Dikaitkan dengan kasus PT. Aqua Golden Mississippi, bagaimana praktek pelaksanaan Tender Offer atas saham pada PT. Aqua Golden Mississippi dalam rangka Go Private? Adapun metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah yuridis normatif yang didukung pula dengan metode penelitian empiris. Hasil data penelitian bahwa ketentuan yang mengatur mengenai penawaran tender adalah keputusan Ketua Bapepam No. Kep-04/PM/2002 dalam peraturan Bapepam No. IX.F.1 tentang Penawaran Tender, dan juga Keputusan BEJ No. Kep-308/BEJ/07-2004 tentang Penghapusan Pencatatan (delisting) dan Pencatatan Kembali (relisting) Saham di Bursa. Terhadap kasus PT. Aqua Golden Mississippi yang gagal atau tidak dapat dilakukannya go private, penyebabnya karena tidak tercapainya persetujuan dari RUPSLB ketiga dan tidak terpenuhinya Tender Offer sebagai salah satu syarat agar PT. No full textThe purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of work spirit on the performance of nagari apparatus in Nagari financial management in Pesisir Selatan Regency. The background of this study is due to the low work spirit of Nagari apparatus in Koto XI Tarusan and Bayang subdistrict which is still so that it has an impact on Nagari financial management that is not optimal. The method used in this study is a quantitative method with the form of associative research. The population in this study was of Nagari apparatus in Koto XI Tarusan and Bayang Subdistrict, totaling 140 respondents. The sample in this study consisted of 126 Nagari apparatus which were determined using the Slovin formula with an error rate of 5% and the sampling technique using the Proportionate Stratifed Random Sampling technique. Data collection technique in this study are using questionnaires distributed to respondents with measurement using a Likert scale. The data obtained are then analyzed using multiple linear regression. The results of this study indicate that the work spirit variable (simultaneously) has a significant effect on the performance of nagari apparatus in nagari financial management with a significance value of 0,000 and the value of Adjust R Square 0.295. Thus, the influence of work spirit on the performance of nagari apparatus in managing nagari finances is 29.5%. While the remaining 70.5% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study

As a company engaged in the industry with a business field of iron doors or folding gates, stainless steel and wrought iron. CV. Mulia Jaya really needs a workforce with high skills or skills. if CV Mulya Jaya wants to be a leader in its business and develop in the future, then this company must strive to improve the quality and productivity of its employees through training. The purpose of this research was to determine the implementation of training in an effort to increase work productivity of employees in the production division at CV. Mulia Jaya Palembang. This research was conducted by distributing questionnaires to 48 employees as respondents.The problem faced by this company is the low ability of employees to work even though training has been carried out. this can be seen from the number of orders that must be repaired. The result of this research is that the training that has been held by the company is still inadequate, namely the lack of training time and the lack of good trainers in providing training materials.

Going Beyond Counting First Authors in Author Co-citation Analysis

counts are defined. Co-citation counting provides the data on which all subsequent statistical analyses and mappings
are based, and we compare ACA results based on two different types of co-citation counting - the traditional type that
only counts the first one among a cited work's authors on the one hand and a non-traditional type that takes into
account the first 5 authors of a cited work on the other hand. Results indicate that the picture produced through this non-traditional author co-citation counting contains more coherent author groups and is therefore considerably clearer. However, this picture represents fewer specialties in the research field being studied than that produced through the traditional first-author co-citation counting when the same number of top-ranked authors is selected and analyzed. Reasons for these effects are discussed
ANALISIS PENANGANAN DUGAAN KEKERASAN TERHADAP ANAK PADA SEKTOR KESEHATAN DI KABUPATEN LIMAPULUH KOTA TAHUN 2016
Get PDFKekerasan terhadap anak di Indonesia cenderung meningkat dari tahun ke tahun, meskipun angka pasti tidak diketahui, sehingga diperlukan penanganan yang komprehensif dan multidisiplin. Sektor kesehatan memegang peranan penting dalam penanganan korban, baik secara medis maupun psikologis. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana penanganan medis dan psikologis anak korban kekerasan di Kabupaten Limapuluh Kota, serta mengetahui hambatan dalam penanganannya. Penelitian menggunakan metode pkualitatif, dengan menganalisis sistem input, proses, dan output. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dari bulan April sampai Mei 2016 melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi dan telaah dokumen.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penanganan kasus kekerasan terhadap anak di Kabupaten Limapuluh Kota ditangani oleh puskesmas mampu tatalaksana Kekerasan terhadap Anak yaitu puskesmas Tanjung Pati dan Pangkalan serta Rumah Sakit Ahmad Darwis Suliki. Penanganan dilakukan secara komprehensif, namun pelayanan medis dan psikologis belum sesuai dengan standar penanganan KtA. Hal ini disebabkan karena dari input; belum tersedianya tenaga terlatih, psikolog dan psikiater di Rumah Sakit. Puskesmas dan Rumah sakit belum memiliki Standar Operasional Prosedure (SOP) secara tertulis. Biaya pengobatan di puskesmas diberikan secara gratis, namun di RS dilayani sesuai kartu jaminan kesehatan korban. Proses penanganan medis belum berdasarkan SOP, sedangkan penanganan psikologis belum optimal karena belum adanya sistem yang mengatur dalam penanganan psikologis korban. Selain itu belum adanya wadah sebagai tempat rehabilitasi mental korban sekaligus untuk monitoring dan evaluasi. Hal tersebut merupakan salah satu hambatan dalam penanganan psikologis.
Penanganan kasus kekerasan terhadap anak tidak bisa oleh sektor kesehatan saja, tapi dilakukan secara komprehensif melalui kemitraan dan jejaring. Perlu adanya dukungan kebijakan mulai dari nagari sampai peraturan daerah tentang perlindungan anak dan penyediaan tenaga psikolog dan psikiater. Kemampuan tenaga kesehatan dalam manajemen dan tatalaksana kasus perlu ditingkatkan dan peningkatan peran dan fungsi puskesmas sebagai preventif.

Get PDF“Variations on the Author” discusses two of Eduardo Coutinho’s recent films (Um Dia na Vida, from 2010, and Últimas Conversas, posthumously released in 2015) and their contribution to the general question of documentary authorship. The director’s filmography is characterized by a consistent yet self-effacing form of authorial self-inscription: Coutinho often features as an interviewer that rather than express opinions propels discourses; an interviewer that is good at listening. This mode of self-inscription characterizes him as an author who is not expressive but who is nonetheless markedly present on the screen. In Um Dia na Vida, however, Coutinho is completely absent form the image, while Últimas Conversas, on the contrary, includes a confessional prologue that moves the director from the margins to the center of his films. This article examines the ways in which these works stand out in the filmography of a director who offers new insights into the notion of cinematic authorship
Appropriate Similarity Measures for Author Cocitation Analysis
Get PDFWe provide a number of new insights into the methodological discussion about author cocitation analysis. We first argue that the use of the Pearson correlation for measuring the similarity between authors’ cocitation profiles is not very satisfactory. We then discuss what kind of similarity measures may be used as an alternative to the Pearson correlation. We consider three similarity measures in particular. One is the well-known cosine. The other two similarity measures have not been used before in the bibliometric literature.
