Such mark has not been left on a human level only (a level that is not discussed), but it has developed on a decisive intellectual influence on the author despite their somewhat differing scholarly inclinations

    ABSTRAK Salah satu yang menjadi fokus utama pengembangan pembelajaran matematika dari sekolah dasar sampai dengan tingkat perguruan tinggi adalah kemampuan komunikasi matematik. Mata kuliah di prodi pendidikan matematika yang banyak melibatkan kemampuan komunikasi matematik mahasiwa adalah mata kuliah statistika penelitian pendidikan matematika. Salah satu pembelajaran yang sesuai dengan karakteristik mata kuliah statistika penelitian pendidikan matematika yaitu pembelajaran dengan menggunakan pendekatan Contextual Teaching and Learning (CTL). Adapun yang menjadi tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menelaah peningkatan kemampuan komunikasi matematik mahasiswa yang memperoleh pembelajaran dengan pendekatan Contextual Teaching and Learning  (CTL) dengan mahasiswa yang memperoleh pembelajaran dengan cara biasa. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah eksperimen dengan desain eksperimen kelompok kontrol postes only. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh mahasiswa jurusan pendidikan matematika STKIP Siliwangi Bandung. Kemudian diambil mahasiswa angkatan  2011 kelas A1 dan A2 sebagai subyek sampel. Kelas A2 sebagai kelas eksperimen dan kelas A1 sebagai kelas kontrol. Instrumen dalam penelitian ini adalah seperangkat soal tes komunikasi matematik. Berdasarkan penelitian yang dilakukan dan hasil analisis secara kuantitatif, diperoleh kesimpulan bahwa peningkatan kemampuan komunikasi matematik mahasiswa yang memperoleh pembelajaran dengan pendekatan Contextual Teaching and Learning  (CTL) lebih baik daripada mahasiswa yang memperoleh pembelajaran dengan cara biasa pada taraf signifikansi 5%.   Kata Kunci    :   Contextual Teaching and Learning, Komunikasi Matematis.     ABSTRACT One main goal of Mathematics learning development from primary to university level is the ability of mathematics communication. The subject that involves this in education mathematics major is the statistic of education mathematics study. The method that meets the caracter of this subject is CTL approach. The goal of this study is to analyze the improvement of mathematics comunication ability of the students who learn CTL approach and those who do not learn the approach. The applied method for this study is experimental control group postest only. The study population was all students of 2011, class a1 and a2. Class a2 as the exsperimental group and a1 as control group. Instrument in this study is a set of problem of mathematic communication. This results of this study and analyze data as quantitative is an increase in mathematics communication ability of students who abtain CTL approach better than the increase in mathematics communication ability of students receiving conventional learning.   Keywords:        mathematics communication, CTL approac

    Questioning the topic of métissage within the French interwar context, the author of the essay aims to investigate the career of the dancer Djemil Anik (1888-1980) – of French-Malay origins and an expert in Javanese female court dances – starting from her first debut at the Théàtre des Arts in Paris until the full affirmation of her pedagogical activity. Starting from the historical-critical analysis of the first solos, the paper depicts the strategies she implemented to address the cultural mutations linked to the sharpening of contemporary ethnographic consciousness, which include trips to Java for field research and a theoretical and pedagogical approach that aims at hybrid education.Interrogant la question du métissage dans le contexte français de l'entre-deux-guerres, l'auteur de l'essai souhaite enquêter sur le parcours de la danseuse Djemil Anik (1888-1980) – d'origine franco-malaise et experte en danses de cour féminines javanaises – à partir de ses débuts au Théâtre des Arts de Paris jusqu'à l’affirmation complète de son activité pédagogique.     KEMAMPUAN MATHEMATICAL CREATIVE PROBLEM SOLVING, BERPIKIR KRITIS MATEMATIS, DAN SELF EFFICACY SISWA SMP DALAM IMPLEMENTASI EXPERIENTIAL LEARNING MODEL

    The main objective of this research is to examine the achievement and enhancement of mathematical creative problem-solving abilities (MCPS) and mathematical critical thinking abilities (BKM) as well as the achievement of self-efficacy (SE) in terms of initial mathematical abilities (high, medium and low), as a result of the implementation of experiential learning and dirrect instruction. This research is based on the importance of mathematical creative problem-solving abilities (MCPS), mathematical critical thinking abilities (BKM) and self-efficacy (SE) in junior high school students, but in reality there are still many studies that find mathematical creative problem-solving abilities (MCPS) and mathematical critical thinking abilities (BKM) as well as students' self-efficacy (SE) are still low. The research method used is quasi-experimental with the non-equivalent control design. The population in this study were all students in one of the State Junior High School students in Cimahi City in 2019. The sample was class VIII students at the selected State Junior High School. Two classes were randomly selected from the six classes in the selected State Junior High School, one as the experimental group and the other as the control group. The experimental group was given experiential learning and the control group was given dirrect instruction. The instruments used in this study consist of a prior mathematical knowledge test (PMK), a mathematical creative problem-solving abilities test, a mathematical critical thinking abilities test, and a self-efficacy scale. The results of data analysis used t-test, -test, Mann-Whitney test, two-way Anova test, and Pearson Chi-square test. The results show that (1) there are differences in the achievement and enhancement of mathematical creative problem solving abilities and mathematical critical thinking abilities between the students who received experiential learning and the students who received dirrect instruction, both in terms of learning factors and from the PMK level (high, medium, low); (2) there are differences in the achievement of self-efficacy between the students who received experiential learning and students who received dirrect instruction, both in terms of learning factors and PMK levels (high, medium, low); (3) there is no interaction effect of learning factors and PMK level on the achievement and enhancement of mathematical creative problem solving abilities and mathematical critical thinking skills as well as on the achievement of students' self-efficacy; (4) there is a very strong correlation between the students’ mathematical creative problem solving abilities and mathematical critical thinking abilitie in experiential learning classroom; (5) there is a strong correlation between mathematical the students’ creative problem solving abilities and self-efficacy in experiential learning classroom; and (6) there is a strong correlation between the students’ mathematical critical thinking abilities and self-efficacy in experiential learning classroom

    EVALUASI TERHADAP BAHAN AJAR MATEMATIKA BERBASIS PMRI DI BANDUNG RAYA

    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa jauh bahan ajar matematika berbasis PMRI diterapkan di Bandung Raya. Penelitian ini adalah kualitatif deskriptif, yang didesain untuk mengukur kualitas bahan ajar berbasis PMRI yang dibuat dan dilaksanakan guru selama ini. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh guru di Jawa Barat yang telah menerapkan PMRI di sekolahnya masing-masing. Terdapat tiga sekolah yang menjadi subyek penelitian, yaitu MIN I Bandung, SDPN Sabang dan SMPN 12 Bandung sedangkan sampelnya adalah guru Matematika di sekolah-sekolah tersebut yang menerapkan PMRI dalam pembelajarannya.Data yang dikumpulkan berupa data kuesioner guru tentang penerapan PMRI. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa bahan ajar matematika berbasis PMRI telah diterapkan di MIN 1 Bandung, SDPN Sabang dan SMPN 12 Bandung tetapi pelaksananya hanya guru-guru tertentu. Di MIN 1 Bandung terdapat 3 guru yang menerapkan PMRI, di SDPN Sabang terdapat 2 orang guru yang menerapkan PMRI dan di SMPN 12 Bandung juga terdapat 2 orang guru matematika yang menerapkan PMRI. Namun dari keseluruhan, diketahui bahwa hampir 3 tahun terakhir sudah jarang diterapkan serta jarang ada kegiatan-kegiatan PMRI; Kata Kunci: Bahan Ajar, PMRI

    In the midst of the flourishing of the sharia insurance industry, there are also many lawsuits for default. This study will analyze the application of the legal terms of the agreement based on the KUHPer and the application of sharia insurance contracts in the sharia insurance industry in Indonesia by taking the case study of Anik against PT Asuransi Jiwa Generali Indonesia. As for analyzing the case, a descriptive explanation is used which aims to construct the extent to which the sharia insurance agreement applies the legal requirements of the sharia insurance agreement and contract. Thus, the author recommends strengthening supervision which is analyzed using the juridical-normative method.Di tengah suburnya industri asuransi syariah, ramai pula ditemukan gugatan wanprestasi. Penelitian ini akan menganalisis penerapan syarat sah perjanjian berdasarkan KUHPer serta penerapan akad asuransi syariah dalam industri asuransi syariah di Indonesia dengan mengambil studi kasus Anik melawan PT Asuransi Jiwa Generali Indonesia. Adapun dalam menganalisis perkara digunakan penjelasan secara deskriptif yang bertujuan untuk mengonstruksikan sejauh mana perjanjian asuransi syariah menerapkan syarat sah perjanjian dan akad asuransi syariah.     Mathematical literacy is one of the important skills students need to possess in learning math. Mathematical literacy can be defined as an individual's ability to formulate, use and interpret mathematics in a variety of contexts, including the ability to perform mathematical reasoning and use of concepts, procedures, facts, as a means to describe a phenomenon or event. It could be argued that mathematical literacy can help students understand better the role of mathematics in the real world. But in Indonesia, there are still many who do not know the mathematical literacy. So it is not wrong that to date mathematical literacy of students in Indonesia is still low, this can be seen in three International Study, namely, PIRLS, PISA, and TIMSS. To improve mathematical literacy, learning models are needed that can improve mathematical literacy

    MENINGKATKAN KEMAMPUAN ANALOGI DAN GENERALISASI MATEMATIS SISWA SMP DENGAN MODEL PEMBELAJARAN INKUIRI TERBIM

    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menelaah perbedaan peningkatan kemampuan analogi dan generalisasi matematis, serta sikap siswa terhadap pelajaran matematika yang memperoleh model pembelajaran inkuiri terbimbing dengan siswa yang memperoleh pembelajaran konvensional. Dipilih dua kelas secara acak dengan cara mengundi untuk dijadikan sampel penelitian, kelas yang terpilih sebagai sampel penelitian yaitu kelas VIII A sebagai kelas eksperimen dan kelas VIII E sebagai kelas kontrol. Setiap kelas terdiri dari 40 siswa yang terbagi kedalam tiga kemampuan awal matematika yang berbeda, yaitu siswa berkemampuan tinggi, sedang, dan rendah. Analisis kuantitatif dilakukan terhadap rataan gain ternormalisasi dan data sikap siswa antara kedua kelompok sampel dengan menggunakan Uji ANOVA Dua Jalur. Analisis kualitatif dilakukan untuk menelaah aktivitas siswa dan guru selama pembelajaran. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pembelajaran matematika dengan model pembelajaran inkuiri terbimbing dapat meningkatkan kemampuan analogi dan generalisasi matematis siswa, demikian juga dilihat dari kategori kemampuan awal matematika siswa. Selain itu, sikap siswa terhadap pelajaran matematika untuk semua kategori kemampuan ternyata juga menunjukkan perbedaan yang signifikan dimana sikap siswa yang memperoleh model pembelajaran inkuiri terbimbing menunjukkan sikap yang lebih baik

Peneliti mengambil judul “Penokohan, Alur, Latar, Tema, dan Amanat dalam Novel 5 cm Karya Donny Dhirgantoro” dengan pertimbangan (1) sepengetahuan peneliti novel ini belum pernah diteliti dan (2) novel ini mengandung nilai-nilai pendidikan yang dapat dicontoh.
