    This study presents the formulation of the problem, namely: First, What is the Nature of Farḍu in the Book of Ṣafwah al-Tafāsīr by Muhammad ‘Ali al-Ṣābūnī? Second, What is the Existence of farḍu in the Book of Ṣafwah al-Tafāsīr by Muhammad ‘Ali al-Ṣābūnī? This type of research is qualitative by using descriptive analysis method. The author specifically uses a tafsir approach that is directly related to the Book of Tafsir Ṣafwah al-Tafāsīr by Muhammad ‘Ali al-Ṣābūnī. Data were obtained through library research. The results of this study indicate that: first, the nature of farḍu in the Book of Ṣafwah al-Tafāsīr by Muhammad ‘Ali al-Ṣābūnī first of all the word فرض means “to establish”, “to determine”, “to oblige” or “to require something firmly”, and its derivations are found in QS al-Baqarah/2:197, al-Qaṣaṣ/28:85, al-Aḥzāb/33:38, al-Tahrīm/66:2, al-Nūr/24:1, al-Baqarah/2:236-237, al-Nisā’/4:11, al-Nisā’/4:24, al-Taubah/9:60, al-Nisā’/4:7, al-Nisa/4:118, and al-Baqarah/2:68. Second, the existence of farḍu in the Book of Ṣafwah al-Tafāsīr by Muhammad ‘Ali al-Ṣābūnī is first seen from the diversity of meanings, the context of other farḍu in terms of worship obligations and obligations in Muamalah or Social. The implication of this research can be narrated that the substance of  Farḍu is the balance of religious obligations and their application in daily life

    Islamic finance emancipated as a replacement for the conventional financial practices that aims only at profit making i.e. capitlist oriented finance. Although both are termed finance, but Islamic finance has two major distinguish features which are: the motive is not profit making only rather seeking the pleasure of Allah’s mercy in the hereafter. The second feature is the use of asset backed-up transactions and profit distribution system as agreed at fore hand. These features manifested in the dealings of the Islamic Financial Institutions (IFIs) established to excute the aims and objectives of Islam and Muslims as the vicegerent of Allah on earth and one who are bound by injunctions in all their transactions. In order to achieve these objectives Islamic banks have moved in an alternative bearing from the conventional banks in practices and brands of products. One of these products is rebranding of the conventional savings account with the Wadi‘ah account. Therefore, this paper aims at explaining the concept of wadi‘ah, the evidences of its legitimacy, conditions, prohibited elements in this transaction, its types and how its application in some financial institutions in Malaysia. Finally, we found out that, modern wadi‘ah took a different shape from the original wadi‘ah.     Hardware development on auto focuse microscope

    The scientific instrument technology has growth faster than we all could imagine, there are many research team keeping their momentum in creating new innovation in scientific instrumentation technologies. The optical microscopes are still being used widely in the scientific research especially by researcher and medical practitioners. Manually deal with the microscope could make the user spend so much time to obtain the result of cleared image. It could cost hours to obtain the desire result. From this problem, the author would like to introduce a hardware system for auto focused of optical microscope. There consist of two stepper motor that will be function to control the fine focus knob and the course focus knob. The timing belts are being used as mounting between the stepper motor and the fine/course focus knob. The motor will moves step by step in same degree given from the command of programming. The motor are able to be control and it move slowly and in able to move in a small angle to finding the exact proper exposure of the images scan. The hardware implementation of auto focus on the optical microscope has been tested and it work perfectly

School leaders have a key role in improving the quality of education through setting high quality standards, responding to consumer preferences, creating an inclusive environment, ensuring the availability of resources, and influencing the quality of educational processes and outputs by being leaders who are dependable, accepted, and always present when needed

    ABSTRAK Kebutuhan nasabah saat ini beralih ke layanan yang cepat, sederhana, dan dikendalikan sendiri. Digitalisasi bukanlah pilihan bagi bank, melainkan sebuah kebutuhan dan kewajiban. Pelanggan mengharapkan kecepatan, kenyamanan, fleksibilitas, kemudahan, dan layanan 24/7. Namun, pelayanan digital tidak terlau membantu pelayanan langsung, karena antrian panjang masih terjadi di teller maupun customer service di bank. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menjelaskan apakah terdapat perbedaan antara Direct Service dan Digital Service terhadap kepuasan nasabah Bank Syariah Indonesia di Bandar Lampung dan untuk mengetahui pandangan persfektif Islam terhadap Direct Service dan Digital Service dalam melayani nasabah pada saat selama periode penelitian. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif melalui pendekatan deskriptif. Populasi dan sampel pada penelitian ini merupakan seluruh nasabah Bank Syariah Indonesia yang ada di Bandar Lampung. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan peneliti yaitu dengan penyebaran Angket (Questioner), observasi dan wawancara. Dalam penelitian ini, peneliti menggunakan beberapa metode analisis data, diantaranya uji validitas dan reliabilitas data, uji normalitas, statistik deskriptif, uji homogenitas, dan uji independent sampel t-test. Hasil penelitian ini melalui output uji independent sampel t-test diperoleh hasil thitung sebesar 1,986 > ttabel 1,660 dengan nilai signifikasi sebesar 0,048. Pada nilai signifikasi menunjukan nilai 0,048 < 0,05, besarnya signifikasi tersebut menunjukan bahwa Ha diterima. Maka dapat disimpulkan hipotesis yang diajukan penulis diterima yang artinya bahwa ada perbedaan yang signifikan antara direct service dan digital service terhadap kepuasan nasabah Bank Syariah Indonesia di Bandar Lampung. Dalam perspektif Ekonomi Islam, Bank Syariah Indonesia di Bandar Lampung sudah menerapkan 6 prinsip pelayanan, yaitu: prinsip tolong menolong, prinsip memberi kemudahan, prinsip persamaan, prinsip saling mencintai, prinsip lemah lembut, prinsip iii kekeluargaan. Selanjutnya, digital service jika dilihat dari perspektif Ekonomi Islam diperbolehkan. Namun, dalam melakukan transaksi jual beli seorang muslim harus tetap memegang teguh iman dan takut kepada Allah dalam segala jenis bentuk perdagangan. Kemudian, pada dasarnya Islam, tidak melarang perkembangan dan kemajuan teknologi karena memang hukum asalnya sah-sah saja. Digitalization is not an option for banks, but a necessity and an obligation. Customers expect speed, convenience, flexibility, convenience and 24/7 service. However, digital services are not very helpful for direct services, because long queues still occur at tellers and customer service at banks. This study aims to find out and explain whether there is a difference between Direct Service and Digital Service on customer satisfaction of Bank Syariah Indonesia in Bandar Lampung and to find out the Islamic perspective on Direct Service and Digital Service in serving customers during the research period. This research uses quantitative research methods through a descriptive approach. The population and sample in this study are all customers of Bank Syariah Indonesia in Bandar Lampung. The data collection technique used by researchers is by distributing questionnaires, observation and interviews. In this study, researchers used several data analysis methods, including data validity and reliability tests, normality tests, descriptive statistics, homogeneity tests, and independent sample t-tests. The results of this study through the output of the independent sample t-test obtained tcount results of 1.986 > ttable 1.660 with a significance value of 0.048. The significance value shows a value of 0.048 <0.05, the magnitude of the significance indicates that Ha is accepted. So it can be concluded that the hypothesis proposed by the author is accepted, which means that there is a significant difference between direct service and digital service on customer satisfaction at Bank Syariah Indonesia in Bandar Lampung. In the perspective of Islamic Economics, Indonesian Sharia Banks in Bandar Lampung have implemented 6 service principles, namely: the principle of mutual help, the principle of providing convenience, the principle of equality, the principle of mutual love, the principle of gentleness, the principle of kinship. Furthermore, digital services when viewed from the perspective of Islamic Economics are permissible. However, in v carrying out buying and selling transactions a Muslim must still hold fast to the faith and fear of Allah in all types of trade.     Abstract. In current times, running sport take the interest of the people of Indonesia, the development of this running sport led to the emergance of running communities. Beginning with the emergence of Indorunners running community in Jakarta in 2009, to develop to other area. One of the running community in the city of Bandung is BR20. BR20 was formed in 2012 in Bandung city, West Java. This community is used as a gathering place, to share stories, to find friends to run, or to show their social status. The emergence of this running community attracts companies, especially those relating to running sports, to promote their products by sponsoring running communities. Pocari Sweat as one of the packaging isotonic beverage products participates to enliven the running sport in Indonesia. Pocari Sweat gave sponsorship to BR20 community. Pocari Sweat as a party that gives sponsorship certainly has a certain hope for the running community and how the relationship with the community run BR20 can be formed. The purpose of this study is to explain the expectations of Pocari Sweat in sponsoring the running community, Acknowledge actual feedback from the running community against Pocari Sweat, and acknowledge the relation between Pocari Sweat and BR20 running community. The author will use the method of qualitative analysis, by conducting interviews and field observations. The results of this thesis show that Pocari Sweat can achieve the desired expectations, the community provides space for Pocari Sweat, and good relationship with the community run with two-way communication. Keywords: community, running community, sponsorship, sponsors relationship, sponsorship expectatio
