The relationship between m-banking service quality and loyalty: evidence in Indonesian Islamic Banking
Purpose: This study generally aims to comprehensively examine the effect of mobile banking service quality on creating customer loyalty in Islamic banking. In particular, this research uses the E-S-Qual instrument to verify service quality in mobile banking and uses one mediation variable, namely e-customer satisfaction.
Methodology: This study amounted to 273 Islamic banking customers. The total participants are divided into several categories such as; gender, occupation, domicile, and Islamic bank used. The data obtained were analyzed using the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) approach. This study also uses a second-order perspective (reflective-reflective) SEM on the E-S-Qual variable (efficiency, fulfillment, system availability, and privacy), then the approach used refers to the repeated indicators.
Findings: The higher mobile banking service quality has implications for customer loyalty, both attitude and behavior. It happens when the customer is satisfied with the quality of the system displayed. This satisfaction can be achieved if the dimensions of quality that are characteristic of the system can be presented by Islamic banking.
Originality: This study underscores the dimensions of efficiency and system availability as keys to mobile banking service quality. Efficiency refers to how the ease, accessibility, and speed provided by the system can facilitate transactions and other functions. Furthermore, system availability refers to how the platforms function properly in relation to technical constraints that may arise, as well as attachment to functions that strengthen processes in the business of Islamic banking customers.
Micro Macro Economics Fundamental Factors and Indonesia Stock Exchange Return
Stock investment has an attraction for investors because with investments in the form of shares, investors have the expectation of obtaining profits in the form of capital gains or stock dividends. To take into account the risk factors and produce a maximum level of profit, the stock purchase decision-making process requires careful analysis when determining its market value. Thus, in deciding investment in the stock market, prospective investors must first conduct an in-depth analysis of the company whose shares will be purchased. The fundamental analysis concerns the projected condition of the company in the future by showing the present and past situations. This approach is used to assess the intrinsic value of these shares, and investors are used for investment over a long period. The data used in this research are 22 infrastructure issuers on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2015-2018. The data is then processed by the econometrics method using Eviews and Microsoft Excel software with a panel data regression model or pooled regression. Hypothesis testing shows that fundamental macro-micro factors jointly affect the stock returns on infrastructure companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchang
Understanding Muslim’s Switching from Cash to m-payments - base on push-pull-mooring framework
The purpose of this study is to explore a theoretical model using the push-pull-mooring
framework which adopts both direct and moderating effects, in relation to building antecedents of Muslim
switching intention (SI) from using cash to mobile payment (m-payment. The data collected were 317 respondents, then processed using the
partial least squares structural equation modeling approach (SEM-PLS). Furthermore, advanced PLS
techniques such as PLS predict, blindfolding and importance-performance map analysis are used to verify the
statistical analysis of findings. This research underlines the importance of religious commitment factor when talking about
Muslims SI to use m-payment. Moreover, the features of m-payment, such as enjoyment, efficiency, security
and convenience, have contributed to the driving and attracting factors for Muslim individuals to switch from
cash to m-payment. Fundamentally it is highly recommended that the highest concentration of
service provider strategies is always obeying the principles of Islamic finance, with regard to the Muslim
community as their target market. Specific to the government, the distribution of supporting infrastructure
and literacy of new technologies such as m-payment are still important points in an effort to create a cashless
society. The model in this study emphasizes the internal and external construction of a
Muslim in relation to the behavior of SI from using cash to m-payment. Thus, the construction of the model
that has been built is considered to bring more relevant factors to explain the m-payment adoption behavior of
a Muslim from various perspectives
Do Internet Marketing Factors with Islamic Values Improve SME Performance?
Internet marketing is regarded as the right business strategy for small and medium-
sized enterprises (SMEs) in the current revolutionary era. This study aims to determine
the impact of internet marketing factors on improving the business performance of
SMEs using the Islamic perspective. Specifically, the aim of this study is to examine
how the influence of landing pages, search engine optimisation and customer
databases affects SME performance through internet marketing with Islamic values.
Statistical testing was undertaken to build and test statistical models in the form of
causal models, along with factor analysis, path analysis and regression. The analysis
was therefore undertaken using the structural equation modelling (SEM) approach.
The research project was conducted among the internet marketer community in
Indonesia, with a sample of 245 business units based on the desired criteria. Analysis
of the research results shows that the hypotheses in this study as a whole are accepted,
from which it can be concluded that a business strategy that uses a combination of
internet marketing aspects and Islamic perspectives can be a competitive advantage.
This is especially true in the aspects of building consumer trust, categorising consumer
preferences specifically and producing broad customer relationship solutions
EFFECT OF MACROECONOMIC VARIABLES ON JAKARTA ISLAMIC INDEX: EVIDENCE THE GLOBAL TRADE WAR PHENOMENON
The development of investment in the Islamic capital market, especially the Jakarta Islamic Index (JII) as a percentage, experienced significant development, and it is because the Islamic index uses Islamic principles and procedures. The phenomenon of the trade war between the United States and China has an impact on macro variable fluctuations, which can empirically influence the growth of the sharia index. For this reason, this study aims to analyze the impact of change due to the trade war sentiment. Macroeconomic variables used in this study are the USD / IDR exchange rate, the CNY / IDR exchange rate, inflation, Crude oil WTI, and ICP Crude oil. This study uses a vector autoregression analysis (VAR) technique. Stationarity test using the Augmented Dickey-Fuller test (ADF test) and the Philips-Perron Test. The analysis shows that there is an influence between changes in exchange rates and changes in crude oil prices on the return of the Jakarta Islamic Index (JII) in the range of research data periods used

ANALISIS PENGARUH ORIENTASI KEWIRAUSAHAAN DAN MANAJEMEN RANTAI PASOKAN UNTUK MENINGKATKAN KINERJA BISNIS DENGAN MEDIASI KEUNGGULAN BERSAING (STUDI PADA UKM BATIK KOTA PEKALONGAN)
This research was conducted to test how much influence of entrepreneurship orientation and supply chain management to competitive advantage in improving business performance. Samples of this research is SMEs batik entrepreneurs in Pekalongan City, a number of 110 respondents.
The data analysis technique used in this research is the structural equation model (SEM) technique of AMOS 22 software. The test result using SEM shows the goodness of fit criteria of full model is Chi-Square = 90,48; Probability = 0,295; CMIN / DF = 1,077; GFI = 0.901; AGFI = 0.858, TLI = 0.990; CFI = 0.992; and RMSEA = 0.027. Thus it can be said that the model in this study is feasible to use.
The most dominant variables in influencing business performance by mediating competitive advantage are the entrepreneurial orientation and supply chain management. The suggested implication is that SMEs can create competitive advantage through superior service, innovation and production management than others; in the context of strategy, SMEs should be able to distribute products quickly at competitive rates. In the context of entrepreneurial orientation, SMEs should emphasize patterns of innovation, creativity and have the courage to take risks
MACROECONOMIC VARIABLES ANALYSIS (INFLATION AND BI 7-DAY REVERSE REPO RATE) ON SHARIA BANKING FINANCING IN INDONESIA
ABSTRACTMacroeconomic variables are numerous, including inflation and interest rates determined by the central bank. The interest rate determined by Bank Indonesia is called the BI 7-Day (Reverse) Repo Rate. Inflation and BI 7-Day (Reverse) Repo Rate in the world of sharia banking in Indonesia are two important things that are always taken into account in carrying out the function of banks as a channel of financing to the public. It can be said that sharia banking financing directly or indirectly is greatly influenced by inflation and the BI 7-Day (Reverse) Repo Rate. To calculate the effect of inflation and BI 7-Day (Reverse) Repo Rate on sharia banking financing, this study was conducted. The data used in this study are inflation data, BI 7-Day (Reverse) Repo Rate and sharia banking financing on a monthly basis from 2010-2019 (120 months). The data is then processed by the statistic method using SPSS software with the t test and F test using. The independent variables used in this research are Inflation and BI 7-Day (Reverse) Repo Rate. Hypothesis testing shows that inflation has no significant effect on Islamic banking financing in Indonesia. Meanwhile, the BI 7-Day (Reverse) Repo Rate variable has a significant effect on Islamic banking financing in Indonesia. The results of the F test show that the inflation variable and the BI 7- Day (Reserve) Repo Rate simultaneously have an influence on Islamic banking financing in Indonesia. Keywords: Infation, BI 7-Day Reverse Repo Rate, Sharia Banking Financin
ROSCAs through the Islamic Community: An Alternative to Enhancing Entrepreneurship and Wealth
The purpose of the study is to analyse the influence of the motives and benefits of participation in Rotating Savings and Credit Associations (ROSCAs) on household wealth and entrepreneurship through mediating community commitment. Structural equation modeling (SEM) was used on the data collected using purposive sampling and a sample of 225 respondents in the provinces of East Java, Central Java, West Java, D.I. Yogyakarta, and D.K.I. Jakarta. The results show that ROSCAs have a direct effect on entrepreneurial intention and may affect household wealth. It is also concluded that ROSCAs can be an instrument of Islamic social finance, as their characteristics are not burdensome to members. They involve the principle of cooperation, and are not affected by interest rates or inflation.

CBDC ADOPTION: ALIGNING MODEL TECHNOSTRESS INHIBITORS AND PERCEIVED VALUE AMONG INDONESIAN GENERATION Z
In recent years, central banks have been left scrambling to respond to the increase in Cryptocurrency transactions by establishing legitimate digital currencies called Central Bank Digital Currency (CBDC). The success of CBDC programmes will be closely tied to the public interest in adopting CBDC. Given the emerging influence of those born into what is commonly known as Generation Z, this research involved 329 Indonesians identifying as Generation Z to determine factors affecting the adoption of Indonesian CBDC. All data were analysed using Structural Equation Modelling Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS). The results show that the main determinants driving Generation Z’s interest in adopting CBDC are perceived value (epistemic, monetary, and convenience value) and general trust. Technostress inhibitors (facilitation of literacy and engagement facilitation) tended to influence Generation Z’s trust. General trust in this study also shows a partial moderating effect in the relationship between perceived value and intention to use CBDC and a full moderation effect on the relationship between technostress inhibitors and intention to use CBDC. The findings of this study provide advice to Bank Indonesia on how to increase the usefulness of CBDC related to monetary value and the value derived from the ease of use of CBDC to maintain public trust and increase public interest
