Full text linkThe development of Islamic banking in Semarang city was rapidly since 1997 until 2012. It is thanks to the Government support in the terms of determine Islamic banking. The Support is now more easy for movement of Islamic financial institutions. the author chose the year 2010 of this research because 2010 have been reported complete leadership of the BMT. The issue of this research is how the operational of activities BMT in Semarang city has reached the level of operational efficiency in 2010 and how the forward prospects in Semarang city for competition of BMT with the another syariah financial.The population of this research are 72 BMt and the sampling of this research are 12 BMT. The population and the sample was listed by PUSKOPSYAH. The analyze of this research using WDEA which is expected to be answer the problems occurred in the BMT.The result of this Research are 3 BMT has efficiency of 55% until 90%. There are BMT Mitra Hasanah (61,51), BMT Pasadena (62,41%) and BMT Anda (71,18%). The capital and the operational expenses of three BMT must to increase until hit a target was expected. The average of That BMT only 30% from the target. And the BMt have low efficiency (less than 55%) i.e. BMT Hudatama (29,22%, BMT Fosilatama (33,28%), BMT Tumoto Bondo (47,81%). While a third of this BMT have low efficiency from variable input i.e. capital and operational expenses and savings. There are need to upgraded from 50% until 70%. The deficiency occurs in the BMT are the proportion of unbalanced input i.e. capital and operational expenses, the number of entries maintained does not match your target market. To achieve those targets each BMT must add capital, operating expenses and savings.To answering the problemof inefficient are: the value of output that should be improved by reducing the input, if the input and output was increased, so the level to the increase f of output must be greater than the rate of increase for input, or the both of output and input was decline because the derived output should be lower than input.</jats:p
Study of Financial Services Authority Policies in Dealing with Corona Virus Disease (Countercyclical)
Full text linkPurpose -The purpose of this study is to examine the policies determined by the Indonesian Financial Services Authority (OJK) in handling the Corona Virus Pandemic in 2020-2022. Where the policy was made to overcome financing problems so that there would be no bad credit in the following year. Method-The research methods used in this study are qualitative methods by outlining 9 OJK policies in the form of countercyclical.. Result-The results of the study show that there are changes in the policies that have been set by the OJK, including: Extension of the Payment Period for Financing, Affiliate Transactions and Conflict of Interest Transactions extended from a maximum of 6 (six) months to a maximum of 8 (eight) months, there is an increase in Public Company Capital by Granting Preemptive Rights, Public Companies experiencing certain financial conditions as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic can increase capital without granting HMETD in order to improve their financial position and aand the addition of other financial servicesprovider of information technology-based money lending services. Implication - This study provides information to the public and policy observers made by OJK. This information can be a future analysis for policy makers if the pandemic problem occurs again. Originality-This research has the authenticity written by the researcher by analyzing the policies issued by the OJK in overcoming the problem of bad financing due to the Covid Pandemic. Penerapan system biometric merupakan system yang tepat untuk menghitung tingkat kedisiplinan PNS.Penerapan alat digital ini memberikan dampak ekonomi bagi PTAIN. Hubungannya adalah dengan kompensasi yang akan diberikan. Semakin tepat waktu dalam absensi maka semakin banyak kompensasi yang akan diterima, dan begitu sebaliknya. Pemerintah memberikan nominal uang kompensasi disesuaikan dengan jumlah kehadiran PNS dalam bekerja. Dampak penerapan system ini sangat mempengaruhi jumlah nominal kompensasi yang diberikan pemerintah kepada pegawai.</jats:p

Going Beyond Counting First Authors in Author Co-citation Analysis
Full text linkThe present study examines one of the fundamental aspects of author co-citation analysis (ACA) - the way co-citation
counts are defined. Co-citation counting provides the data on which all subsequent statistical analyses and mappings
are based, and we compare ACA results based on two different types of co-citation counting - the traditional type that
only counts the first one among a cited work's authors on the one hand and a non-traditional type that takes into
account the first 5 authors of a cited work on the other hand. Results indicate that the picture produced through this non-traditional author co-citation counting contains more coherent author groups and is therefore considerably clearer. However, this picture represents fewer specialties in the research field being studied than that produced through the traditional first-author co-citation counting when the same number of top-ranked authors is selected and analyzed. Reasons for these effects are discussed

Full text link“Variations on the Author” discusses two of Eduardo Coutinho’s recent films (Um Dia na Vida, from 2010, and Últimas Conversas, posthumously released in 2015) and their contribution to the general question of documentary authorship. The director’s filmography is characterized by a consistent yet self-effacing form of authorial self-inscription: Coutinho often features as an interviewer that rather than express opinions propels discourses; an interviewer that is good at listening. This mode of self-inscription characterizes him as an author who is not expressive but who is nonetheless markedly present on the screen. In Um Dia na Vida, however, Coutinho is completely absent form the image, while Últimas Conversas, on the contrary, includes a confessional prologue that moves the director from the margins to the center of his films. This article examines the ways in which these works stand out in the filmography of a director who offers new insights into the notion of cinematic authorship
Appropriate Similarity Measures for Author Cocitation Analysis
Full text linkWe provide a number of new insights into the methodological discussion about author cocitation analysis. We first argue that the use of the Pearson correlation for measuring the similarity between authors’ cocitation profiles is not very satisfactory. We then discuss what kind of similarity measures may be used as an alternative to the Pearson correlation. We consider three similarity measures in particular. One is the well-known cosine. The other two similarity measures have not been used before in the bibliometric literature. Dispelling the Myths Behind First-author Citation Counts
Full text linkWe conducted a full-scale evaluative citation analysis study of scholars in the XML research field to explore just how different from each other author rankings resulting from different citation counting methods actually are, and to demonstrate the capability of emerging data and tools on the Web in supporting more realistic citation counting methods. Our results contest some common arguments for the continued
use of first-author citation counts in the evaluation of scholars, such as high correlations between author rankings by first-author citation counts and other citation
counting methods, and high costs of using more realistic citation counting methods that are not well-supported by the ISI databases. It is argued that increasingly available digital full text research papers make it possible for citation analysis studies to go beyond what the ISI databases have directly supported and to employ more
