No full textInternational audienceParu en 2014, alors qu’éclatait au même instant le mouvement dit des « tournesols » (太陽花運動 taiyanghua yundong ) à Taïwan, le roman La Guerre des bulles (泡沫戰爭 Paomo zhanzheng ) de Kao Yi-feng 高翊峰 a été interprété par certains critiques comme une fable prémonitoire des mouvements taïwanais de désobéissance civile. Dans ce roman absurde et fantastique, réécriture assumée de Sa Majesté des mouches de William Golding, l’auteur y narre effectivement l’histoire d’un bataillon organisé d’enfants prenant le contrôle d’un faubourg de montagne, en réaction à l’incapacité des adultes de régler les problèmes d’approvisionnement en eau de la communauté. Au-delà du rapprochement avec les mouvements sociaux insulaires, l’auteur posé néanmoins la question de la conception et de la subversion par des enfants des normes sociales. En m’appuyant sur une lecture de La Guerre des bulles , ainsi que sur le précédent roman de Kao Yi-feng, L’Asile des illusions (幻艙 Huancang , 2011) et son roman suivant 2069 (2019), où la question de l’enclos et de la perversion des règles de vie en communauté étaient tout aussi primordiales – je propose ainsi dans ce chapitre de discuter les désirs « hétérotopiques » (au sens de Michel Foucault) de réappropriation de l’espace et de ses significations tels qu’ils émergent dans la littérature de Kao Yi-feng, à la lumière du contexte taïwanais
