Summary:
Introduction and purpose: Psoriasis is a skin disease that develops following chronic inflammatory signaling and keratinocyte hyperproliferation. The pathogenesis of psoriasis is compound and not yet fully understood. Several studies concerning the gut microbiota composition and its role in disease pathogenesis recently demonstrated significant alterations among psoriatic patients. This study aims to highlight the latest scientific evidence regarding the gut microbiome alterations of psoriatic patients, as well as the state of knowledge in terms of microbiome-targeted therapies as promising preventive and therapeutic tools for psoriasis.
Brief description of the state of knowledge: The current state of knowledge indicates that the main causes of psoriasis may be genetic predisposition, as well as many immunological and environmental factors, including dysbiosis of the intestinal microflora. The article covers clinical and experimental studies which indicate that gut microbiota dysbiosis concerning diversity as well as composition of microbiome is the potential causal factor of psoriasis and the gut microbiota may serve as promising prevention/therapy target for psoriasis patients.
Conclusions: This review highlighted a strong link between psoriasis and the gut microbiota, with the purpose of adding new knowledge for discovering the relationship between the altered intestinal microbiota in psoriasis patients. Despite all of these interesting findings, there are a lot of limitations and challenges that future studies should face. More precise and greater studies need to be done to fully understand the potential of microbiota-aimed therapies.

Abstract
Introduction and purpose: Wound healing is a process including complex overlapping stages requiring many components. Adipose tissue is an organ that is responsible for maintaining homeostasis through inflammatory responses, signal transmission, energy expenditure connected with different organs. Fat tissue is a rich and readily available source of multipotent stem cells. Adipose-derived stem cells (ADSCs) have the potential in tissue regeneration because of their self-renewal and ability to differentiate in various types of cells. This review discusses ADSCs in terms of basic knowledge, methods of acquisition, prospects for use in healthcare, focusing mainly on the potential application in the wound healing process.
Brief description of the state of knowledge: The article contains current knowledge about biology, specific properties of adipose-derived stem cells and also shows the relationship to the wound healing process. The review presents research that points to the possibility of using ADSCs in future medicine.
Conclusions: Adipose-derived stem cells may constitute a prominent role in tissue regeneration owing to the secretion of various cytokines, the ability to differentiate into multiple lineages, their immunomodulatory effects, and the ease of cell obtaining. Further studies are required to explore the accurate mechanism of ADSCs action and their long-term safety in clinical application. Stem cell therapy brings new hope for the repair of chronic and refractory wounds and skin defects.

Going Beyond Counting First Authors in Author Co-citation Analysis
The present study examines one of the fundamental aspects of author co-citation analysis (ACA) - the way co-citation
counts are defined. Co-citation counting provides the data on which all subsequent statistical analyses and mappings
are based, and we compare ACA results based on two different types of co-citation counting - the traditional type that
only counts the first one among a cited work's authors on the one hand and a non-traditional type that takes into
account the first 5 authors of a cited work on the other hand. Results indicate that the picture produced through this non-traditional author co-citation counting contains more coherent author groups and is therefore considerably clearer. However, this picture represents fewer specialties in the research field being studied than that produced through the traditional first-author co-citation counting when the same number of top-ranked authors is selected and analyzed. Reasons for these effects are discussed
Urban planning regulations for temporary use
The aim of the paper is to analyse and assess the impact of changes in urban planning regulations, with particular emphasis on the amendment to the Act on Spatial Planning and Development, on the flexibility of processes and adaptability of urban structures. The research contains the analysis of scientific literature, legal acts and case law, as well as case studies from Scotland and Switzerland. The conducted research shows that making regulations more flexible can have a significant impact on the adaptability of urban structures. Various elements of the urban environment, referred to as frame, tissue and “plasma”, show varying adaptability. Emphasizing the importance of urban “plasma” as a design subject increases the importance of short-term elements in urban planning. The key reflection is that temporality involves processes and adaptability relates to urban structures
Variations on the Author
“Variations on the Author” discusses two of Eduardo Coutinho’s recent films (Um Dia na Vida, from 2010, and Últimas Conversas, posthumously released in 2015) and their contribution to the general question of documentary authorship. The director’s filmography is characterized by a consistent yet self-effacing form of authorial self-inscription: Coutinho often features as an interviewer that rather than express opinions propels discourses; an interviewer that is good at listening. This mode of self-inscription characterizes him as an author who is not expressive but who is nonetheless markedly present on the screen. In Um Dia na Vida, however, Coutinho is completely absent form the image, while Últimas Conversas, on the contrary, includes a confessional prologue that moves the director from the margins to the center of his films. This article examines the ways in which these works stand out in the filmography of a director who offers new insights into the notion of cinematic authorship
AHP and TOPSIS as methods assessing the attractiveness of urban parks: The case of Lodz, Poland
Urban parks are significant elements that improve the quality of life in built-up areas. This research aims to identify the most attractive park in Lodz, Poland, using a set of assessment indicators. In our opinion, the decision-making process in assessing the attractiveness of urban parks may be assisted by Multiple Criteria Decision Analysis (MCDA). Two methods were chosen from the MCDA group, namely the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) and the Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS). The research shows that the proposed methods reveal which park needs support and calls for investment

Urban prototyping and other urban design methods
Artykuł dotyczy prototypowania urbanistycznego jako metody we współczesnym projektowaniu urbanistycznym. Analizuje z metodycznego punktu widzenia charakterystyczne cechy używanych metod opisu rozwoju miasta i porównuje z nimi prototypowanie. The paper deals with urban prototyping as a method in contemporary urban design. It analyses from the methodological point of view the distinctive features of the town development management methods and compares prototyping to them. The results are presented in the form of the matrix. Finally, it evaluates advantages and disadvantages of prototyping as a method in town planning. Apparently, the main advantage is that it involves the users, but its cost and lack of legal regulations is a weakness
