Premessa a Per d’Arco Silvio Avalle, «Le forme del canto». Interventi di Lino Leonardi, Pietro G. Beltrami, Maria Sofia Lannutti, Arnaldo Soldani

    No full text
This collection of essays on medieval poetic metres, edited by Maria Sofia Lannutti following the arrangement conceived by its author, confirms the importance of d'Arco Silvio Avalle's metrical studies. Key issues are the relationship between metrical structure and music in the texts dating back to the origin of romance literatures, the multi-perspective complexity of the approach, and the exemplarity of the methodology used.

    No full text
The essay deals with the legal status of national minorities in Slovenia according to the perspective of the public educational system. In particular, the Author investigates both the historical privileged conditions of Italian and Hungarian minorities and the “agnostic” attitude kept towards the Slavic groups arrived in the Country (mostly) in the Yugoslavian era. At that time, but still nowadays, it’s not guaranteed for them any protection of their linguistic and national identity. Afterwards, the Author tries to define the reasons of the existing differences. He underlines the problematical implications of the issue and then he analyses the presence of possible evolutionary changes related to the process of European integration, to which, after accession in 2004, Slovenia also participates

LA CONDIZIONE GIURIDICADELLE ENCLAVI IN EUROPA: UN'ANALISI COMPARATA.

    No full text
The author analyses the legal status of enclaves. According to a strict interpretation, enclaves are portions of a country cut off from the national territory of another. Little has been written about the legal status of enclaves. The author analyzes the historical origin of enclaves and then focuses in particular on: Campione d’Italia, Llivia, Büsingen and Baarle-Hertog. The latter are the only four enclaves left in Europe. Notwithstanding the existence of relevant differences between these four entities, they all have in common very peculiar and complex legal relationships with both the enclavant country and with the exclavant country. The author describes in further detail Campione d’Italia, with particular attention for the novelties introduced by the reform of Title V of the Italian Constitution. As a conclusion, the author evaluates the possible consequences of the European integration process, and argues that this may lead to the solution of many of the concrete problems that regard the enclaves

    Inter-mediality in Digital Media Environment

    Get PDF
As a medium literature has always been characterized by a strong virtual dimension: the capacity to evoke alternative worlds, an imaginary universe which may clash with the real one, or even deconstruct the opposition between real and fictional. Postmodern fiction has stressed and expanded the inter-medial aspect of literature, showing a true obsession with visual media and extra-literary codes. Sometimes it goes well beyond infinite, playful rewriting and becomes a true inter-medial phenomenon, a significant synergy between media and the arts, strongly linked to narrative strategies and symbolic values, as in the so-called maximalist novel. The digital revolution has already changed, and is still changing, the classical notions of author, text, public and intellectual property. Instead of defending the purity of a lost tradition, literature must now face the complex and multisensory logic of contemporary mediality, based on acceleration, simultaneity, and hyper-mediation. If literature is comparable to a medium, then, according to Derrida, the postmodern tendency to narrate the de-centration of the book might allow us to consider it as technology. Starting from this premise, the paper will endeavor to illustrate how the material supports of literature, i.e. the book and the printed page, are technological forms involved in a continuous process of computerization. We shall be analyzing The GRAMMATRON and Remix the Book, two projects by Mark Amerika, using examples showing how inter-mediality becomes a theoretical concept to express the complexity of aesthetical experiences in contemporary media contents

The article presents the project of a critical edition concerning the poems by Guittone d'Arezzo, currently being carried out by the author with the collaboration of Vittoria Brancato and Andrea Beretta. Raul Lino: Arquitetura e paisagem (1900-1948)

In this research on Raul Lino we read its architecture as also the construction of landscape, unusual purpose given that the readings on the author has focused on its domestic architecture. Exceptions have been that contextualize its action and work among peers in the arts, in urban planning or thecul restoration and conservation of cultural heritage, however we refused to foreclosure because the demand discipline of the author covers these and other domains in the same spiritual conception of architecture. Sat down in his purpose of recovery of the landscape, i.e. the recovery of lost continuity between the architecture and its circumstances, the goal of this thesis. We defined the investigation between 1900, when it was published his project of portuguese pavilion for the international exhibition of Paris and 1948, the year that produced the opinion of the protection zone of the National Palace of Sintra, a year before retiring by age limit at the service of the state. This temporal delimitation coincided with important milestones in the history of modern architecture in Portugal. In 1900 Ventura Terra spread among us in the detachment of track progressive averse to tradition and in 1948 the modern orthodoxy with Keil do Amaral to bow, ratified in the theses of the first National Congress of Architecture in 1948, the doctrine of the Athens Charter of 1933. We believe, that this thesis reveals that the landscape in Raul Lino is like yours, lifelong testimony of a work of beauty. This sense that today, in hypermodernity, we urgently need more than ever recover
