The coverage of maternal health care services have been reviewed from the Demographic and Health Survey (IDHS) conducted in 1991, 1994 and 1997, which covered live births delivered within 5 years preceding the survey. In general the coverage of maternal health care -- during pregnancy and delivery -- have improved. According to the result of the survey, consisting of births in 1992-1997; the coverage of antenatal care has almost reached 90%, which is the target/goal of the Sixth Five Years Development (1994-1998). However, four in five births are still delivered at home and 70% deliveries are assisted by non-health professionals, comparing to the results of IDHS 1991 and 1994 the coverage of safe delivery increases slowly. A great discrepancy of safe delivery coverage was observed between urban/rural areas as well as between Java-Bali/Outer Java-Bali regions. Fifty three percent births were to mothers who got two tetanus toxoid injections during pregnancy, and 72%. were to mother with at least one tetanus toxoid injection. The discrepancy of tetanus toxoid immunization coverage between urban/rural areas as well as between Java-Bali/Outer Java-Bali regions had slightly decreased

ABSTRACTThe problem with street children is not a new problem. These problems tend to appear in big cities including Samarinda in them. The problems which are classified into social problems arise from social changes in society. This factor of social change includes global change that is very fast including science and technology. Urban communities which are generally preoccupied with individual problems make it even more indifferent to the surrounding environment. The impact is the depletion of social relations and a sense of concern for the community and its environment, one of which is street children around them. The method used in this study is a normative juridical method, data or information obtained through library research. From the results of the literature research, secondary data were obtained which included primary legal materials, secondary legal materials and tertiary legal materials. The problem that the author discussed in this paper is the legal psychology perspective on the problem of street children who are faced with the law and the causes of street children facing the law.Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded Based on the data that I have obtained, in general it shows that there are peers' invitations and the economic needs of their families which must be fulfilled as a strong reason for street children to dare to face the law. Besides that, the perspective of legal psychology considers that the age of street children is very influential on psychic street children who commit criminal acts or children in conflict with the law, because the needs of children to grow and develop naturally are not fulfilled due to bad behavior in the streets of teenage street children. (15-21 years) imitated by street children who are categorized as children (7-14 years) and some of the factors that cause street children to face the law include: Parents encourage children to work with reasons to help the family economy; Cases of violence and mistreatment of children by parents are increasing so that children run to the streets; Children are threatened with dropping out of school because parents cannot afford to pay school fees; More and more children are living on the streets because the cost of expensive / increased house contracts; The emergence of competition with adult workers on the streets, so that children are depressed doing work at high risk of safety and exploitation of children by adults on the streets; Children become longer on the streets so new problems arise; and street children are victims of extortion, and sexual exploitation of female street children. Mortality data and understanding death patterns are considered to be essential for developing evidence-based health policy. This article is a qualitative research, examines current cultural perceptions of death in Indonesia that include a prominent and sensitive belief that emerged at the time of mourning/loss in Solo City and Pekalongan District, Central Java Province. The data collection was done by Focus group discussions (FGDs) with mosque officials, local health workers, local midwives, and staff of the community council, local school teachers, and local business people. Semi-structured interviews (SSIs) are conducted with key informants of bereaved and non-bereaved household. Also observation of the local economy and community activity patterns, modes of subsistence, cultural beliefs. The study revealed thatdeath notification and activities subsequent to a death fall into two parallel domains, the religious and the secular. Beliefs in the afterlife and the imperative of a speedy burial, with all that this implies in terms of treatment and disposal of the corpse, belong to the religious domain. The procedure for obtaining a death certificate occurs in a juridical framework also as the driving force to meet the needs of data on causes of death, acquire legal and financial arrangements associated with the death of household members, for example for inheritance issues. A further issue of interest was the timing of the verbal autopsy (VA). Ideally the VA should occur in the home of the deceased's family within 7-30 days after the death, and be conducted by a health official possibly accompanied by an office-bearing member of the local community. Coordination between all parties involved in the treatment of death is quite feasible

In Law Number 18 of 2013 concerning Prevention and Eradication of Forest Destruction, in this case, it does not pay attention to the rights of indigenous peoples who have obtained customary rights or rights to control forests for generations. In Nagari Koto Malintang, they have local wisdom that they have practiced for years, such as felling 2 trees for basic needs and not for commercial purposes through permission from local traditional leaders and the Wali Nagari Koto Malintang. This research is a normative juridical research using a case approach and a statute approach, in this research the analysis is carried out by criticizing, supporting, or commenting, then making a conclusion on the results of the study with their own thoughts. and literature review assistance. The application of material punishment in decision number 129/Pid. B/LH/2017/PN.LBB, According to the author, it is not appropriate and does not meet the elements charged by the public prosecutor, but in the judge's consideration of the aggravating circumstances, the panel of judges did not reflect a sense of justice towards the defendants and the values of local wisdom who have lived and run in the community for many years. The judge's consideration in this case also contradicts the theory of criminal responsibility in which the defendants can be given excuses for forgiveness and the ultimum theory remediates that punishment is the last step.Law Enforcement Officials should be wiser in eradicating the crime of logging trees on customary lands of customary law communities and must pay attention to the values that live in local communities such as local wisdom that they have practiced for years.

Halal certification is a series of processes that must be fulfilled by slaughterhouses. The aim is to provide comfort, security, safety and certainty of the availability of halal meat for the community, as well as increasing added value for business actors to produce and sell halal meat products. This research examines the provisions regarding halal certification rules for slaughterhouses in Indonesia, the halal certification mechanism and the consequences for slaughterhouses that are not halal certified. The research method used is the normative juridical method, namely research that focuses on legal norms contained in statutory regulations. The research results show that the provisions for halal certification for slaughterhouses in Indonesia are regulated in Law Number 33 of 2014 concerning Halal Product Guarantees, Law Number 6 of 2023 concerning Determination of Government Regulations in Lieu of Law Number 2 of 2022 concerning Job Creation, Government Regulation Number 39 of 2021 concerning the Implementation of the Halal Product Guarantee Sector, Decree of the Minister of Religion Number 748 of 2021 concerning Types of Products that must be halal certified, and detailed guidelines are regulated in the Decree of the Head of the Halal Product Guarantee Organizing Agency Number 77 of 2023 concerning Guidelines for Implementing the Product Guarantee System Halal in Slaughtering Ruminants and Poultry. The halal certification mechanism consists of the manager or business operator of the slaughterhouse registering and attaching the required documents; BPJPH will examine the requirements that have been attached; Next, an audit and inspection of the product will be carried out, submitting the inspection results to the MUI for a fatwa to be issued; and issue a halal certificate if it passes the audit. The consequences for slaughterhouses that do not implement halal product guarantees are that they will receive administrative sanctions in the form of reprimands, written warnings and revocation of halal certificates for those who already have halal certificates. The author suggests that these consequences be added in the form of slaughterhouses that do not have a halal certificate not being allowed to operate and slaughtered meat being prohibited from circulating
