    Construction projects constitute a complex and dynamic system. Issues in construction projects are typically related to the failure to meet planned quality, cost, and time. The challenges in the implementation of the City Park construction project in DKI Jakarta are also associated with these factors. The City Park, as a project product, lacks quality and inclusivity, making it less beneficial for the community. The research's objectives and novelty lie in building a sustainable project management model for the City Park construction project in DKI Jakarta, focusing on the completeness of documents and required activities by integrating the construction project life cycle and governance applying principles of sustainable landscape design. The research utilizes a mixed-methods approach (combining quantitative and qualitative methods). The data collection technicque are observation, interviews, questionnaires, and Focus Group Discussions. Data analysis includes Smart PLS and SPSS to measure the model against cost and quality performance. Findings indicate that the Pre-Construction and Sustainable Governance stages are not optimally managed, negatively impacting the sustainability of the City Park. The generated model can be used as a field guideline covering document completeness and activities at each stage of its management to ensure functional, accessible, and inclusive sustainability in serving the community. The model is also used to predict its successful implementation. Model prediction results show that the completeness of documents and activities at the Pre-Design, Design, Pre-Construction, Post-Construction, and Sustainable Governance stages influences the success of project implementation. Inadequate documents and activities at these stages result in suboptimal cost planning and unsustainable benefits

    ABSTRACT In DKI Jakarta, the quantity and quality of public parks need to be increased since they are not well cared of as most public spaces which resulted in the absence of visitors. Hypotheses arise that this condition may be related to inaccurate public park management. This paper is an attempt to acquire a conceptual framework related to competency requirements needed in designing public parks that focus on Soft System Methodology and Resource Management. This is a literature study coupled with interviews with those who are involved in the provision and use of public parks. Through Delphi\u27s analysis, it reveales that a successful design of public park entails non-technical competency requirements related to "building relationships" involved with all parties integrated.     A garden is an outdoor relaxation area, set aside for the display of plants and other natural habitats solitary to human life. However, due to the reduced open space in urban areas, turning parks into gardens has become common. Therefore, a roof garden is an attractive option because it is private, and accessible to only certain people. Presently, the Study Program Landscape Architecture Universitas Trisakti, Jakarta, Indonesia, has a roof garden used to support certain subjects\u27 practical activities.  However, the concept of a green pattern applied to the roof garden of this institution is not optimal.     To achieve the target of 30% of the total area's green space area, causing Jakarta and other big cities to make efforts to accelerate the provision of green space. Efforts to provide and manage it did not go as expected. The problem lies in the planning, implementation, utilization, and control relating to institutions, financing, and community participation. That causes the management of Green Open Space (GOS) is not running effectively and efficiently. The main problem is the unavailability of clear guidelines on implementing green space management and ineffective phasing related to the determination of terms of reference with budget constraints. Based on previous research, the concept of sustainable landscape design in harmony with sustainable development is the right way to solve this problem. This study aims to discuss how the concept of sustainable landscape design can be bundled by governance involved in managing green space using action research based on soft systems methodology. It will provide a conceptual model of packaging efforts so that it becomes a reference in various actions to provide and manage green space to achieve effective and efficient GOS management

    Perkembangan kota sebagai pusat pemukiman, industri, dan perdagangan telah mengalami perubahan di lingkungan fisik lahan yang semakin padat oleh berbagai infrastuktur sehingga berdampak terhadap kualitas kehidupan masyarakat dan lingkungan. Perubahan lingkungan fisik lahan tersebut apabila tidak diimbangi dengan penambahan ruang terbuka hijau dapat menyebabkan menurunnya kualitas air dan udara, berkurangnya daerah tangkapan air, dan meningkatnya pencemaran lingkungan. Jumlah penduduk yang semakin meningkat dan keterbatasan lahan yang tersedia ini menimbulkan permasalahan baru di sebuah kota. Apabila kota tersebut tidak memiliki daya tampung yang sesuai dengan arus perpindahan penduduk dan tidak ditangani dengan penataan ruang yang baik, maka dapat menyebabkan menurunnya kualitas suatu lingkungan. Kota Tangerang merupakan salah satu kota di kawasan perkotaan Jabodetabek yang mengalami perkembangan pesat. Selain dikenal sebagai kota industri, Kota Tangerang juga merupakan daerah pengembangan kawasan permukiman bagi para komuter yang bekerja di Jakarta. Kota Tangerang memiliki luas wilayah 18.378Ha (Kota Tangerang dalam Angka, 2009). Dari luas tersebut pertumbuhan fisik kota ditunjukkan oleh kawasan terbangun kota, yaitu seluas 10.127,231 Ha (57,12% dari luas keseluruhan kota) dengan urutan penggunaan lahan tertinggi sebagai kawasan permukiman (5.988,2 Ha) (Dinas Kependudukan dan Catatan Sipil, 2008 dalam Pancawati, 2010). Luas kawasan permukiman diperkirakan akan meningkat pesat mengingat tingginya laju pertumbuhan penduduk per tahun untuk masing‐masing kecamatan di Kota Tangerang dalam kurun waktu 10 tahun terakhir (2000‐2010) cukup tinggi, yakni di atas 2 persen. Berdasarkan hasil sensus penduduk tahun 2010, jumlah penduduk Kota Tangerang yaitu 1.797.715 orang (BPS Kota Tangerang, 2010).     Analysis of Tourism Potential for Development of Pulau Bidadari, Kepulauan Seribu, DKI Jakarta

    Kepulauan Seribu is one of the 10 priority tourist destinations proposed by the Ministry of Tourism of the Republic of Indonesia. This destination can be developed into nature tourism with the concept of marine tourism, ecotourism, and adventure tourism. Bidadari Island is one of the Thousand Islands group which has natural tourism potential in the form of beautiful beaches and historical relics in the form of forts. This study uses qualitative research methods with research instruments in the form of observations to identify existing tourism potential based on 4 important components in tourism, namely attraction, accessibility, amenity, and ancilliary. Based on the identification results, a SWOT analysis was carried out with the aim of further directing the development of Bidadari Island. The results of this study are that the tourism potential on Bidadari Island has the potential to be developed as adventure tourism with several improvements and improvements related to its supporting facilities

    Gated community-based housing development has become the leading choice in big cities in Indonesia, including Alam Sutera Housing South Tangerang. Despite offering comfort and security, sustainable landscape management remains a significant challenge, especially in relation to managing natural resources and the environment. This research aims to assess the landscape's character by considering ecological, social, and environmental sustainability aspects, as well as its impact on residents' quality of life. This research uses a quantitative descriptive approach, collecting data through questionnaires, field observations, and descriptive data analysis. The research results show that improvements in local crop management, green energy, and water management are needed to support sustainability.     The Application of Educational Tourism in the Forest City of Tebet, South Jakarta

    The Tebet city forest, located in the Tebet Barat Village, South Jakarta, is a green open space and is one of the urban forests in the city of Jakarta. The Tebet City Forest as a means of recreation and education is still not functioning correctly, so it is necessary to evaluate the existing facilities in the Tebet City Forest to realize educational tourism. The purpose of this study is to provide an overview of the state of the facilities in the Tebet City Forest, to provide alternative educational facilities that are suitable to be placed in the Tebet City Forest and to realize a landscape design that makes the Tebet City Forest an urban forest that facilitates educational tourism. This research uses a descriptive-analytical method. Through this method, researchers collect data through primary data and secondary data. The variables of the Tebet urban forest are cognitive, affective, and psychomotor. The results of this study indicate that facilities that can increase knowledge can be in the form of adding Indonesian plants, adding boards containing local names, Latin names, families, origins, and benefits for each tree, and providing community reading garden facilities. Facilities for protecting the environment include trash bins and signs for protecting the environment at every point of activity. Bus stops encourage people to use public transportation, provide bicycle rental and bicycle parking spaces, and provide open lawns and amphitheaters that can be used for various educational activities. Facilities that accommodate physical/physical activities include a children\u27s playground, outdoor fitness, jogging track, multifunctional field, multifunctional plaza, amphitheater, and reflection area. It is necessary to develop and provide facilities that can support educational tourism. The results of this study can be implemented in a program that needs to be poured into the design of the site plan
