameters that will be looked into includes the number of nozzles used, nozzle position, nozzle type, nozzle diameter, injection velocity, velocity of air intake. As well as the droplet size, fluid density and injection velocity and injection flowrate. The main parameters that were tested are injection velocity and nozzle half cone angle, to obtain the spray particle concentration on the IGV. Series of simulation were done to obtain the most optimal combination of injection velocity and nozzle half-cone angle, by measuring the highest value of injected particles concentration on the IGV
