Género y tecnologías digitales: Una revisión literaria sobre los factores que alejan a las mujeres de las actividades informáticas
No full textEl presente texto recoge la literatura que contribuye a comprender por qué hay tan pocas mujeres dedicadas a la programación y a los servicios informáticos. Puede leerse como una actualización literaria de una investigación empírica realizada hace diez años en la que se indagó esto mismo a partir de entrevistas a productoras y productores de software en la Ciudad Autónoma de Buenos Aires. En aquella oportunidad, se propuso una hipótesis explicativa organizada en torno a cinco anillos concéntricos (Yansen y Zukerfeld, 2013 y 2014), que contribuyen a obturar el acercamiento de las mujeres a las actividades informáticas y que operan de manera no lineal. a Symbian-based smartphone. Research also used webcam7 software to monitor the camera and display it on

via USB cable, and internal webcam. Virtual

(E) Abstract: This study aims to determine organizational citizenship behavior and job satisfaction on employee organizational commitment at PT Rajawali Era Mandiri. The total sample in this study was 88 people using a saturated sampling technique (non-probability sampling). The results of the p-value significance test between organizational citizenship behavior on organizational commitment have a value of 0.00 and have a path coefficient of 29,608, this indicates that organizational citizenship behavior has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment of employees of PT. Eagle Era Mandiri. This shows that H1 is accepted. The results of the p- value significance test between Job Satisfaction and organizational commitment have a value of 0.261 and have a path coefficient of 0.06, this shows that job satisfaction has a positive and insignificant effect on organizational commitment of employees of PT. Eagle Era Mandiri. This shows that H2 is rejected.

(E) Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perilaku kewarganegaraan organisasi dan kepuasan kerja terhadap komitmen organisasi karyawan pada PT Rajawali Era Mandiri. Total sampel pada penelitian ini 88 orang menggunakan teknik sampling jenuh (non-probability sampling). Hasil uji signifikansi p-value antara Perilaku kewarganegaraan organisasi terhadap komitmen organisasi memiliki nilai sebesar 0.00 dan memiliki koefisien jalur sebesar 29.608, hal ini menunjukan bahwa perilaku kewarganegaraan organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap komitmen organisasi karyawan PT. Rajawali Era Mandiri. Hal ini menunjukan bahwa H1 diterima. Hasil uji signifikansi p-value antara Kepuasan Kerja terhadap komitmen organisasi memiliki nilai sebesar 0.261 dan memiliki koefisien jalur sebesar 0.06, hal ini menunjukan bahwa kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap komitmen organisasi karyawan PT. Rajawali Era Mandiri. Hal ini menunjukan bahwa H2 ditolak.

No full textEl Programa Tecnotecas para la Innovación Popular Argentina (tipar) de la Agencia Nacional de Promoción de la Investigación, el Desarrollo Tecnológico y la Innovación (Agencia i+d+i) es una política pública que parte del reconocimiento de los saberes informacionales y de las juventudes como agentes de transformación productiva, social, cultural y política, para proveer una formación complementaria y una articulación con el mundo productivo.Más específicamente, tipar tiene como objetivo primordial la construcción de un dispositivo institucional para el reconocimiento, la formación y la articulación productiva de saberes digitales y de las juventudes que los portan. Propone la creación de una red de tecnotecas: espacios físicos que funcionen como centros para el desarrollo de la innovación digital popular, organizados alrededor de proyectos de innovación y aprendizaje surgidos de intereses propios de las juventudes, demandas comunitarias y del tejido productivo local. En cada tecnoteca se propone un trabajo con juventudes, familias y otros actores/as de la comunidad.El presente documento constituye una adaptación del Libro Blanco del Programa tipar, se describen sus principales características y se hace un aporte de la información relevante sobre la creación, la implementación y el funcionamiento de las tecnotecas. Además de esta introducción y una sección de cierre, el texto consta de cuatro secciones: una descripción del programa, su población destinataria, los antecedentes y la vacancia que viene a cubrir; un proceso de selección de municipios para la creación de tecnotecas y particularmente los elementos y criterios centrales que se toman en consideración para ello; el funcionamiento de las tecnotecas, donde se incluye su propuesta formativa presencial y virtual, así como las actividades previstas para otros actores/as de la comunidad; y la gobernanza de las tecnotecas y del Programa tipar. Going Beyond Counting First Authors in Author Co-citation Analysis
Full text linkThe present study examines one of the fundamental aspects of author co-citation analysis (ACA) - the way co-citation
counts are defined. Co-citation counting provides the data on which all subsequent statistical analyses and mappings
are based, and we compare ACA results based on two different types of co-citation counting - the traditional type that
only counts the first one among a cited work's authors on the one hand and a non-traditional type that takes into
account the first 5 authors of a cited work on the other hand. Results indicate that the picture produced through this non-traditional author co-citation counting contains more coherent author groups and is therefore considerably clearer. However, this picture represents fewer specialties in the research field being studied than that produced through the traditional first-author co-citation counting when the same number of top-ranked authors is selected and analyzed. Reasons for these effects are discussed

Praktik Kerja Lapangan (PKL) dilakukan kurang lebih dua bulan atau
40 hari kerja pada KAP Angelina Yansen khususnya di bagian Auditing. Selama melaksanakan PKL, praktikan melaksanakan tugas- tugas seperti membuat Laporan Keuangan, membuat Kertas Kerja Pemeriksaan (KKP), melakukan prosedur perhitungan analitikal awal (Preliminary Analytical), membuat Neraca Konsolidasi dan melakukan pemeriksaan kegiatan penerapan prinsip kehati-hatian (KPPK) pada Kas dan Setara Kas. Praktikan mengerjakan tugas-tugas yang diberikan pada praktikan dengan bantuan dari senior auditor. Praktikan mengerjakan pembuatan laporan keuangan, kertas kerja pemeriksaan dan neraca konsolidasi dengan bantuan senior auditor. Terakhir praktikan melakukan pemeriksaan kegiatan penerapan prinsip kehati- hatian (KPPK) pada Kas dan Setara Kas pada client dengan bantuan senior auditor pada kantor client. Setelah mengikuti PKL, praktikan memperoleh pengetahuan baru dari setiap tugas yang diterima, khususnya dalam menyusun laporan keuangan. Selain itu praktikan juga mempelajari cara melakukan pemeriksaan akuntansi yang cepat dan tepat, bagaimana membuat sebuah neraca konsolidasi, dan penuh
